This dealership sucks! It's been less than two months since I bought a car from them. Since then, I've had two separate check engine lights already. Buying a CPO means buying something with a peace of mind, opposite for me. They only care about selling to you. They act super friendly before buying but soon as you have problems after leaving, they could care less.
The service was timely and they educated my son on how low the oil level was and what it should be. They were also diligent about explaining the filters needed. However, it is advertised that there will be a complimentary car wash and I have not received one yet and I’ve taken my SUV a few times. I wish this would be considered when needed, but other than that great customer service.
Chris Meeks was a wonderful sales person and Brian Callahan provide me a very transparent finance options to close the deal.
Chris did everything he could help provide me a no nonsense, straightforward experience.
Tom the fiance manager became argumentative and condescending when I decided to not purchase the extra insurance options, this was after being 1/2 hour late to my scheduled appointment. But I won’t this impact my overall score as Chris and Brian were the absolute best.
One of the best and easiest car buying experiences of my life. Jim, my sales associate, was very welcoming, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He created a no pressure environment and accommodated my requests with a smile. There was no haggling and I felt the trade in value for my old car was very reasonable. Car did not exceed the warranty I called you guys informed you guys and you guys where just trying to wash your hands with it since u guys fired that crooked finance manger because he’s numbers was terrible but guess what I’m glad I got to experience a dealership in my home town never again wouldn’t even shop at Subaru across the street from you guys because of you!!!
I wanted to share the amazing experience I have had with this dealer. Jim Van Dyke is very honest and doesn’t not pressure like most salesmen. I have purchased two cars from him and he has always made me feel like family. Randall Day, the finance manager, was an absolute lifesaver. He spent many hours over two days to get me the best price with the right creditor. He went above and beyond spending extra time with me and my daughter (this was her fist car) giving us advice on how to lower the payment and get a better rate with the bank (went down .25% and lowered the monthly payment $35 - this was after we left with the car). Truly amazing people you can trust!

The truck that I purchased brand new from union park GMC has just been towed again. This is now the third time I have had to have this vehicle towed. These people at union park held my truck for months in the service center to work on it and when I finally got it back they stole all the gas out of the tank and gave it back to me with a completely empty tank of gas. Now it has been towed again for the third time. My truck was just towed for a fourth time on 5/14/26. I guess this will never stop. I purchased a brand new vehicle from union park gmc that is completely unreliable, always breaks down, the steering wheel locks up when I drive down the road and now GMC wants to purchase the truck back for nothing. This is one big scam.
Eveything was great. The service, the friendly greeting when I first dropped my vehicle off. There was a delay in the part being delivered but the entire service team informed me that it was delayed and they promptly called to let me know. Once the part arrived they called and asked what was the best day and time and they also let me know my car might have to stay more then 1 day. They said if it needed to stay longer they would give me a free loaner car. From start to finish, Greg, Beth and Brandon were top notch! The service manager, Dan, was great! Highly recommend this service department!
Thank you to Jim Van Dyke and Randy Day! We went today to help our daughter get a new car. Two hours later she drove away in her first, new to her, car. Randy and Jim made it as painless as it could be. We would highly recommend either for a “pain free” experience !!
My son made an appointment three days ago to look at a car today and after driving an hour and a half he was told that they had sold the car. They should’ve called us to let us know so we didn’t waste time and gas (which is astronomically expensive right now). Terrible customer service. Do not recommend

The dealership experience was fantastic. Jim was an excellence sales person. He was very down to earth and didn’t pressure us at all. It is clear he’s a veteran in the industry. I specifically stated what I was looking for and he knew exactly which vehicle to pull from the inventory for a test drive. Even when my bank wouldn’t authorize me to increase my debit card transaction limit on a Saturday for my downpayment, Jim was calm and let me know I could come back to finalize our paperwork and he would not sell my vehicle. Everyone we came in contact with during our time at this dealership was very kind and courteous. My entire family will be back to this dealership for all our future vehicle purchases.

Just bought a 2026 truck, jim van dyke (sales) helped me getting the exact spec i wanted, also Met Greg (manager) really nice guy,made sure everything is well & smooth getting the truck, very helpful & professional team! Highly recommended!
My car was in service for a week. I had to call every time to receive updates on service. I also received my car back with a crack in the windshield that was attributed to "extreme temperatures" in Delaware which the temperature never got below 60 and above 80. I attempted to contact the service manager to dispute this return of service and have not received a call back in a week. The staff also were very lackadaisical in providing timely updates on my vehicle and did not provide me a loaner car for my extended service and time away. Overall this was the worst experience I have had with a dealer / service dealership. No accountability. No response.
I came into the dealership feeling very nervous and not optimistic because of my situation. John and Kyle helped me understand the process of purchasing a vehicle and I ended up with a brand new GMC! I am so grateful for all their help and knowledge. Highly recommend Union Park GMC/Buick!
