The employees at this location are always incredibly professional, kind, punctual, and very courteous. Patrick especially, has a gone above and beyond the many times we interacted with him. That being said, everyone always offers top-notch service.

I recently had both my front and rear brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid replaced at Firestone Complete Auto Care, and I had a great experience. The team did an excellent job with the service, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to several other places I checked before deciding. What I really appreciated was their honesty and transparency throughout the process. They also made sure to apply every possible coupon they could find, which helped bring the cost down even more. A special thanks to Patrick, who helped throughout the process. He was professional, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find an auto service shop that combines good workmanship, fair pricing, and honest customer service. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to my friends.

Its nice when all the guys can drive stick besides Griff. Jokes aside they did some quick work and were fun to talk to. Roy also did me a solid and zip tied my front lip for me. Good dudes.

Made an appointment for 8am today for an oil change and paid online. Go into the store and check in. Wait for an hour and 15 mins and decided to ask if my car was done, as it was sitting outside and nobody said anything. I was given a price of $124.98 which i told them, no! That i already paid yesterday and it was fleet maintenance. When I was checked in from Rocco, he did not even ask about this. Lance was very nice about it and spoke to Rocco. I told them it was supposed to be $28.31. Rocco tells me...well that is between you and car advise, not us. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Regardless if that was the case, that's not how you speak to a customer. If it wasn't for the excellent customer service from Lance, this would have been 1 star. If I am to return, I will be sure to deal with Lance only! Please train some of your staff on how to be professional!

I hit a pothole on the highway while I was 3 hours out from home. After calling 8 different places, Rocco, was able to get me in immediately and save the day! Both Rocco and Pat were so kind.

I always get fantastic service at Firestone! Patrick and Rocco were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. This team works incredibly fast and they make sure that I have a stress-free experience. I highly recommend taking your car here!!

The only Firestone that I’ve been to where the price they give you online and over the phone is completely different than what they charge you. Don’t trust these guys! There’s quite a few Firestones in the area that have much better service members that are actually honest!

UPDATE I guess the owner only replys to his 5 star reviews that again lets me know this place has issues. if i could give no star for the service i received on 12/21/25 @ 1045 am this day.I took my car there for a slow leak in my right rear tire. i was talking to Rocco when a white woman customer came Rocco took my information and key and i sat down, i notice that the 2 was on a 1st name bases so i paid it no mind i thought it was 1st come 1st serve was i wrong. I watch her car get pulled in before mine then mine was taken around back (i guess there's bays back there) so i paid that no mine until i watched people come in after me and leave before me, so i asked Rocco what's going on with my car and he went to check on it and comes back with their working on it at this time it's about 1130am now i getting a little pissed people have come after me and have left before me and all i was getting was a tire patched. I watched all the cars come and go yet I'm still waiting finally when my car is pulled around about 1150 am there are 2 customers sleeves on the desk and now Rocco calls the customer that came after to check out, I'm like yea this isn't right I'm trying to figure out what made all those other customers better than me we all paying but color rang in my head,so i check out with Rocco and i asked him who was the regional Mgr is and he was kinda hesitant to give me here name but he said Brandy Ward then i asked for Corp number and was told i dont know it i said ok and left. i this is the way Talley Ville in Delaware on rte 202 operates we can spend our dollars elsewhere no customer should feel that they don't matter or not that important or unseen

these guys were so flexible and amazing helping get a crappy situation with a flat tire turned around. After multiple delays they still helped make an appointment and communicated regularly. Matt was the tech that helped replace my tire and Patrick was great as always

Lance provided fantastic serice to me and I observed his servant leadership to his fellow servicemen while I was there. He looked me in the eye, provided advice without hesitation and even expressed concern about my wellbeing (career). He helped me sign up for a credit card (comish?) reminded me of my father, and stood very tall. I will definitely use Firestone again, and the Exton corporate office should get a sales, marketing and humanity seminar by him.

Always a great experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. This visit involved replacement of a bad tire pressure sensor. I arrived way early for my appointment and they were able to get stated early.

I have no issues when it comes to firestone. I get there, they do the work and do it in a timely and professional manner. They also advise me of things that I should consider with my vehicle. The staff is very friendly.

Made a bad situation significantly more tolerable. Separate company declined warranty claim on a new vehicle I purchased from carvana. Despite the bad situation, Firestone made the process a lot less aggravating. They were fast, efficient and extremely polite during the whole process. The staff were patient when dealing with the warranty holders and sympathetic to my situation. I greatly appreciated the reliable service I received.

I brought a car in yesterday (10.30.25) for an oil change and because the battery light was on. They charged me $280 for a new battery, and the labor to install. When I left, the battery light was still on, and was again the next morning. I called the store and the manager (Rocco) told me it was probably the auxiliary battery, which they didn’t test when I brought it in. I did as instructed and came in shortly after calling (10.31.25), and was told that the battery they installed was defective, and that they didn’t check it after installing it. I am still waiting for the vehicle and no effort has been made to apologize for the inconvenience, or acknowledge any deficiency on their part. As an auto company, it would be reassuring to know they check their work before letting customers drive away. Further, while waiting, Rocco told a young woman that her car was ready, and she came back shortly because she couldn’t find it in the parking lot. He brushed her off and said it was there. She came in a second time, still not finding it, and he said it had to be there because they wouldn’t “park it in the Arby’s” (a closed location and empty building across the street). She left, and came back a third time, at which point he finally deigned to help her and realized the car had never been moved from the bay to the parking lot. At that time, she waited another 15-20 minutes for the car to be moved from the bay so she could leave. I’ve been in customer service for 20 years and if this is exemplary of what customers can expect from this location, it’s an abysmal representation of your company, and brand, and I will not be returning. **Update: battery light is still on, they don’t know why. Told me to take it to the dealer. Don’t waste your time.

I highly recommend scheduling a comprehensive inspection if you are looking to verify the condition of a used vehicle - you are test driving. I was able to request a 24hr test drive with Car Max, took the vehicle to firestone and they performed the inspection in an hr. I felt more confident in moving toward purchase. The firestone team was responsive and very helpful throughout this process.

Came in last minute to get my tire patched. I have a warranty so I couldnt fathom going anywhere else... Jack was quick and efficient even though I needed a whole new tire. Patrick kept me entertained while getting my work done. Thanks again Firestone!

Rocco and Ava were amazing. I called in on a busy Friday, asking if they have any space to to do an oil change for my car. It was the only time so had to get it done. They told me “no problem.” When I get there, their lot was full but somehow they managed to get my oil change done in just 30 minutes. Allowed me to wait in their comfy lobby with chairs and complimentary water. I’ve been going to them since I moved to Delaware 3 years ago and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

I went to this place and they asked me to write a review, so here is my review. Five stars. I have been here twice. The first time, I came to get a tire changed and I was pleasantly impressed by the ease, speed, and price of everything. It was so easy! A young woman who resembled my brother's ex girlfriend helped me but I cannot recall her name (the woman who helped me at Firestone, not my brother's ex girlfriend). So when I had a flat tire again a few months later, I knew just where to go! This time a kind man named Patrick helped me. He was clear and transparent and diligent. I appreciate the staff here. It seems like everyone is great. And the place is really centrally located and easy to get to, which is great.

I have been coming to this location Firestone Auto Care place since 2022 and this place feels like family. The staff is extremely professional and truly cares about their customers. I have had so many positive interactions with all of them but especially stood out Ava and Patrick. The whole crew goes above and beyond for their customers. I wish there were many more places like that. Highly recommend this place.
