I called hollyoak towing today my car was broken down since Friday and another tow truck was supposed to go get it Friday and never did and I called hollyoak and they were there within an hour already had my vehicle at the destination I was taking it to and the driver even stopped by my house to pick the key up for the vehicle I want to say thank you very much to the lady that answered the phone she was very nice on the phone and the driver who who towed the vehicle I will not use any other towing company other than Hollyoak from now on
Mauricio was great, showed up on time and was very friendly. Texted me a pic of when the car arrived. Scheduling over the phone was real easy, great price as well.
Great group of individuals, very professional and knowledgeable about troubleshooting car issues. They were very upfront with their pricing, which was remarkably fair compared to other service centers. Also, their customer support is by far the best there is in the area. I will be returning for any car issues in the future.

I had a great experience working with paolo Chuman as my Service Advisor. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without feeling pressured. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated how transparent and honest he was about pricing and timing. It’s not always easy finding someone you can trust with your car, but Paolo definitely earned that trust. If you’re looking for someone reliable, patient, and genuinely focused on customer service, I highly recommend asking for Paolo Chuman. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service!
Our driver was extremely helpful in helping to push a large car over snow and ice to the street where it could be loaded onto the flatbed.

Service arrived really quickly to give me a jump start just minutes after I requested it. Then I followed the tech to the shop, dropped off my vehicle for service, and he gave me a ride back. He was a really friendly and gave me advice on jump starters I could purchase for the future. I was treated better by Holly Oak then by AAA. Truly grateful!!
Holly Oak to the rescue! My daughter got a flat in a very inconvenient spot on 95 and we couldn’t get to the spare tire. I called Holly Oak and they were able to come almost immediately to tow the car to our mechanic. The roadside assistance on our insurance was going to take 3 hours.
The driver that came was so polite and friendly and sympathetic. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

The driver was very nice convenient. Thoughtful gave me some good information that I needed and told me about the service that y’all provided other than towing so I think he did a real good job. I’m very proud of him.
Driver went above and beyond expectations. After he jumped my battery and I was able to drive, it started doing the same thing when I stopped to get gas. I was able to reach the driver who came and jumped my battery and followed me to get my car to my mechanic’s shop, helped get my belongings into his truck and gave me a ride home.
He was professional, kind and helpful.

I had a great experience with the tow guy and a tow company. They were right on time and the guy called me and he was running like two minutes late. They called me to let me know that he be there, so experience was a great five stars
Very happy with their service. I called to have my truck towed and they were very nice as well as very prompt to get to me. This is the kind of shop that is very rare these days. I highly recommend them.
**MUST READ BEFORE YOU CALL FOR TOW***First time kids mother car stop driving forward it was break related. When I called for tow they offered to tow to their shop for discounted price that you don’t have to pay now. Once fixed it came up to like $200 bucks and she drove away. Happened again with the same sales pitch to tow to their shop for discounted price only this time
It was transmission. I called to get car towed back to her home and they charged me almost $400! Between towing 5.4 miles back and forth. They said it was a fee of diagnostics as well included. So how was this way more than the first time with tow , diagnostics, and labor ?! They’re literally towing people and giving them that sales pitch of ( don’t pay now for towing) and if you don’t go forward with work done it’s a guaranteed $400 per car for them.. I was close so imagine being further away.. I don’t care how they do business but I want to let people know that you will be coming out pocket nearly $400 from the RIP! So if you not ready for that then don’t let them take your car or get it towed to your home for work someone can do infront your home. Don’t let the stress and inconvenience cost you.
FYI - towing is great , timing as well. You going get towed quickly. Kinda see why if it’s $400 a car regardless how it goes ; I’ll be out there too collecting cars! Loss my business , friends and family. Good luck !
Great service! First time customer with heavy equipment. Rob and Jason stayed on top everything from communication to repair updates. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future.

Towed our big trailer off a busy highway in 30 mins.
We hope to never need them/towing again :) but if the time comes, they are our company to call. We truly are thankful we found them and now have them on speed dial.
My car needs oil change, and check breaks for maintenance. Holly Oak did the proper inspection and left me know that the oil needs to be changed, the brakes could be changed in couple of months. My filters need to be replaced. After the repairs my 2018 CRV runs very smoothly, great service and guarantee satisfaction!

I stopped in on Friday to - FINALLY - make a long-overdue service appointment. I had been with the prior owner for decades but I was familiar with Holly Oak's great reputation. Paolo was friendly and found me in the system that the prior owner left and the appointment made for Monday. The service was perfect, they did a great job and I had it back the same day at a price so reasonable it nearly brought tears! GREAT SERVICE and a GREAT TEAM! I promise not to wait so long for the next time. I highly recommend HOLLY OAK at the former B&D location on the Gov. Printz in Claymont! 10 Stars! Thanks Guys!
My experience with Holl Oak has been nothing less than spectacular. When it comes to customer service these guys are top notch! Whatever your check engine light is on for I 100% guarantee they will figure it out and fix it and they will always call you and keep you in the loop which is one thing I really appreciate about working with them. As a mechanic myself I usually always do my own repairs I don't trust anyone at all! But I have a 1966 Impala that I needed the front end aligned, I took it there and they done a great job.
I have a very busy schedule so I took a chance and brought my 2002 Chevy Tahoe there to have a boatload of work done and they handled it all and at a fair price I didn't feel like I got ripped off I got exactly what I paid for which is all I wanted and they always communicated with me what they were going to do next. They have really earned my trust and there's nothing I feel I could take there that they couldn't fix so if you're looking for a repair facility to bring your car for a check engine light or a hub bearing or a timing chain or a timing belt head gasket you name it there's nothing these guys can't do and they're good at it. You'll be glad you brought your car to Holly Oak give them a try!!
This time my 2011 F150 with a 3.5 Ecoboost with 458,000 original miles was towed in for a no start issue and the mechanic at Holly Oak found burned up wires in the fuse panel under the hood. Because the part is no longer available from Ford, he was able to locate one at a junkyard and ended up having to splice 89 wires together because the fuse box is a part of the engine wiring harness and there's no plug to disconnect it from the harness and even though It was more than I wanted to pay for a truck with 458,000 miles, the bottom line is they found the problem they repaired it and my truck is running like new again.. Thanks again Holly Oak you never fail to perform and sometimes those performances are miracles!!!
Driver was great, he arrived a little over a hour after I called. And was extremely knowledgeable,patient and took care of my needs pertaining to my fairings potentially being damaged in the direction of the tow. Drive with care and good for conversation.
Centaurus was his name and Ron was a very good dispatcher answering all my questions and concerns as well as a quote emailed in a timely manner. Thank you guys again!
