after multiple reschedules, and Andrew trying to lower the agreed amount for my car by 10%, he refused to give me cash and when he finally agreed to get me cash he wanted the car hooked up and for me to follow him to a 2nd location to access an atm. I said no. So he said he was cancelling service and drove off. I called his boss multiple times during this never getting a return call only her promising to figure out what was happening. I left the location with the car to go home only to make it 15 minutes away and have him call me "Where are you?! I have the cash! I am at your car!" The reason for the 2 stars? it would be only 1 star but after much haggling and being given the runaround, I got the original agreed upon cash for my car. Don't accept their attempts to swindle you into getting less for your car.
Such an amazing experience with Shahad! My car broke down 3 weeks ago and I’ve been trying to find companies to come get it and kept getting the run around. Shahad came 4 hours after I called and got the car out of the way!! Very much appreciated and will definitely recommend to everyone!
I was extremely satisfied with the service that I was provided. Kiara arrived within the time period that she stated that she would arrive. She was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Kiera went right to work and had my vehicle on the truck and ready to go within five minutes. She gave a smile, wished us a good day, and was on her way. Completed a service order with "Pedals Car Recovery", and was informed that a tow service identified as "Baul's" from Wilmington, Delaware would be assigned for pickup service at our residence in Chester County, Pa. Communication with this company was extremely challenging as the designated pickup times for completion of this exchange was far from exact.!! We found it extremely difficult to make contact via phone ( on multiple occasions) regarding our scheduled window of time, and once contact was made, the staff representative who answered the phone gave the impression of "disorganization".?
But at the end of the day, and hours behind schedule, this service pick up was completed.

Nykiera provided great service on towing my car. She was so nice and respectful. Amazing service and customer service and also made sure the job was done correctly.
After a rough week (totaled my car a couple days before Christmas) the one thing that turned everything around was getting this handled quickly. Mike showed up within a decent time, immediately got my car hooked up on the truck, and I received payment without any awkward delays or issues. Great attitude and communication also.
Edgar was polite, patient and professional. He explained everything thing to me. There was an issue with payment (company issue) He waited until we gave the all clear.
Poor communication. Took several calls to even begin contact. They had the wrong address for pick up after I gave the correct one to them several times. Didn’t call me back after I waited 3 1/2hours to hear what time for pickup. They were a hour late for pickup and did not once apologize. Whole process took 24 hours

through PEDDLE. The driver ( ??♀️ I didn’t get his name ) was very polite and highly skilled at maneuvering the tow truck into the area where my vehicle was parked. The owner has integrity upholding his agreement with offers presented and delivered immediately.
