I was very pleased with my experience at Rush East Phoenix.
I found Debra the service writer to be friendly and knowledgeable and she kept me advised as the repair progressed.
Dominic my tech was easy going and I found him to be very knowledgeable when it came to trouble shooting and reparing my X-15. He knew within several minutes what he thought was wrong with my engine and after running the diagnostic he proved to be correct. He even advised me of some other issues that I had and did not know about.
Mark worked with my on the pricing and when it was all done and said I found the bill to be reasonable and fair. He even went out of his way to find me a part on the same day that the wrong part from Paccar arrived through no fault of Rush.
I will be back for more projects.
Josh at the parts counter was A1. He really treats you like a valued customer. Otherwise the place was just a bit too nonchalant to be charging a $235/hr labor rate. Had to go back a couple of times for the same issue that could have been addressed the first time with more thoroughness. And another time for a tech error that could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail. They did get us going in the end, but wasn't expecting the change-a-part and get you outta here kind of vibe from a dealership shop with that high of a labor rate.
Just walked out. Customer service is horrible I stood in parts section for 10 minutes. Gentleman at the counter didn’t so much as look up at me. I simple “I’ll be right with you” literally walked past me.
After I limped my truck here for repair lol

She got me wrote up and then showed me where the drivers lodge is.
It's a very nice and clean lodge.
Great chairs and a tv and vending machines.
The mechanics are very knowledgeable and really know what they are doing and communicate with you on the issues.
Very good place and out come for a bad situation lol.

Just had a conversation with Dominic about issues we are having with our skoolie. He answered all my questions, and gave me great info about steps to take next We live in it full time so getting repairs takes planning. He took all this time even though they are not certified on our brand and was kind enough to direct me towards a repair center that is certified.
I really appreciated his time and the education I got.
The only reason I come here is to talk to Lars and Roman. They are the absolute best! They are so helpful and good vibed! Lars will get you the right parts about 99.99% of the time and Roman.. he’s working on it! But gamble with hunter 👀👀
Let me tell you, you should come here just for fun. All the homies here are just 🤌🏻 chefs kiss, every person here is genuinely delightful, if I personally win the lottery all of them are getting a lil bit not too much that they can quit. To Mark- you better give them all a raise. Or I’ll boycott. 👀 bigger shout out to Lars & Roman, they always got your back. One time my car flipped over bc I hit a curb, they came running out and helped me, stitched me up(Lars was in Nam), and they fixed my car and sent me in my way. Love them! If you come by bring them baked goods!
The rush store in Mesa is awesome good people good customer service that do their best to take care of you I'll give them a five-star pretty much all the time they've helped me tremendously
I always choose rush when its an option. The fellas here are just superb. friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time for the little stuff. I always greatly appreciate it when mechanics can acknowledge my capabilities despite the fact that I'm a woman lol.
also, this was the cleanest and most organized shop I've ever stepped foot in, good on ya guys
I called earlier today to set up an oil change and grease for my truck. I spoke with Pete who told me he could get the oil change done today if I was there in an hour. I made it on time and about 3 hours later the service was done at a really fair price. I asked them to show me how to drain my fuel-water seperator and a technician came out from the back with printed instructions and also showed me himself how to do this. The communication while the truck was being worked on was more than expected. Thanks Pete!
Lars is the "One Man Show" at Rush! I have never come in to Rush, and not seen Lars juggling parts, phones, computer glitches, customers, and all while keeping a positive attitude. Rush is very lucky to have such a great addition to their business. Thank you Lars, for all that you do - AZ Saw

Worst customer service stood in line to pick up a will call part for 15 mins before they even acknowledged I was in the building. There was another customer in front of me and he walked out and went somewhere else to get parts. There wasn’t another customer there being helped.
No one ever answers the phone. Had to drive there every time to get a up date on the status of the truck they were repairing and they did not notify us when it was completed.
