This was the worst transaction. I asked you to cancel and you CLAIM you didn't see the message. I refused the package with my mailman who told me to put RTS on the box which I did. You are claiming that you didn't receive it. I can't believe that for a whopping $36 dollars you are willing to get a bad review. I will tell buyers to stay away from your company. *** EBAY Policies - SO that is why they are researching this for me. It's for $36 you told me that you would give it a few days and if not received in a few days. You would refund me - needless to say no refund as of yet just grief HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great service funny guys. I forgot their names but def remember their faces. Cheap parts that work great my A/C in my O’6 Tacoma is ice cold now thanks to this place. Haven’t gotten service done there but the parts they sell are gold.

Quickly helped with my needs for parts. Potential customers should know that although this location shows up on Advance Auto parts, you cannot exchange, return, or replace parts ordered or purchased at Advance Auto and vice versa I assume. The vibe is small town-like parts store, I say that respectfully as the customer service is awesome and the part selection is substantial. If I had a complaint it would be in regards to the access, as Main Street is blocked by the light rail when it comes to access from eastbound, and only from westbound with somewhat confusing turn painting on the street. Regardless, I definitely enjoy driving down the street to quickly get parts and awesome customer service.

KC is an absolute legend!!! I went to 2 different auto zones, 3 orileys, and 1 Napa auto. None of them could help me find the right ac condenser for my truck. Seriously all of them couldn’t even find it in their system!!! One of the guys at auto zone wanted to sell me a ac compressor… anyways I called car quest got ahold of kc and he ordered the part asap. When I got there I thought it was the wrong part but kc was able to call the dealer and use my vin to make sure it was the exact part I needed. Sure enough he was right. THANK YOU KC!!!! Also for the record from the dealer that same part would cost just under 1k car quest sold it to me for $150!! God bless you KC!!!!!

Rieth Auto Parts in Mesa has always been an independent CarQuest franchise, not a corporate store & my go to supplier even though I live 18 miles away. With the best, truly knowledgeable counter people (especially CJ) at locating even obscure, obsolete, out of stock, or hard to find items at fair prices, you will be amazed with their proffesional quality service. 90% of the time they have it in stock at the store, 8+% will have it within a couple hours from the warehouse, or worse next day. Now affiliated with Parts Authority brand, Rieth remains the same outstanding independently owned business it has always been for over 24 years I've done business with them. Worth the time & drive just for the quality service, they also offer both good quality & the best quality parts. This is simply the best place, & I highly recommend you try them 1st for your complete satisfaction.

Super clean, very friendly and attentive staff. I didn't have to go hunting for things, the staff got them and brought them to me! They also offered to help me take my purchases to the car! Nice to know someplace still does know the meaning of customer service! Definitely recommend!!

These guys are awesome! They sold me 4 deep cycle AGM batteries for $150 each plus tax for my toy hauler that were better than my old ones. They were very nice and great price on the batteries. I'm very satisfied! 😃

Dude was a life saver I was doing a tune up and one of the plugs came out with no problem but would not go back in found out the top threads inside stripped they special tool needed to be ordered and it would take a few days to get here so went here and he made some calls and he decided to make tool and it worked he went above and beyond to help me out best $13.00 ever thanks bro

After a long run and endless days of research on what kind of u joint was used on my vehicle since it was an after market part I finally landed on this safe haven for vehicle parts. Met the saviour that ended my painful search for what I was looking for in a week and done it 15 to 20 mins with thorough search and outstanding efficacy. Thanks KC and carquest auto parts company! It very much appreciated. Thisll be my go to place from now on!

These guys are the most knowledgeable and have the widest variety of parts at very competitive prices. Sometimes I have to drive the extra mile to get to them but it's always worth it. Today they had a couple of items that I needed to assemble my engine that everybody else was out of.

This has been my go to place for the last few years, finally taking the time to give them a well-deserved review. If they don’t have what you need, they can get it along with a very competitive price and very friendly service. Extra kudos to Mike for his patience in researching why the replacement cabin filter for my Outback was a slightly different dimension than the OEM part. Turns out the replacement filter fits even better than the OEM filter.

Love this place!! We were 1 month out of our battery warranty n they honored it anyway. They are always helpful when we go in n I always find what I'm lookin for or need there. Now they have 4 car family's battery business for life. I just wish they were open on Sunday.

I went to carquest because they are I guess a sister company of advanced Auto parts. I called in to ask if they had a specific part I was informed that the parts that I needed was in stock in that all I had to do is make sure it was the right part. So I traveled 25 minutes in traffic find out that they don't have the part none of the stores have the part in Arizona and they would have to order it. I told the manager that I spoke with a representative who informed me and he rectified the situation.

Awesome Old-School Auto Parts Store... They have the part or they can get the part you need in a few hours... All I could request is that they pay a little more attention to how the greet their customers - some don't even say Hello, Hi... Just Next Customer in line, which takes away from that Awesome OLD-School Auto Parts Store feeling. Quality Parts, Prices are a little high, but that's to be expected at Carquest, Napa, etc. They said they would call me back in the morning about a part I needed, never heard back from them - ended up ordering it online. Thanks for being Open during Pandemic. :)

Best Auto part store around! Always love going to these guys. Never have had to return anything because they know their stuff. I needed a gasket once that the dealer couldn't even get to me for a week and these guys had it to me within an hour! Seriously will not go anywhere else for auto parts. Been shopping at this place since I was 15 and now I'm 25. Need a part go here!

I live not too far from this store and usually go in for a lot of my car repair needs, but I was having some car trouble and couldn't get there without the part I needed. Luckily I remembered they deliver to nearby customers! It was just a $5 part but I was very grateful they have this service available. I highly recommend Rieth Auto!

Well I felt like a real customer at this store they have all the stuff on the shelves that you want a team of employees that really want to help you not just make sure you're not stealing something I had to make a stop and congratulate all the employees in the store and then I made him get the manager or owner out so I can congratulate him on a fantastic retail job well done I recommend this place above all else shop here you may pay a dollar extra who cares they've got what you want and you get to feeling I can trust these guys they have real parts for real people I like this place

I had visited two other parts stores to try to find a part and neither could help me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the employee that helped me, but he was extremely helpful. He too, at first, was confused by my problem, but he kept looking for a solution. He was going to find a solution, and it felt good to know this would be the last store I would have to go to. It took him a few minutes eventually he understood the part I was talking about and even when he knew he didn’t have the part, and he knew he wasn’t gonna make any money off me, he still called up the Infiniti dealership to find a solution. I really wish I knew his name so that I could thank him.

These guys have helped me keep my vehicles running for many years now they go above and beyond to help and probably have the best price around too! They hooked me up with a better heat range spark plug than the ones that I wanted by looking at the old one, my car has never run better in the cold. thank you so much

These guys rock! Needed to go to the Mesa location @ 1806 E Main the other day on 3 different occasions, helped by 3 different counter people and they all gave me great service and help. I've been to allot of parts stores over the year's, but by far these guys left a great impression. I will go no were else when I'm in the Phoenix Market.......keep up the excellent customer service.

My dad had gone there for an AC blower resistor, he had gone to Autozone and other places and they were charging over $200 and such and a 3 day wait! Dad went to Carquest b/c he saw their sign, and got immediate service, and a delivery of the part from another location (30 min. wait) for $58!!! Hector was amazing and a nice guy, got my dad a cold bottle of water w/out even asking during a Hot July day. Thank you for the amazing service! - The guy who can speak 4 languages ;)

I purchased a battery into September 2017 it is now August 2019 my battery started to give me problems this past weekend. I had to jump start my car three times took my car to oreileys had them check my battery they told me that it was a bad battery in that I should purchase a new one. I kept my warranty receipt proof of purchase I called today on Monday spoke with KC, he told me that they would switch it out no questions asked if it was a bad battery if I still had my receipt and it was under the two years. I live in San Tan Valley headed to Rieth Auto in Mesa it's about a 40-minute drive I was skeptic thinking I was going to have to pay a $5 or $10 restock fee. Once getting in there I happened to run into KC upon entering the store briefly talking with him I was happy to say he switched out my battery without question. Gave me a new receipt with a new 24-month warranty and I left a happy customer not paying a penny more. Thank you kudos to the team as I will be a return customer for many years to come.

WOW! What a GREAT PLACE! A++++ Customer Service! K.C.! I had a dead battery! I drive Uber and Lyft... I NEED my car! AFTER calling several over priced and rude places, I got K.C.! Thank Goodness because I had JUST quit crying, after thinking I had no option other than paying my entire day's work. He was patient, understanding and funny. I got my battery and was out in less than 20 minutes and it was SO reasonable! I felt so relieved! Thank you RIETH! I'll be referring ALL my customers and will be coming back!

Skip the large cooperate parts houses and their badly trained high turn over rate nonsense. Just good consistent service and prices that are the same or better than AutoZone or Orielys. The guys here rock!
