Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They kept me informed as work progressed with both text and pictures. Very reasonable pricing with a good alternative to the insurance company decision to total my 10 yr old travel trailer. They are now my go to service provider

Lots of options on RV Row in Mesa, but this should be your only stop for service. Quick, efficient, communicative, but more importantly skilled. I was in a bind, they were able to fit me in, and had me back on the road far sooner than I expected to be. The entire staff is also very friendly (and love dogs!) which made the experience pleasurable versus just a necessity.

Took Motor Home in for new carburetor and hydraulic slide out issue. Carburetor was replaced and found issue with slides was tied to deteriorating batteries. Before and after pictures shown. Everything was very professional. Only recommendation I would have is if you need vehicle by a certain time that you let them know that ahead. I didn’t do this figuring it would just be a week or so assuming parts were available. Also we had no immediate trips planned so at this time it wasn’t an issue. Once I communicated to them that I was going to need it by a certain time they responded by getting it finished within about a week which worked out perfectly. Overall very satisfied with this experience.

Will use this business again. Everything that had to be done to my jeep and RV was explained in detail. Treated very fairly and politely.

Two days prior to a camping trip my Norcold refrigerator stopped working. After trying to talk me through a reset on the telephone I was unsuccessful and required assistance. Allie and Holly shuffled their schedule around to fit me in. They diagnosed a control board failure and got the part ASAP. My fridge is now working better than ever. Thanks to everyone at AZ RV Service. I have used them for many years, through 3 travel trailers and a motor home. They also replaced my AC on my conversion van. All of their work has met or exceeded my expectations.

Such a pleasure to work with! They worked diligently with Tiffin to get a resolution to our problem. Very customer oriented! Will definitely take our motorhome back for any service needed!

When it needed repairs right before we went home for the holidays, the stress in our house was… noticeable. We were out of state, worried, and hoping everything would come together in time. Holly and Matt were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, and genuinely understanding of how important this was for us. They were honest from the start — they couldn’t promise it would be done by the time we needed it, but they knew how important it was and did everything they could to make it happen. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they answered every question with real care. The team finished exactly when we hoped they would, with no surprises and no drama. We haven’t picked it up yet — that’s happening in the next couple of days — but the communication and professionalism alone deserve five stars. A huge thanks to Holly, Matt, and the whole crew for giving us back our home for the winter.

This is a high-quality professional shop. The best experience I’ve ever had paid. They pay attention to detail and customer service and I would highly recommend anybody that needs anything done their RV to take it here. You won’t find a better shop for repairs paint whatever you need Dave was unbelievable and trying to fulfill anything I wanted I would highly recommend them great place. Also, Matt is their shop foreman. He has unbelievable knowledge a great attitude customer orientated.

Wonderful rv repair shop! Very accommodating and helped us get back on the road. Mechanic was wonderful as well very knowledgeable! If needed I would come here again!!

Had hyd leveler problems with two jacks. Two other shoos had tried but failed. It took a few try’s and two visits but I think it’s fixed. Very knowledgeable. The lead shop foreman is very approachable and knowledgeable.

Paul was great. Every staff member we talked with were knowledgeable & friendly. So grateful they aren't overpriced. Highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish! The team was quick, kind, and very willing to work with my needs. They made sure everything was taken care of before I headed out on a long road trip. When my awning broke off during a storm, they jumped in to help right away. Allie and Holley were absolutely amazing—Holley kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was completely comfortable before any work or charges were done. I even had my cat in the trailer, and they worked around her with such care and patience to make sure she felt safe. Overall, outstanding service and genuine people. Highly recommend them!

In July, 2025 I needed assistance with our slide out on our Class A RV and went to Arizona RV Service for the repair. Based on my experience with this company, I would not recommend Arizona RV Service for RV repair or service. The company failed to communicate the status of the RV repair work and there were many unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, their charges were excessive and I do not believe they performed all the services that I was charged for. If you are looking for an RV repair company, I would recommend that you look elsewhere and not use Arizona RV Service.

5 years ago I contacted AZ RV Services as a RV newbie that had made a lot of mistakes. I contacted them and immediately felt comfortable with our conversation regarding the services that I needed for my Class C. I trust and HIGHLY recommend Dave and the gang to work on my new Montana 5th wheel for anything!

Above and beyond!!! My dad had a heart issue and has hospice care now. We were in process of fixing our generator when I received the call. Still waiting on parts, we needed to travel and find help here in Az. We knew we needed a new fuel pump and found out that the carburetor that we had just replaced the previous week failed. So we had to replace that also. The crew was so great kind and courteous. We actually had a good time waiting in the waiting room with them. They had what we needed in stock. Wow! That never happens! And I purchased some RV probiotic and left it on the counter when we drove out. They caught up with us and hand-delivered it to me. That was above and beyond!!! Thank you Arizona RV. Y’all are the best.

First I want thank Allie of Arizona RV for the help she provided me locating a part for my RV and getting it out to me. We ran into a bump or two but she stuck with it and got it to me on time. Her to service was uncany, if I ever need any kind of assistance or advise Allie is my god send and your 5 star employee.

Arizona RV replaced the windshield in my motor home, called for appointment and was scheduled the next day and 2 days later it was completed at a great price! Very professional and would recommend for all rv work.

My damaged Grand Design 5th Wheel was taken to AZ RV Services by my insurer for repairs. I knew nothing about them, other than their location is on Main St. in the heart of “RV land” in Mesa. Since getting into RVs a few years ago, I’m used to awful, unresponsive and poorly executed repairs. I could not be more satisfied with AZ RV Services! Finally a repair shop I can recommend to others, like auto repair services I’ve used in the past. They completed repairs in a very compact schedule and the trailer is honestly in better condition than pre-accident. As well, Dan worked with me on a repair of a crease I put in the side a couple of years ago, and executed a very cost-effective repair that looks great! Thanks guys, I will be likely seeing you more in the future!

I had a recall on a gas quick connect and I was leaving Arizona to go home fairly soon within a few weeks. Trying to find a dealer to do the warranty work was next to impossible. Arizona RV service was able to replace my part and worked with Grand Design to be paid for their work directly from Grand Design, which was great for me. All I had to do is pay for the service call to come out to my trailer. I was extremely pleased with their service and communication with me; the technician was also very skilled. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Arizona RV service again.

Had Arizona RV do some maintenance and warranty repairs for me in October 2024. Was happy with all repairs. This February while using my RV the electric water heater failed. Went over to Arizona RV and the arranged to have a tech come out to the RV Park and check out the system. Tech found issue right away and performed repairs. The shop called in to warranty provider and they covered the repair. Arizona RV made it quick and easy for me and got my heater operational again in a timely manner. I was very happy with their service and quick response!

Everyone in the shop was amazing and friendly! They got me in quickly and fixed my van up in no time, helping me get back out on the road. Dave was super helpful and informative and Allie was so sweet and entertained me while I waited. Thank you so much for getting me in! 😻🤸

We were referred to Arizona RV Service by an RV dealership in our town after having an accident and needing repairs. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasure to deal with and they kept us posted through the whole insurance claim and repair process. Our RV looks good as new and we will definitely use their services again, but hopefully for a better reason!

I highly recommend Paul, Matt, and the entire team at Arizona RV Service, LLC for anyone in need of RV repairs. After a mobile RV repairman in Apache Junction charged me $650 and failed to fix my non-working running lights and turn signals, Arizona RV Service stepped in and saved the day. They worked me in right away, diagnosed the issue within an hour, and had me back on the road by the end of the day, all for a fair price. Their honesty, efficiency, and expertise were impressive. I'll definitely be returning to them for future repairs.

Today I had some pretty terrible service with Paul and John for the repairs on my RV. Lack of communication and lack of knowledge and open alcohol containers left in the RV. Basically, my slide out is in disrepair. They told me my warranty was declined and repairs would cost north of $20k. Not something anyone wants to hear. I ask Paul for the warranty decline in writing and an estimate to be drawn up last week. After a few days of not hearing anything from him I decided to go down and see what was the issue. Paul wasn't there but John was filling in and he had no idea what was going on. After two phone calls to Paul, there is no warranty decline on paper, it is only verbal...this would have been nice to know when he told me the warranty was declined last week. Then I am told that the estimate wasn't drawn up because it would cost $500. The front desk lady said the $500 would be applied to the repairs if they were to complete them. Again, this would have been nice to know when I asked him for an estimate for the repairs. For that I wouldn't go online and trash someone's business. That's just poor customer service and maybe they were having a bad day. The reason I am making this a 1 star review is because I found an open can of alcohol in the bedroom of my RV. See the picture. This was definitely not mine and it even still had some left in the bottom. Don't take your RV to this place. Poor customer service and Techs that drink on the job. Not a place I would ever recommend.

Best RV service in the valley. Everyone else knows it too, so they can be very busy. Scheduling an appointment would be recommended. The service crew are exceptional at diagnostic and installation. I appreciate their knowledge and explanation of what needs repaired and providing options of repair or replacement. All the staff are friendly and approachable, and the work I have received has been great. They have even accommodated some odd requests I have had for my RV. A plus is that they often have very good used Class A motorhomes available for purchase at a fair price. It's worth checking the ever revolving inventory if you are in the market.

Had our floor repaired because a board went through it!!! Took them forever to fix then it was a horrible repair. It was bubbling up everywhere on every tye down buckle, along the rear ramp was a total disaster!! Then to top it off, they rebilled my insurance for the repair that they where already paid on, that they screwed up!!! This place has been a joke from day one!!! Tried to tell me brakes needed redone that they had checked them. WAS not true I could tell my tires where never taken off. Other stuff they tried to say needed repair when I know they never checked!!! Do not use this business totally a ripoff!! Bad Bad experience at this place!!! Would never recommend! After 2ND repair, floor still bubbling!!! And I Have pictures!!!
