Had bad injector coil. AZ Bimmer troubleshot the issue and texted me the issue with repair cost. They also did a complete inspection with recommended repairs. Very professional and completed all my repairs.

I happened upon this shop when my i3 broke down in their parking lot. They were kind, quick, and very helpful.

bmw owners...the minute you no longer need the dealer go to these guys... you will find the highest level of professionalism and know how for a reasonable price. yup, they're that good!

I had a very annoying problem with my BMW involving a retrofit of CarPlay done by another service. Over the course of a couple of weeks of troubleshooting, I worked with both Randy and Nick and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They understood the problem, they helped me with resolving the situation, were knowledgeable and flexible. They didn’t even charge me for services they provided. The frustrating problem with my BMW turned out to be a gift because I found Arizona BImmer Werks. I couldn’t have been treated better. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Our 128i had been sitting since March. Just got back to Mesa before Halloween and dropped it off after setting up an appointment. Car was throwing a bunch of codes was expecting the worst. A couple of hours labor, couple fuses and a relay later, car is running like a champ!! Love this place!! They've earned my respect, trust and business.

Serviced my n54 engine 100k plus miles preventive maintenance , motor mount replacement, and engine oil pan gasket , oil cooler gasket replacement, radiator replacement. Factory quality works, independent shop pricing. My engine bay look like new now.

Great shop and reasonably priced! No attitude toward a DIYer in supporting maintenance of BMW like some other shops.

Took my wife’s BMW in to have them diagnose a sound, they were not able to get the car to make the noise, when I asked what the charge was he said nothing. The BMW dealer wanted $500.00 to look at it and then charge for the repair. This is the first repair shop I have seen that understands customer service. They have earned our business on our cars for as long as we own a BMW. Thanks

Before actually showing up for service, the staff is very understanding and willing to help. Upon arrival for a scheduled service everyone was prompt and willing to help again. Communication during the service was clear and overall very happy with arizona bimmer motor works.

James was very helpful in running a proper diagnosis using the official BMW diag software. The report i received was thorough with photos. James was also very helpful in answering any and all questions. 5* would definitely recommend!

Great place for BMW lovers. They are honest people that will advise you what’s urgent and what can be done at your convenience. No pressure sales or unneeded service. They took the time to full explain my need service and answered my questions. Came in for a sensor issue that would have been outrageous at the dealership. Found them through a coworker, I’d definitely recommend. Well done, great customer service!!!

My car broken down near them, so figured it was worth a shot. Knew I had some expensive repairs that were needed, prior to my new issue. They completed all work and were better priced and more transparent than BMW. Guy at front counter was very pleasant and even told me he’s bad at remembering to call people back when their busy so asked if I could, I’ll take the honesty and had no issue calling when I wanted an update. They text me when the service was done and so far, very happy with everything.

I had a good experience. Their services are reasonably priced, and they were able to perform all repairs and servicing on time. The staff was friendly as well! The detailed inspection was beneficial, similar to the one I typically receive from the BMW dealership service center.

Amazing service. Had the car towed there in the morning, and ŕeceived a link with diagnostic results complete with photos shortly after. Car needed a valve cover gasket replacement and the price they quoted me was the cheapest after calling around. My car was ready the next day. They were very responsive through out. I don't usually review but I was really pleased with the service and they deserve a thumbs up.

These guys are extremely reasonable for bimmer techs! Had my car in and out in under a week, and couldn’t complain about the price considering the work they had to do. I must say, iv’e got to appreciate the honesty and integrity of James and his mechanics. Highly recommend these cats.

James and crew were fantastic. They were impressively very thorough with their diagnostics and took time to explain findings and priority of items needing to be addressed. James was patient and answered all the questions I had, which was really comforting. An excellent experience overall. Found this shop after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price for some coolant system work on my 330i. Adam got back to me within hours of reaching out with a very fair estimate. Job was completed a couple days later, on time, under the original estimate, with all genuine BMW parts and my car is running great once again. This will be my go to shop from now on.

Super happy with the team here! Got an aftermarket cat-back exhaust installed here and they were very helpful in the process and their communication was great. Will absolutely use them again for maintenance and any other mods I choose to add!

Explained everything and thoroughly laid out my options, along with their recommendations. never felt pressured to fix things that were not needed. Appreciate their honesty and transparency. James and team are wonderful! They will give you a very honest statement and charge a fair fee. We trust them more than the dealers! We’ve been taking our cars to them for close to a decade now, be it within warranty or outside warranty. We’ve never had any complains or issues. James is very thorough and honest. He’ll tell you what is required and what is not. He’s very accommodating as well. You’ll notice the highest level of integrity in no time and will keep going back to them.
