I can’t recommend Valley Express Towing enough. I was driving on the freeway with my son in the car when my front passenger-side tire suddenly exploded. I pulled over to the shoulder, but a cement barrier prevented me from getting over any further, which was pretty scary in the moment. I immediately searched for a well-rated towing company nearby and called Valley Express Towing. Don arrived within 10 minutes and was incredibly kind and professional. He hooked up my truck quickly, made sure we were safe, and got us to our destination without any issues. I would absolutely recommend Valley Express Towing to anyone who needs fast, reliable, and professional service.

Not sure about the services, but if it’s anything how the heavy equipment operators drive then it’s probably pretty poor. Your heavy equipment driver doesn’t know how to merge. It’s not my duty to move for his poor planning on the road and then for him to get behind me with his brights and throw a tantrum like a three-year-old.

I chose this service because of the great reviews. However, my experience was rather frustrating. After waiting over double the quoted time for a truck to arrive. When Ansel, I believe his name was, arrived, he did not greet me but rather shouted loudly “GET IN THE TRUCK, WHERE ARE YOUR KEYS?!” This was off-putting as is, but to add to the discomfort, during the drive he was clearly distracted and nearly rear-ended 3 separate vehicles. Not to mention the constant complaint of dispatch being “Retarded” I will never utilize this company ever again.

Just got done using Valley Express for the first time, my Driver was Anthony and his truck was unit #37 I believe. First off amazing customer service from his first call to shaking hands. Very professional, courteous and great customer service. I will be using them again to handle any of my fleets needs.

Let me start by saying , the driver Anthony was very professional, I've been in the wrecker business for 25 plus years, and he's the real deal, I was very impressed with the way this young man carried himself, from the hook to the drop 100%< keep up the good work Anthony and plz stay safe always.

Wonderful service. Tractor trailer made to tight of a turn and got stuck in the culvert. James was quick and efficient with the rig and got it righted very quickly. Dispatch was very friendly and communication was excellent.

These employees need re-training. The front desk old lady who seems like she’s missing tooth, I asked her to show me the policies and she didn’t even know her own policies. Her response was “I don’t know maybe somewhere in the front” like what type of customer service is that? We had to take multiple trips because of how they lacked on informing clients the right information. What a joke

The man that helped at the tow yard was super helpful and friendly as well as quick. He went out of his way to help me with issues that wasn't his concern and even gave me info on an auto shop nearby for a repare I needed fixed

Don't let them lie to you about their Lincoln location, they'll gladly send you down here to pick up your car and tell you "it's manned from 9-5, don't worry, no appointment necessary!" And then you'll get there, and they have one tow guy manning the place who they send out on calls for 75% of the day. If you enjoy having to visit 3 times to get your car, waiting in the sun for 60 minutes at a time, and then being lied to about his arrival, then Valley Express is for you!

My husband had a tire blow out on a very busy part of the I10/ 17. We called 2 tow services before calling Valley Tow. We got hung up on 2 times when we mentioned where my husband’s car was. I was so overwhelmed and unhappy!! BUT Thankfully Valley tow took the call and had a truck out to us within 30 min!! I can’t remember the drivers name but he was so kind. I would definitely recommend them!

We had such a great experience with Valley Express Towing in Mesa. We arrived right at closing, but the owner and staff were incredibly kind and didn’t rush us at all. They patiently let us retrieve all of our belongings from my husband’s truck, even staying late to help. Everyone we interacted with was genuine, helpful, and understanding. Truly above and beyond service—we’re so grateful!

Called the local Chevrolet Dealer to make sure they could take my truck from VALLEY EXPRESS when they towed it to their location. I scheduled the tow. The guy showed up then pitched me letting them do the warranty work. I waited for 20 minutes until he communicated that they could do the warranty repair but I would have to pay the labor. I declined since the factory warranty repair at the Chevrolet dealer required no out of pocket expense. The tow driver collected my keys and drove my truck on to the flatbed truck he had. Now it gets fun. Instead of taking my truck to the service department. He dropped in customer parking and never alerted the dealer that it was their for service. I called at 24 hours. The Chevrolet dealer found in customer parking with no keys. They has to make a temporary key to get in it. They found no key. I called Valley Express and explained what happen. The lady told me she would call the driver and call me back. That was 3 days ago. I called this morning and she told me he left them in the ignition. The truck has no ignition. Now I have to pay several hundred dollars for a new set of keys and get them programed. I would not let them tow a playschool kids car. I must have upset the tow driver that told me he gets a cash spiff when he gets the tow and then service for the new mechanic that does super fast work. No accountability form them. They had a responsibility to get me truck to the dealer with the keys. The completely failed. It's no their fault. No ownership of the problem or a solution. No apology. Still waiting for the the MANAGER TO CALL ME. My expectation is pretty low at this point. Valley Express trained me to have a low expectation of their customer service.

Ezekiel, the tow driver was super. Fast, courteous, helpful, professional and sympathetic. When you wreck your car there generally is not too much to be happy about. Right? Well. Nobody was hurt. This is a miracle from Jesus. And, Ezekiel came , knew exactly what to do, was very helpful . His service gave us another thing to be grateful for. Thank you for dispatching him.

My Father-in-law called Valley Express towing at my recommendation on Monday night around 6ish. They said they could pick him up north of Sunflower, AZ. for a fee of $365 + 5.00 mile. My father-in-law told them he had an F250 with a camper on the back of the truck. They called back later saying it would be 7 AM pick. They sent a rollback not a medium duty which it was I told my father-in-law to tell them. Then around 2:30pm Tuesday they finally show up with a tractor trailer. Now the price was $225.00 hour + $78 fuel surcharge. Wow bait and switch and left my 70's father-in-law on the highway for 19 hours. Yes we could have called someone else. Then when he tried calling to talk to owners they would not return any of his calls. Future customer be aware. Say what you want you still don't get the points!

Avoid Valley Express Towing at all costs. We had a terrible experience trying to retrieve my dad’s motorcycle. They made the process a nightmare, requiring endless paperwork: POA forms, the bike’s title and registration, my dad’s ID, and even my brother’s ID. Despite jumping through all these hoops, they claimed they could tow the bike home for us, only to backtrack when we arrived by saying they don’t tow motorcycles. On top of that, they incorrectly claimed our paperwork was wrong because the employee couldn’t read it properly. They even lost my brother’s ID for a moment, making us wait almost 20 minutes after we had already paid. All of this happened while my dad was in the hospital, recovering from two surgeries after having his foot amputated. The worst part? The employees made insensitive remarks about how “cool” the bike was, despite us explaining multiple times why it was there in the first place. Completely unprofessional and heartless. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

My truck unfortunately had to be towed and before this company got their hands on it, there wasn’t a DINK on my truck. This is how they have it back to me! And one of the drivers was a jerk. Insisting I was going to look stupid when they showed us their photos upon arrival. I have spoken to police & this WILL be made right. Never in my freaking life has this happened. And I wasn’t irrate or anything, even though I could have been ( rightly so) so the treatment was uncalled for.

Five stars isn’t enough. I work for a company in Michigan and we needed assistance with loading equipment on a trailer in the Phoenix area. After my call with dispatch I got a call from TC. TC was awesome and his customer service was superior to most. He regularly updated me with a timeline of how things were going via calls and texts. Not only was pricing better than the other two places I called but hands down top notch customer service from the dispatch team to TC. Incredible to say the least!

That God' for this amazing Towing Company* I unfortunately lost a major brake air line which caused me to lose all brake pressure in the unit that I was transporting on to a 7% down grade in the Arizona Mountains ⛰ 😥😰😱 Thank God' for the runaway ramp!!! Then this Amazing Towing Company was able to pull the over 85,000lbs Cement Truck out of the gravel pit*

Called at 930 to make an appointment. They said they would meet me at 2pm. I was there at 130pm, after a 30 minute drive, just in time for them to cancel because their truck was unavailable. Turns out, it was unavailable the whole time. Great communication, not. I called Emergency Towing, who showed up within the hour and did it for much less. The 3 stars were only because they were friendly, not the service.

I will absolutely recommend Valley Express Towing to anyone! They were able to help me on very short notice as well! My car was not a traditional tow job, the angle of the driveway, flat tires, and lowered car were all valid obstacles but Danny was the man. He expressed his concerns honestly yet with confidence he would do his best and take his time to ensure the safety of my car. I REALLY appreciated that about him! He did exactly what he said, he took his time to make sure the safety of my car and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. Couldn't be happier!

These guys are amazing!!! Thorough, cautious, courteous and kind. They did a Super amazing job getting our RV on and off a trailer and out of a really tight parking lot! Richard, Doug & Travis are the A Team! Thanks so much guys for making a Super stressful situation bearable! :D

Towing guy did very well first but while dropping truck he break our truck oil pan also he denied that he did this. Even we have photos of before tow start and stop, thanks for wasting our 48 hours. Photos attached (before, after)

Amazing guys, easy to work with, fit me in same day despite being busy, we’re able to move my tractor and at an extremely reasonable rate. Will definitely use in the future!

Joshua was outstanding! I got a flat on the 101, and he came out quickly, loaded my truck in about 10 min, and drove me to 20+ miles to Big O Tires. Can't recommend these guys enough!
