My experience was awesome, the driver came, identified and introduced himself and got busy preparing my vehicle for transport. Upon arrival at the dealership, he unloaded my vehicle. He was very personable, friendly, and professional and it was a pleasure doing business with Apache Towing.

Might’ve written one or two reviews in my life, but had to take the time to do this one… Gary was awesome! My car had a REALLY bad oil leak and he not only got my car over to the mechanic shop with care and candor, but he also brushed out the oil stain on my driveway with a push broom and some Absoball. Gary, you killed it man!

Very friendly efficient fast and knowledgeable service. The Tech was pleasant and ensured we were safe and had what we needed to get back on the road. I definitely recommend their services!! Thanks again.

I can’t remember his name..I think it was Eddie. He was professional, friendly, and handled my car with no problem at all. The tow was smooth and stress-free, and he made the whole situation way easier than I expected. Highly recommend if you need fast and reliable service!

Keneth is terrible. Nice on the phone, rude as hell in person. He argued over the registration being expired which it was not, I had accidentally left the prior registration in the vehicle. He then started getting aggravated when I told him the tags weren’t expired and that was the old registration. He then told me I need the “title summary” for the vehicle for some reason. I then stated the vehicle was purchased in another state and the MVD did not have it on file. he then proceeded to say “I don’t currrrr where you bought the vehicle!”. I was confused on WHY I couldn’t just provide him the online proof for the current registration (which I showed him) he just kept telling me I needed the title summary. I then argued and told him since the registration is what he originally wanted I was going to get a physical copy and bring it back. I went ahead and did this and it seemed like his whole personality changed after that, but still, every chance the female worker was not present in the office he would bad mouth her and say she doesn’t do anything and he might as well work alone.. like okay? Keep your work issues to yourself, I don’t know either of you. Long story short, Keneth must have high blood pressure because he is short to anger and will not fulfill his role in customer service. This is the first time our vehicle has been to a tow yard, and we were in an accident, not a dui or criminal case and it seemed like he was upset that we were there in the first place. If the owner cares about customer experience, which based off of how long this guy has worked here, they don’t, they should really look into how he treats people when things don’t go as smooth as they should (we were just in a collision). Anyway, if I’m ever in an accident again I’d rather have the police impound my vehicle than deal with these guys in the future. Also, after paying the fees to get my vehicle released he stated the driver was delayed and that they would contact me when they were in route and they failed to do that. So the vehicle was just placed in front of my house (mind you it was missing a wheel so it not mobile). Terrible experience on top of an already terrible experience being involved in a collision. Go elsewhere unless you feel like arguing with someone who’s supposed to be helping you. I’m not looking for a refund nor am I looking for anything free. This is an honest review and I left with a bitter taste in my mouth after paying 500+ dollars for their services.

Patrick took very good care of me. Made sure. I got to a safe spot on my spare. Because it didn't have very much air in it. So he followed me to a place where I could have my tire, looked at and purchased a new tire. He was amazing. He took care of it and very short ordered he came Within 10 minutes after I put the call in

I had to have my car towed home. Brandon was absolutely amazing and deserves one hell of a raise!!!!!! He was very respectful and helpful

I worked with Kenneth at Apache Sands to recover my truck and trailer. He was polite and honest letting me know all the documents I needed to bring with to get them released. When I arrived he knew me by name from the phone call and quickly took care of everything so I could get my vehicle back.

Had a razor blade in my tire. Reliable. Arrived quickly. Nice male driver who always acted appropriately. I've had this company several times. Always good. I use roadside assistance so never had to pay tow company directly.

I got into a car accident and had to be towed since driving wasn't an option. Ken from Apache Sands showed up and was super nice and helpful. He even checked in on me the next day like we were buddies. Top-notch customer service that's hard to come by. I'm seriously impressed and will definitely be coming back here for any roadside help I need.

My driver was amazing!! He got there quickly at the stated time and got my car to the shop. He even had a phone charger to use bc mine was almost dead! If you’re trying to choose a tow company I would definitely recommend Apache Sands!!

Came here a few times so far as it's close to my house. Most recently for an oil change and we love them! Its a bit more pricey than other places but it's worth the money for them being so thorough and confident in their work. I would recommend them

Great service just took over twice as long to get to my vehicle than predicted. (Said they were 15 mins away, but took about 40 mins. to get to me.) Other than that - excellent.

I had an excellent experience with Ken at the Gilbert location Office. He was extremely professional, and treated me with kindness and respect during a stressful situation. Ken went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. I came here with my mother with the goal of retrieving my items from my car; which was towed just two days ago. I was greeted by a worker, Kenneth, he was immediately welcoming and making a difficult situation a bit easier. I’m sure the lower star reviews of the other employees working. There were two other workers that provided a rude interaction; with flippant remarks about women and us as well. They were horrible to speak with, however Kenneth was very reassuring and helpful. He explained no one should be harassed and I completely agree, it was nice to feel validated. He made a hard matter more enjoyable with casual talk and his physical help cleaning out my trunk. Truly I think he is the best employee in this business. Put him in charge!!

1321 N Pioneer St Gilbert, AZ 85233 [Kenneth] I think one of the reasons for some 1 star some 5 is the people working there and which you get. During the time my car was stored and I and the insurance guy dealt with the storage yard, there were very different experiences between who you get at the desk/phone. Kenneth was great at just making the experience the least painful and being easy to work with. He did the required stuff but in a way that made it feel like he cared and was doing his best for me.

1321 N Pioneer St Gilbert, AZ 85233 United States This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I had all my paper work in order and ready but they kept saying my paper work was copies and they were not I had to go back and get a new one notarized and even then they gave me a hassle with payment the reps were super rude and did not want to help me they kept making excuses to keep my car an extra day those ppl really should consider quitting if they hate their job that much
