I just bought a car from Ron. He was professional and helpful. He did a great job answering all my questions and then again when I brought my hubby and kids back for a second test drive. Do not shop here. Salesman will talk over you and act like they know what you’re searching for. I had a few questions and Peter did not want to discuss on a conversational level. He just wanted to say his peiece and move on. I would not suggest dealing with this auto dealer unless you were desperate and price is actually fair.

I learned the lesson a little bit too late, when a vehicle is purchased out of state and transferred into Arizona, it doesn’t carry over the salvage or restored title brand .
**That’s what Caspian does, they fix up wrecked cars with used parts and glue and sell them.** Yes I have proof.
So when I got my truck, it looked like it had a clean title. I was aware of the accident it had before, but I thought it had been paid for out-of-pocket thus leaving the title Clean. This is not the case, and I only realized this when I tried to make a claim with their provided aftermarket “Forever”warranty through Ascent.
Simply put, the “forever“ warranty is no good on most of the vehicles that they sell and Caspian knows this. I tried to make a claim for a transmission that had gone out, and Ascent said since the vehicle has been in a collision before it voided the warranty.
Why would Caspian knowingly Sell you on this warranty if it’s void from day 1?
Yes, this collision occurred before the Truck was purchased and before the warranty was even placed on the car.
I called and spoke to the Caspian manager about this. He said “ we are aware of the issue with the warranty and I won’t leave you hanging. Let me call you back tomorrow.“
Well here I am six weeks later still hanging!
Long story short you get what you pay for. I got a great deal on a truck that I was looking for but in the long run, not so great. Do your own title research and take it to a mechanic or a body shop so you know exactly what you’re getting.

I just stopped in to view some of the vehicles this dealer sells & was impressed with Peter, who explained the whole process, including before & after pictures for rebuilt, title vehicles. They appear to be very transparent about the vehicles they sell so if you’re looking for a deal, this may be an option to save some money.
