By far the worst place in town to get parts. They hired doordash people to deliver them and they will just dump them anywhere. They dumped him on a neighbor's front porch and just walked away and left them there even though the neighbors had a sign stating do not leave Parts on this front porch the shop you're looking for is to the west. Don't waste your time or your money!
I had a great experience shopping at PA Mesa division on E. Main St, the personnel was very professional and knowledgeable. I went in to place an order for rear shock assemblies. The brand I wanted was currently not in stock but said they could have them there in two days. Well they followed through and they were there for pick up. I wanted to thank you for your help in this time sensitive order, I am very grateful. Thank you.
Called in yesterday morning 1/23/23 @ 7am.for a part. They had it delivered to · 7220 E Main St. I told the guy on the phone I'll be there after work at 4pm to pick it up. When i got there they couldn't find the part after 10mins of searching i was told they sold the part.
If you want to receive good customer service do not.....DO NOT go to this store!!... I rarely leave one star reviews but this warrants for it. This is the 3rd time I've been into this location on Main street in Mesa, and each time was a rude experience from the staff. Each time I walked in with a smile and a warm greeting of "Hi....how are you?" and all I get back is a blank stair with a look of "what do you want😶🙄"...like I'm Inconveniencing him at work. I'm referencing to the heavy set guy who sits at the front counter with a long white beard. Sir...If you don't have a Passion for people or at least even willing to act like you tolerate customers.... please don't sit at the front desk.

Clean, easily accessible off main and sun valley streets. Pleasant counter help, knowledgable and able to order. Cheaper than dealer and generally a couple different manufacturers/ solutions for your parts needs. Parts have apretty decent warranty. Recommend
Awful! Dont waste your time going to this place, the guy with the long grey beard in the front desk was dismissive for saying the less. I was showing him some pictures of what I need for my car and he didn't even bother looking at them he just kept saying "no I dont have those parts, we dont sell those here" so unless he is a f$%ing psychic I dont see how this can have any resemblance with good service.
