Parts Authority has been my go-to auto-parts store in Phoenix, the selection is huge, from basic maintenance items to hard-to-find parts, and I’ve almost always found what I needed on the spot. The parts are reasonably priced and often much cheaper than dealership alternatives. Their staff have been helpful when I needed guidance finding the right component for my car. Whether I’m doing a quick tune-up or a bigger repair project, this place gives me confidence and value every time.
Love this place! Heard about it in a YT video and glad I did. Came in for some rotors nobody else had in stock for a reasonable price. Enter Parts Authority, these guys were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly they have civilized prices. Will definitely return. Skip the Irishman and the zone just go to these dudes
Tony from the Guadalupe branch answered my call. I was already frustrated with talking to over 23 different parts dealers. He calmly asked me my name and which part I needed for my vehicle. I told him in my frustrated tone that I needed an AC Compressor for my 2013 Buick Verano, which was a complete gong show at every parts stores, online orders and dealerships. Within seconds he gave me multiple options, with everything I wouldn't have thought of needing until I was well into the job. He offered to send me a complete schematic of the parts and installation procedures, he gave me a 2 year warranty and I could pick up the parts the same day and have the vehicle back on the road with total confidence that I have a repaired AC system.
2 days later to my surprise he called me back to check on the progress of my repair, genuinely concerned about my situation and that everything was working flawlessly. I've never received such professional service nor have I ever felt that the sales staff from all of these other companies that I had a relationship with for many years.
By a reliable reference I found a real treasure in this company. Thank you Tony for being a friend instead of a salesman. I called for parts and received a fantastic relationship with this business

Reasonable prices, staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly, and if they don't have it they can usually get it same-day if you call early enough.

So Let me start with I have always liked the store they've always been good to me they've got good prices they've had a lot of parts and supplies that have needed for vehicles that being said I felt confident and purchasing a parts authority knock off knock sensor for my 2001 sienna.
Dont do it!
It is not the same as an actual Toyota knock senser!!
After installing the knock off knock sensor, my Van was still not passing emissions. so I spent several $100 more fixing other things in it that I thought would work until somebody finally told me That I need it in official Toyota knock sensor, and that knock offs on a knock sensor wont-work.
so I go spend the $300 on the Toyota knock sensor and wouldn't ya know I finally pass emissions! Yeah.
so this is just fair warning to anybody else, dont spend the 260 bucks on the knock off. it id a wast of time and money.
And electrical things are not returnable.:( probably wouldn't of needed to spend that other 3 or $400 on other things and I'm out the $260 on the knock off knock sensor..
So I just want parts authority and other people to know that it does not work and it's really a bummer that I'm out so much money because I followed their guidance and believed that their product would work.
Lesson learned ... don't buy knock off knock sensors.
Quick service. Knowledgeable staff. They had a part I couldn't find anywhere else and they sold it to me super cheap. Skip the junkyard and just come here.
Went in looking for a part that I couldn't find at AutoZone and that I needed sooner than I could get it from Amazon, and they had it in stock. The service was quick and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for parts again.
This place is awesome. I go in frequently and they are always nice and friendly and can get odd parts within hours. My new favorite place to buy parts.
My first visit was a bit disappointing as far as service counter interactions go. They did have the parts I need at a good price. My second and third visits were much better. The employees were attentive and helpful.
This is the place to go for auto parts. They look up what you need and find it for you. 9 out of 10 times they will beat auto zone prices by a decent amount. Definitely worth checking out.
Best customer services and prices in auto parts. From here on out I will be checking parts authority before autozone or any of the other retail auto parts stores. They went out of their way to get a small gasket to their store from an outside vendor within two hours on their own accord. Highly recommended if you dont want to get price gouged. Thank you!
