I went to Priority Car Care in Mesa AZ on McKellips Rd. The alternator on my F350 diesel truck was bad. They replaced it in a day. They explained everything and I picked it up the next day before 10am. Price and labor was fair. Definitely recommend this company. I was treated with respect.

Jeremy is the best! He could have really cleaned out my wallet as I thought we would be replacing a clutch. But no! Jeremey was awesome and honest and found out it was just a sensor which was a fraction of the cost. Also they should get an extra star because they're really great at scheduling and getting it done when they say they will. Which as a mom with three car seats, is so very helpful in knowing what I need to prepare for.

Priority did a great job servicing my jeep JL transmission. They used genuine parts at better than dealership pricing!

Priority Car Care is hands down the best automotive shop I’ve ever been to! As a woman, I’ve often felt taken advantage of at other car repair places, but I completely trust this team. Ken and Mike genuinely have my best interests in mind, always explaining what repairs are necessary and what can wait. Their prices are fair, and they go above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule so I can get my car back as quickly as possible. Recently, I had to take my car to the dealership, and they kept it for an entire week without making any progress. When I brought it to Priority Car Care, they diagnosed and fixed everything the same day! Their efficiency, honesty, and customer service are unmatched. I have been bringing my cars to Priority Car Care for the past 5 years for everything from routine maintenance to major repairs and everything in between. To say that I highly recommend this shop would be an understatement. Ken and Mike go beyond simply providing honest, excellent quality work at fair prices. They genuinely care about their customers and how best to solve their problems. Do not hesitate. This is the shop you are looking for.

So I got my front brakes done recently at another shop and shortly after I started hearing squeaking, so I assumed I must need back brakes now too. I also knew I needed new tires and some other work done so I brought my truck to Priority where they confirmed I needed back brakes. They put new brakes and rotors on and the new tires and did an alignment and fixed my front left axle. I picked up my truck and immediately went on a camping trip where I noticed I still heard my brakes squeaking and that maybe my alignment didn't seem right. So I bring it back to them and they re-align it and replaced my rear brakes AND rotors again, no questions asked. When I came to get my truck they tell me there's still squeaking but that it must be the new front brakes the other shop put on. So I bring it to the other shop and they tell me it's definitely not their work squeaking and that it's my rear brakes. Ugh. So now I go back to Priority feeling and acting frustrated and they were probably a little frustrated with me too (understandably). But you know what they did, AGAIN WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED? They replaced the rear brakes and rotors. FOR THE THIRD TIME! AND they for sure verified that it was indeed the front brakes AND they also called the manager at the other shop for me. Mike and Ken are amazing. And I'd like to thank them both from the bottom of my heart for going way above and beyond in customer service. I will be going to these guys for as long a I live in Arizona or I die....whichever comes first!

I had an issue with a stubborn CV Axle that was a little out of my league as an avid DIY guy.. I gave Priority a call and spoke to Mike. To my surprise, they were able to get it in and fixed in the same day, despite a busy schedule! In today's world of ever inflated prices it was nice when these guys treated me fair and gave me a more than honest quote. Would recommend to anyone.

I took my 2018 Toyota Corolla in for it's scheduled oil change and inspection. My appointment was at 3:00 pm and I was out 30 minutes later - fantastic! Owner Ken let me know my tires were not yet in need of rotation, but that everything was looking great. All fluids were checked and topped off if needed, brakes and tires checked, etc. I had been paying almost $100 at a AAA shop in Phoenix (at least a 20 minute drive), and I was pleasantly surprised at the much lower price from Priority. Not only that, it's less than five minutes from my house. I will continue to take "Harry" to Ken and Mike for all his check-ups!

I had a great experience. They were able to diagnose problems that 2 other mechanics missed. I can't thank them enough. Well recommended by close friends.

Outstanding service each time I come in. They go BEYOND what MOST car/truck service businesses do, and it's appreciated very much! The BEST part, they are family owned and are incredibly honest, plus their prices are very reasonable. Took my car in for help with an overheating issue.Pricing was fair. Staff was able to get my car looked at and fully repaired same day. Car running very smooth now. No issues. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to anyone with car care needs. Thanks guys.

Thank you for a great job on my 2010 GMC Arcadia for the radiator flush replaceed two hoses water pump serpentine belt and thermostat they did a nice clean job on mycar. I would recommend this shop 100% Mike was very easy to work with.Thanks again for a great Job. DISCOUNT HOME SERVICES!

I had a wonderful experience at this shop. Ken listened to my cars issues and was very patient, kind, and involved me through every step of the process. We were dealing with my cars warranty which can get complicated. When he stepped away to handle some business, his replacement was just as kind. I’ve got a Nissan Xterra. A little over a year ago I had a shop put on new adjustable Bilstein shocks. I wanted it level but it didn’t turn out that way and has pretty much made noise since. When I took it to priority car care they quickly figured out the issue and made the necessary repairs. They were upfront about price and got the job done when they said they would. I will be using them for my future car maintenance and repairs.

These guys do excellent work. There is a reason for why they are so busy. They constantly go above and beyond at reasonable prices. A mechanic shop you can trust.

Honest, fair pricing, quick turn around. I've had my car and truck worked on over the years and I never had problems with their workmanship. And friendly, always a plus.

Took my Dodge in for alignment before a long towing trip. These guys were awesome from the moment I called to the truck get in, till the moment they handed me my keys back. Very happy customer. I chose Priority Car Care based on some of the reviews here, and was not disappointed. Although not the least expensive, their prices were fair (I had brakes, tires, and an alignment done). Both Mike and Ken were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They communicated progress throughout the day, and my vehicle was ready when promised. In my opinion, these are truly honest mechanics who don't cut corners in their work or customer service.
