Anytime I go to big brand I'm always satisfied with the work done on my car.. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my car. They are experts at diagnosing the problem and fixing just that.. They don't just change parts until they fix the problem.. They know what they are doing.. And they are the only ones I would trust my car with.. Thanks Big Brand 😊

Nick and his boss were the epitome of human-kindness and professionalism on Friday afternoon 2/6/2026: I am a cyclist and do not drive, yet when my rear tire inexplicably -after just changing the tube - went flat on the way to my pharmacy, I walked my bike to Big Brand and asked if it were possible to use their air hose, as it was close to their closing time and the bays were almost empty. They not only said yes, but when the tire kept loosing air they even replaced the Schrader valve core in an attempt to help me get to where I needed to go. I ended up walking back to my home, but that takes nothing away from Big Brand's sense of service and helping someone in need, so important in these divided times. HANDS IN THE AIR FOR BB!

Exceptional service and hands down the best auto service center around. I came in for an alignment check and the technician (great guy, but I’m blanking on the name) took the time to explain optimal suspension adjustments for my Tacoma. The entire staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. The alignment was reasonably priced and I was out the door in no time! I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Big Brand did a great job getting my da fixed, beat competitors tire pricing and also had some awesome referrals to get other things done they couldn’t. I would highly recommend them! Thank you guys for all you do 🤍

My car was looked at immediately and they fixed a small problem I had with my battery and I was back on the road within 10 minutes! No hassle, no run around, and also very accommodating and super friendly. I was also well informed of preventative action to avoid the same problem. So awesome!

Between Cody, Gary, Brittany and the wonderful mechanic my car is now safe and happy. Communication is key and those updates on my repair status kept me at ease. This team has always been kind, informative and customer service oriented. Even though there are auto repair shops closer to me, I travel 40 minutes to get work done on my car at Big Brands because I trust in them.

I came in on a weekend when I needed a patch for my tire. They completed the job quickly and did not charge me. They even gave me an invoice for my recordkeeping that says $0.00. Your mileage may vary in terms of how busy the shop is when you come in. They were able to get to me immediately and I was out within 20 minutes. About a week later, tire is holding air perfectly. Couldn't ask for more. Very kind staff as well.

Had my new used car inspected due to change oil light coming on. Was greeted by Brittany and Ray inspected my car. They are very friendly, helpful and Professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needed service for their vehicle

Gary and his team were amazing. If you are tired of the young kids that dont know what the 3 numbers on a tire mean service your car? Take it here if so. Im over other big name companies. Gary took the time to listen to what I wanted and showed what he could get me. He didn't have my size on his shelf but was able to have them delivered put on and aligned all before closing time. He called me with updates thru service and gain a new customer for life. Hope I dont need to see you soon but know if I do my tires are in good hands. Thanks again

ABS lights on dash. This is a high quality "tire shop"... Their services include new tires of course but they also can check for any other problem with your vehicle. They are honest, polite, and each one of them is dedicated to what they do. When I purchased my set of four tires they even matched their competitors. Today they were extremely helpful with this ABS issue. Seems like there are a vast number of Honda's with this same problem. They even gave mi printed information to take to the dealer with mi. Very honest & knowledgeable. Thanks!!!!

Wicked good service. Fast and friendly, straight to the point and no bs. Cody got me in quick and the techs slapped on my new tires so fast I should have just waited at the shop. Thanks for the top notch service 🤙

This place is awesome, they are so efficient and nice. Whenever I am there they are always helping people out as best they can. I had a nail in my tire and was with my three kids and they we so helpful to get me in and out quickly. I will always come to this tire place for any oil changes/ buying new tires.

Best customer service ever. I called and Brittany set me up. Got there when the tires arrived. Gary and Kody were super helpful. And the young man that put my tires on and did the alignment WOW.🤩. Would give this shop more than 5 stars. Much better than Discount and faster. And the prices were amazing.

I have come to Big brand twice now and the service has been absolutely on point. Gary the manager is VERY helpful and has always made it feel he has the customers best interest in mind. I ordered some tires online and when I arrived they ended up not having the tires in stock. They made everything correct right away, and I couldn’t be happier. The prices are very fair and workman ship has been thorough and reliable. I also appericate how they take the time to explain the processes involved in your vehicles upkeep and care. Great shop, highly recommend!!

They looked at my tires right away and told me they were fine, just inflated them a little. No upsells or hassles, the location is great and easy to find and access, the facility clean and the team gracious. I'll be back for oil changes and other services for sure, as well as tires. ***. An update...I went back a second time for oil change. They did the free inspection and came back with an observation of battery misfiring and corrosion on the battery connectors. Hmm. I thought...I can afford that. The batteries old. So..they addressed it, new battery etc. Well for a couple years now my car's done this little hiccup from time to time. I thought it was the transmission and I didn't know if I wanted to fix it or get a new car so I wasn't taking action. I've had several inspections the last couple years...nobody said anything about the battery. Now, they addressed it - Hiccups gone! It was the battery. Thanks Big Brand!

Gary and the guys took awesome care of my Subaru today and I am really thankful for their awesome help and quick service and Gary has really good customer service. Forget all the other tire dealers

If I could give 10 stars I would! I noticed that my food truck had a large gash in one of the tires. I spoke to Cody, one of the mechanics , and he had a new tire ordered, shipped and ready for install THE NEXT DAY! While I was waiting, Gary, the store manager, kept me informed along the way, even recommending some paint where the wheel was chipped! The whole thing was done im 30 minutes! This group is super polite, helpful and offers fantastic customer service at a VERY fair price! I'm a fan and you will be too.

Needed help with a tire that had a slow leak. Visited two other big name tire stores in the area that were too busy to take a look. Ended up at Big Brand Tire at 3720 E Baseline Road in Mesa and was greeted immediately by Gary the manager. He slipped my vehicle into the queue right away and his team repaired the leak and calibrated my TPMS sensors, all at no charge. The service was fast, efficient and friendly and I’ll definitely be back for my future tire needs. Give Gary and his team a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Big Brand Tire & Service for a couple of years, and Gary and his team provide exceptional service. My oil change was quick, and they even sent me text updates throughout the process, which I really appreciate. The waiting area was clean and had cold water which is a nice touch in this hot weather. Great service and a GREAT price.

I brought my flat tire that was punctured here. The manager Gary and his other colleagues were efficient and friendly. I did not have to pay since my warranty covered the tire repair. My tire was fixed in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location for your auto needs!

Gary at Big Brand at Baseline and Val Vista is my go to! Very knowledgeable as a car guy and always takes care of me where he can. Finding honest shops is difficult so I would highly recommend giving them a chance!

Impressive work. Bought a set of 5 Falken Wildpeak A/T trails from them. Ordered online around 7 AM, brought the car in the late afternoon around 4PM and was in and out in about an hour. They set up my full size spare with a wheel and TPMS I provided no problem. Awesome customer service and speed, will be back and will recommend

Big Brand Tire is my new go-to tire spot in the valley. Always friendly, wait times are better than the other places and they’re honest and upfront with you about what you need, will save you money over trying to sell you something. They do more than tires as well! Just moved from one side of the valley to the other and found a new Big Brand Tire to go to near my new home; service is as exceptional as it was at the last location I used to go to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a local feel with competitive pricing.

***UPDATES BELOW*** ***STILL NOT RESOLVED 05-01-24 *** BBB website this company has a 1.5 stars rating with almost every storefront location in Arizona being issued an "F" for so many complaints filed against them. 02-22-24 I called this place and asked to schedule an appointment to have some tires installed. I had already purchased the tires because i got a better deal. Dropped the truck off the afternoon before to give them more time. Jeremey the manager said to us we should have it done tomorrow by mid-morning. we said great we will wait for your call. the next afternoon Jeremy calls and the first words out of his mouth RE YOU KNOW YOU HAD CURB RASH ON YOUR WHEELS RIGHT? I said what are you talking about? Jeremy said the wheels have some curb rash on them and we have to take the bead locks off to install the new tires. I told him they were simulation bead locks they were not real and you don't have to take them off. long story short we got there to pick up my wife's truck and all four wheels were damaged inside and out. they left the spare jack and tools loose in the bed of the truck, all four valve stem caps were missing. Jeremy the manager never once said Oh I'm so sorry this happened, we will get this fixed as quickly as possible. He seems to think this is okay and part of the installation process for your tires. these are stock Ford Raptor SVT wheels with the recommended 37"X12.50X17" tires on them. we have never had any shop do damage to our wheels since we purchased it in 2013. based on my past three experiences with this place, we will never go back ever again. 03-07-24 UPDATE!!! I replied to Henry and gave him and the District Manager my contact information. I also sent an email to the CEO of Big Brand Tire and a few hours later Jeremy the manager called me. Asking how he could make this right and suggested having the wheels inspected to see if they could be powder-coated. then he said we could send them out one at a time and have them fixed. I shared with Henry that I do not want to deal with Jeremy in any way. I also shared with Henry that I contacted the dealership and got a cost to replace the wheels. They cannot expect my wife to go without a spare tire for an unknown amount of time and how do they know they will all match when everything is said and done? I also want another big brand shop or dealership to do the work and inspect the tires when they are removed from the wheels to make sure no damage was done to the tires during installation. since these emails on Monday, I have not heard from anyone! UPDATE!!! 03-31-2024 AS OF THURSDAY 03-28-24, We have been going back and forth with these people since this happened. We even found an alternative for them to have the wheels powder coated locally at a cheaper cost of ~$160 per wheel. Tim the new manager offered a rental vehicle and we told them that would be fine it would need to be something comparable to the size of what she drives now. we waited a week for a response and now Tim the new manager is telling us the DM will only pay for the rings/bead locks to be powder-coated because they don't see any other damage on the wheels. I said yes there is damage on the back side of the wheels as well. So I emailed the CEO one more time to see what happens from here. I will update more as it happens! This should show everyone how they will treat you if they damage your property. It's just my opinion but I would stay away from this company.
