Awesome service. I had wire gremlin and Thirteen Fifty were able to diagnose and fix the problem in my TJ wiring harness.

Had a new Tacoma with an alignment issue. Dealership kept messing it up. Went to this shop and they did a great job! Got the alignment all sorted out and showed me the awful before numbers. Great work at a good cost especially when compared to a delaership!

Normally I like working on my own vehicles, but the work was piling up and I wanted to be ready for an upcoming trip. Without referral or a recommendation I ended up with Thirteen Fifty and couldn't be more satisfied with quality, cost, or service. Definitely recommend this team!

I was passing thru PHX in my way to CA. I had a blow out. I had only one spare day to get to CA for a CT scan. I was referred to 1350Offroad and They were able to schedule me the next day to fit two new tires to my beadlock wheels. Not only did they deliver ahead of time but also addressed the replacement of bolts on my spare. I could not have been happier with the service. I will be forever grateful for their help.

This place really made me feel comfortable bringing my jeep in for death wobble. They did a great job at explaining what they did, and confirmed that they tightened my right side of the suspension which was one of my main concerns. Being a female and having car problems is always scary because you feel like they’re going to rip you off or lie, but I did not feel that at all with them.

Thirteen Fifty Offroad was great to work with from start to finish and the service was impeccable! I called requesting a quote for a lift on my Jeep, they got that back to me same day (great price!) and scheduled me for service the following week. The specific shocks that were quoted were on back order so they upgraded me at same price! I dropped my Jeep off in the morning and work was completed same day!! Definitely know their stuff, needed a good alignment done on my diesel, after two other shops I had to try these guys out and Paul and his crew got my truck alignment like it should be and also gave me some pointers on some stuff. Also had them do a tire balance since apparently discount tire did wrong. Thanks guys!

Thirteen Fifty Off Road straightened out my 2011 jeep Rubicon that had been in three previous shops due to it being nearly undrivable over 55 mph, road crazy and unpredictable. Before hand I was told it's all fine you are good to go, "you may want to think about replacing you steering stabilizer" . 1350 did an inspection and shake down of the suspension and steering. They reported back with a list of bent and warn parts. I cringed anticipating the estimate, much to my surprise it came back refreshingly reasonable. I was wanting to have the jeep in good repair for an archy elk hunt. Not only is it better than it was before issues, I believe it is better than it was after the initial build. My expectations were far exceeded. The parts used by Thirteen Fifty are substantially better, beefier and stronger than what was originally on it. Ive been on this elk hunt for two weeks now. The difference is tremendous to say my satisfaction is anything less is an understatement. I would refer no one else, as long as I own a jeep these I my shop. Paul and the guys at the shop get it done right.

Paul and his team, our group of honest, hard-working professional/experts in their field. I appreciate the work they did on my Jeep Wrangler. They were comprehensive in helping diagnose and find the true root of the problem and fix it where others could not. Although I had my bumps in this process, their dedication to the work and their integrity returned a safer vehicle for my daughter and I to drive.

These guys are AWESOME. I live in a rural part of Az and couldn’t find anyone that would do custom off-road suspension alignment. Paul and his crew did an amazing job. The knowledge they provided, the work ethic and professionalism they provided was way more than I would expect out of shops these days. Very few shops these days have the truth factor anymore. They found what the real issues were with my suspension rather than beating around the bush and just throwing parts at it. I highly recommend having them work on your custom ride. It was well worth the 1.5hr drive to haul my truck to them. Thanks guys!!

I just needed a sensor replaced to clear an engine light. A friend referred me and they did the work quickly without giving me the runaround or trying to see how much cash they could milk out of me. Will definitely hit them up next time I have an issue with my Jeep.

Very happy with the service, they inspected my jeep in preparation for a cross country trip and spent the time talking through everything needed and what was suggested. Then fixed did the inspection and fixed and got back to me in less than 3 days. I don’t know much about cars but like coming here bec I trust they have my best interest and wallet in mind.

I brought my Chevy in with some rear dif issues and they found that the G80 was about to explode. Paul took the time to diagnose the actual issue, gave me options, and showed me where the G80 had failed. Communication was very good. A couple other scumbag dif shops in Tempe and Phx quoted me repair bills that were 2-3X higher just over the phone without even looking at the vehicle. These fine gentlemen quickly got an Eaton Trutrac in there and Big Bertha is back to cruising the streets!

So if you have a jeep or an off-road vehicle and want to get it all tricked out with new tires and a lift so you're off-road, Jeep can do even more. This is the place for you!! Paul and his team have been making Jeeps awesome for over 10 years now!! You know how good they are because they are booked out for weeks in advance!! Super good work and super good service! I’ve had them do a lot of work on my Jeep and they always do a good job, even when some fabrication is needed. Just had them replace all the bearings and seals in my rear axle. They were prepared with parts on hand and although it was a much bigger job than expected they still had it done in just over a day. Highly recommend.

They were able to work (tires, wheels, and lift kit) on my Jeep earlier and did a great job! Definitely recommend them and will be both going back in the future

Called bullet proof off-road with the hopes of getting some beadlock wheels fixed the same day. I understand it’s a tedious and lengthy process so I didn’t really have any expectations. They were able to get me in same day and fix all 4 of my under torqued and leaking beadlocks. Thank you guys for squeezing me in last minute.

Great customer service and work! My builds always start small and by the time my install appointment comes around I’ve purchased way more parts than originally discussed and the guys at Bulletproof accommodated everything I wanted to do and got it all done at a fair price. My 2023 Tundra limited TRD Off-road is now sitting on 37’s with King coil-overs and shocks, along with Mazzulla Off-road UAC’s and rear lower trailing arms. Looks tuff as hell and drives amazing! My first time working with the guys at Bulletproof and it definitely won’t be the last. Next up will be off-road lighting upgrades. Whoever left the only 1 star review should take there Prius elsewhere. This is the real deal off-road shop not the Walmart tire department.

They installed a level kit on my 2023 F-250 tremor. Great communication from start to finish. This shop is highly skilled in their craft. Looking forward to some future upgrades. Thanks again guys….

I recently purchased a 1999 TJ. Took to these guys to go through it and they identified some issues that would most likely catch up with me at the worst time. Had the repairs done and the service was excellent. I will definitely use these guys for future service and custom needs.

So I recently purchased a used car and was told everything was solid. Just 3 months later it started leaking fluid and had a host of other issues. I was referred to Paul by a friend, and I am so GLAD I went to him over a franchise. He spoke with me in plain terms (as someone who doesn't know anything about auto repair, I always feel like mechanics try to confuse you to squeeze every penny out of you), not the case with Paul. He was upfront with the issues at hand, worked on my car in record time, and did a stand up job. I drive a 2007 LMM Duramax Silverado 2500HD. Last week before a camping trip my transmission lines starting leaking and it was going to end my scheduled trip. Shane and Paul got me in right away, diagnosed the problem, and had me on the road as scheduled for my family trip. Outstanding service. Extremely clean shop. Very personable and knowledgeable staff.
