Service performed quickly and car drives much better! Did not understand why they recommended $1000+ for tires when I replaced all 4 2 months ago for less than $800.
I didn’t end up purchasing anything today, but I still want to leave a review because of how well Brian treated me. I came in stressed about a tire issue and he took the time to look at my car, explain things clearly, and give me honest advice.
Brian didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me. In fact, he actually recommended the most cost-effective option for my situation, even though it meant I wouldn’t be buying anything from Firestone today. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare.
I really appreciated how respectful and helpful he was — he showed he truly cares about the customer, not just the sale. I’d definitely come back here in the future because of the way he handled things.

The guy I spoke on the phone with, Kai, was super helpful and informative with helping me get my wheel alignment for my 2012 ford fusion. My alignment was horrible but after speaking with Kai and getting my appointment set up and getting it fixed my car is back to normal. Also he didnt try to up sell me which is nice because other places try to do that to me when I try going through them.
The team was very knowledgeable and provided great service. I needed new tires and an alignment and I was given good information and services were completed in a timely manner.
Brian the manager was very professional, courteous and well spoken. He kept me updated on the progress of my truck and I could hear him talking with other customers and he is a very impressive young man.
Shout out to Rhett for fixing our Ford Escape! He diagnosed and repaired our problem and also found and fixed another issue that we didn’t know about (which helped our car operate well). He was not only smart and efficient but he also was very kind and respectful.
We often go to this Firestone for repairs and guidance. They have great customer service and get things done. One of our cars is pretty old and they are honest with us about what truly needs to be repaired (since we just use that car for local driving). They feel trustworthy and honest which is important to me.
Not the kind of guy to leave reviews, but I had an exceptional experience here this last weekend. Woke up to a coughing battery, which eventually died, and remembered that I had a guarantee through Firestone. I called them and talked to Brian, who was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and polite. He was able to walk me through the replacement process and was very transparent. When I arrived, he was equally kind and thorough in his explanation of what they'd be doing. Never taking my car anywhere else! Customer service is unmatched!
David at Firestone on the 60 and Crismon Az Took really good care of my fleet vehicle and they did a great job even when it was approved for the work to be done pretty late hustle and got my work van done so I’m able to go home on time to my kids. Thanks David for the great work

This has been our third or fourth time coming here with David helping this time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Honestly, very time we have been extremely happy, which is unheard of when getting your vehicle worked on at an automotive shop. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.
I had a bad experience with AAA and I explained this to Brandon. He made sure the battery I needed was set aside and ready to go and took care of my car issues in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
My day started off with my car not starting when I pulled up to a gas station. I went to my neighborhood Firestone this location. This was a completely unexpected financial emergency and the customer service that was received from Brian was completely amazing he did all he could do to help even called another location for a battery that was within a reasonable price range. Thank you so much for your empathy and all your help today.
I have always had a good experience at this location. I usually make an appointment however on this day (Saturday) I was running errands and decided to stop and have them check my tires as the ride seemed a lot more rough lately and knew I probably needed new tires. Turns out I needed 3. They serviced my car while I waited which took about an hour.
Brian and the team helped me out today! They were great! I recently purchased the lifetime alignment package with them and came in for an alignment after getting a flat tire replacement. They were quick to get me scheduled same day and complete the service in less than an hour.
They did a full complimentary vehicle inspection and left me leaving feeling much better about my vehicle. Definitely recommend this location!
Very positive experience here. Had a cooling system fail, that stranded me on the road. My warranty didn't cover it, but Brian the manager gave me the repair for the warranty price. When I went to pick up my car he actually got it down by another 142.00. Brian went above and beyond to fix my car and keep the price reasonable.
I was greeted as soon as I arrived and was helped right away, only needing to wait a few minutes for the customer ahead of me. The technician was understanding in my explanation of my car needs. He went above and beyond to insure my car needs were taken care of. He explained the process for dealing with Silver Rock and the time frame needed. The repairs were completed within the time frame outlined.
I went in for a simple oil change one day but ran into some issues/problems with my vehicle. Thankfully the Service Manager Brian G. was there and he went Above and Beyond to ease my concerns. it was quite literally the best auto-shop experience in my life. Brian is super Cooperative and Professional; I seriously cant thank him enough!!!
I pulled into the Crismon location in Mesa with a flat tire. I had to be at an appointment in 30 minutes which I explained to the store manager Brian. At first he said he couldn’t get me in before 5:00, but then offered to do the tire change himself. He did and I was ready to go in. @ 15 minutes. I found out it was the first day on the job as manager of this location, and I so appreciated his kind manner and quick service! I offered him money which he refused and asked for a good review. I would highly recommend this business! Thanks Brian for a great job!
I got a flat tire on my way home from work and my car doesn’t have a spare. My wife called at 6:30, knowing they closed at 7, to see if they had my size in stock. They did and we drove with the flat to their shop, arriving about 6:50. We didn’t have any expectations of our tire being done this evening because a 10-minute turnaround is a huge ask. We walked in to drop it off and they let us know it would be done quickly, no questions asked. We grabbed food for our kids and before we even received the food, the tire was done. We were picking it back up at 7:02 - good to go. I wish we would’ve gotten the name of the gentleman who helped us. Amazing customer service, they just gained a new long term customer.
The work they performed was adequate. However when they parked my car in their shop overnight a rat got in my vehicle, ate a bunch of Takis and then pooped in the vehicle. All I asked for was a rebate on getting my car detailed, and was promptly told to kick rocks.
I had a bad experience with Firestone recently. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they look for nails because my wife saw one. They were busy so I left the truck. They left a message the next day that it was ready for pickup. When I got there the guy was thinking that he needed a special fool to put my lugs back on and the guy who took them off had the tool and was not working. I explained that one was not needed, and he was able to tighten the lugs. He had not done the oil change and said he was worried about stripping the drain plug. I since had the oil changed at Cobblestone and they said there was no problem with the plug. When I got home, I spotted the nail still in my tire. I will not be back.
If there was a zero stars this place deserves it. I brought my car in for a 3:00pm waiting appointment for two new tires. Upon giving them my keys I informed them that the wheels are really wide and hard to work with. I informed them they are pretty new wheels still and asked for him to please inform the tech to be careful with them. 3 hours later at 6:00pm while I'm STILL waiting outside, I find out that the tech changing my tires had scratched just about every spoke of my year old wheels costing over 1200 a piece and in the process stripped a lug nut. At this point I'm beyond upset at the people working on my car for just destroying 2500 dollars worth of wheels and I notice they have opened the hood. With worry of unprofessionalism and complete neglect, I warned the team working on my vehicle that I have hood pins installed on the hood and one of them get stuck, so I asked them not to try shutting the hood pins, kindly close the hood but do not try closing the hood pins. After getting the keys back, I check my car to see the damages from this "professional auto care" company to see my wheels all scratched up, one missing lug nut they stripped and to top it all off they broke my hood pin latch. Even after clear instructions not to touch it, knowing they would break it. This place has very incompetent employees and WILL cause damages to your vehicle if you trust them with it.
