Easiest experience ever. Needed a very heavy couch removed from my second floor condo. Requested a call back and got a text within 20 minutes. They offered to come look at it and give an estimate at no charge. I asked about a potential price range and they were very transparent and cheaper than the other places I looked. Had an appointment for the next morning, got a 2 hour window and they texted me that morning with their estimated arrival time. Ended up being cheaper than the estimate and they had it out within literally 5 minutes. Super friendly, super easy, I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future! Highly recommend!

Brandon at Best Jumk was so easy to deal with. They gave me a really competitive quote for basically a demolition of my entire side yard, greenhouses and planter boxes. They even came back to haul away a bunch of dirt they said they would, after leaving me some to level out my property. All in all, the communication was great, showed up on time. I had a huge pile of trash down the side of Mom's house by the time we finished packing her up. I missed bulk trash pickup by 3 days and tenants were moving in at the weekend. Best Junk Removal was able to come with only 2 days notice. They arrived on time, paid attention to what was staying vs going (didn't make any errors at all), and got everything out. They even went above and beyond amd removed some yard debris. I felt like the value for what I paid was right on target. I had a unique experience I wanted people to know about. So I was going to take the junk from my storage to a landfill and do it myself, but I thought it wasn't possible due to my own misunderstanding of how they enforce landfill vehicle rules. Brandon met up at my storage to give me a quote, and I told him "I was going to do it myself to save but realized it wouldn't be possible" and I told him the reason I didn't think it was possible to do it myself. He straight up revealed to me that I had a misunderstanding of the landfill rule, and let me know that doing it myself was 100% do-able if I decided to do that rather than paying for his services, giving me useful knowledge. Which honestly was very encouraging and I must admit, once I realized there was no rule enforcement holding me back from doing it myself I internally debated whether it was nescessary hiring him or not. But 99.99% of people would've just allowed me to sit with that incorrect knowledge so they'd guarantee getting business. You don't see honesty like that these days, so that won me over 100%, I decided it was worth it for the convenience and the reasonable price. Insanely fast, super kind, great price, dudes a pro. It was definitely worth it.

This company does a excellent job removing larger office furniture, I received 3 quotes and Best Junk Removal we chose because 2 of the companies only had been in business for two years, were Best Junk has been in business for 8 years, his came in the lowest and the labor was included but Got Junk added the labor and they were the highest. These guys are good workers.

I received a response in about 4 minutes and was offered a visit within a little over 24 hours to assess for a quote. Brandon showed up and offered a very competitive price to remove a sofa and oversized chair, and he did so singlehandedly very quickly. He was extremely polite and conscientious of my walls, doorway and other furniture, so as not to damage anything. I have a big purge coming up having lived in my home for 25 years and there is no question that I will contact Brandon at Best Junk for that job. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had an extremely large job that required immediate attention. I had my initial phone call returned quickly, they were, not only on time for the initial appointment, but were also on time AND PREPARED at the agreed time for the job I needed done. THIS WAS A HUGE, LAST MINUTE JOB!!! From the first call back I received ,to the appointment for them to come and give me a quote, to coming to do the job and completing it, they were ALWAYS professional, personable, thorough, prepared and efficient!
