Wonderful thanks to Jake I can move around my house with my tricycle ; he fixed a wire and my hubby bought two batteries , he also fixed a key ; I can’t walk so without my tricycle I can’t move around .

I bought a battery for my SxS in November, 2023. In December 2025, it wouldn't start my vehicle. I jumped it, thinking I had left something on that drained it. 2 weeks later, dead again. I brought it in on a Sunday, they said they'd charge and test it and give me a call in an hour. No call. Monday, I went in to check on it. No one knew what was going on, but they located it on the charger, but they said they had a flood, so the power wasn't on. I got a call later saying it was bad. I got a new battery, but was a bit disappointed that even though the warranty was up by month, I didn't get a discount offer. I ran a business, and often gave people breaks after a warranty was up.

DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED HERE! I was charged $350 for a defective screen which fell off after a week, on top of that they dont let paying customers use the bathroom. Please save your money and use your time to drive a bit further to for example CPR [CELL PHONE REPAIR]. NOBODY IN THE STORE IS QUALIFIED TO REPAIR PHONES!!

Batteries Plus on Power & Southern. I brought in my diesel truck batteries under warranty, and Brendan and Curt took care of everything quickly and without any hassle. They tested both batteries, explained the situation clearly, and replaced them under warranty with no issues at all. Both guys were extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled right. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. I highly recommend this location Chris even showed up to help! They really went over and above Thank You

I bought two GC2 batteries online for store pickup. The prices were much lower than I had paid for the same items a few years ago at another store. When I arrived at the store, the employee came out to my truck with a cart and lifted the old batteries out and took them into the store. He then grabbed the new batteries and loaded them into my truck for me. Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend Batteries Plus to my friends and family.

I had been having trouble with my car's Fob not working as well as it should. In the research I did, the first troubleshooting point was to change the battery. I went there and they changed it out for me for a reasonable price and did it right away while I was in the store. Definitely worked, and it helped just to change the battery. Wonderful prompt service. Highly recommend the place! Battery also comes with a 'warranty' in that I can go in for a replacement anytime.

I ordered 2 batteries $800 plus set an appointment for the installation, drive 25 miles to get there at 10am and the installer tells me he’s to short to reach the truck and its to hot outside when I had parked next to the sidewalk in the shade. Some people are lazy and bad manners, I will go somewhere else.

My truck remote seemed not to be working so I stopped in and 'Drake' (a very customer service employee) assisted me in replacing the battery. What I didn't know or had forgotten was that there is a small button on the remote when pushed gives me an emergency key if the remote does not work. I very much appreciated him showing at the me. JH

Called store asked about battery for motorcycle. They had two kinds. Went in both batteries fully charged ready to go and awaiting selection. Great service, great products! And, they last thru 5 AZ summers!

Horrible, went to get a new key fob made. After an hour they couldn’t get it done and now my vehicle won’t start. Having to pay $300 for there mistake. Take your money and business ANYWHERE but to batteries plus. I’d give zero stars if I could.

My battery backup for my multimedia server died last night, so I checked online if Batteries+ might have a replacement in-stock. Of course, the internet being what it is, several other on-line sellers popped up. I found it interesting that B+ was less expensive than all orhers AND my local store was only a few miles away. Within a couple of minutes I placed my order and received a return email letting me know it was filled and awaiting my pickup. So off I went, arriving minutes later at the B+ store. I was cheerfully greeted and we got down to business. The sales associate saw immediately that the UPS replacement battery I brought in was a different size than the one that I had ordered on line for store pickup, remarking that it would not fit and that the correct size was also less expensive. His attention to detail saved me a trip home and back, considerable time and frustration as well as money. Now that is truly customer service!

I bought two batteries for my boat. 3 year warranty. They died after 2 years. I return them but they cannot find any record of them. I got sent to another store. They honored the warranty and replaced the batteries. I asked to extend the warranty as I was receiving 2 new batteries. My request was denied. So I now have only one year of warranty on new batteries. Really not understanding this type of costumer service. So if the new batteries go bad after a year I will have to spend another 600$.

Just a note of Caution. I took my samsung note 20 ultra phone in to have screen replaced in August 2023. When I went to pick up my phone, they handed me my phone and I noticed the trim was black instead of the original bronze. They didn't even contact me to get approval. I would have taken elsewhere to get the correct trim color. I was concerned about the color difference because I always trade my phone in when I purchase a new one. I told them my concern and they told me if there was a problem with the color they would make it right. I should have got it in writing! I did ask for paperwork and they told me they don't give paperwork for insurance repairs that the paperwork goes to the insurance company. I needed my phone and I thought since they already had it fixed and assured me they would take care of it if there was a problem when I got ready to trade it in it would be okay. I trusted them and now I'm out a $600 trade in on a new phone. I decided to get a new phone from Samsung and trade in the one they repaired. I was told the phone has to be in original condition as far as color, etc. I contacted batteries plus and was told that they will not replace the screen with the correct bronze trim and they want to charge me $349. I've taken all my business to them in the past and gave them referrals to anyone that needed phone repair. NOT anymore. I contacted the insurance company and they won't help either. I am a senior and feel that they took advantage of me. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Dropped off Battery pack and base for a scanner on December 30, 2023 to have the battery replaced. Employee said it would be a couple weeks before they could be replace the batteries because the guy that could do it was on vacation. Received a VM 1/25/24 telling me it was ready for pick up. No other details. I go to pick it up today. 2/2. When I arrived today to pick it up, he told me he threw away the base and batteries. NOTHING TO EVEN PICK UP! GONE IN THE GARBAGE WITHOUT CONSENT! As a customer, IF they were corroded and couldn't be fixed, that should have been IN THE VM! He told me it had been there for a month. He told me in the beginning it would be a few weeks! As a business, it should have NEVER been thrown away! The call I received said "It was ready to be picked up." The employee started yelling at me. I was not happy. I walked out. You have security cameras. It was about 1:30 today. Watch it! Horrible communication AND miscommunication! POOR BUSINESS.

Great store and staff. Had to have my phone charging port replaced. When I called in, they ordered the part without making me come in and pay in advance (unlike other phone repair places). Staff did a great job communicating with me and the phone was repaired in the quoted timeframe and is working great!

Most unhelpful unprofessional employee. The kid working on 11/7 @ 6:45pm was less than helpful. We called 4 times to get an answer, we were hung up on 3 of those times. Finally went in only to find that he wasn’t busy with customers, but rather had a friend in the store with him that he would rather converse with than do his job. When we walked in my husband mentioned that we tried calling to which he replied, “I know.” Requested that our car battery be checked out he immediately said that because it was bulging it would not be covered under warranty. Not sure why. Isn’t that a reason for the warranty to be used? Refused to look up the warranty. Went to Auto Zone instead. They were MORE THAN helpful. At least someone wants to work and help their customers.

I needed a new car battery and Batteries+ had better prices than Auto Zone. The service was excellent, they went above and beyond helping me out today. It sounded as though they would swap the batteries for me but due to the poor engineering on Ford's part they couldn't. They did however loan me a wrench so I could do it myself, which was very helpful since I didn't have my tools with me.

I had to replace 8 watch batteries. I was worried how much are they going to charge me, are they going to accidentally break one, etc. I went to the Battery Plus store on Power road in Mesa, AZ. I believe his name was Mark (just blanking out right now), has a long gray pony tail helped me out. He was great, right away reassured me they could replace the batteries, and gave me an AMAZING lifetime battery warranty price. Picked the watches up right now, and they are all working. I never ever write reviews, but now a days, you never see good customer service. He was great, and I will be going back tomorrow to bring in more watches. Thank you very much for the excellent service!!!!!!! Customer for life!!

Purchased 4 deep cycle 6 volt batteries online for curbside pickup (saves you 10%, Nice!) and they had them ready in minutes AND lifted the heavy buggers into my vehicle for me! Great experience, great prices, how could it be anything but 5 stars? 👍😁
