I came to Chris with a wheel bearing issue, he diagnosed and resolved the issue same day. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and was completed after lunch time. Chris is by far one of the best. My son's truck is still being worked on but he was able to fix what another mechanic made multiple mistakes. Prices are very reasonable. I'll update once the truck is completed. But I highly recommend Genie Auto!!!

I took my vehicle into Genie Automotive Repair today as my check engine light was on. The owner Chris did a diagnostic view of it and repaired it within a half hour! GREAT HUMAN / GREAT SERVICE. Contacted Genie by literally calling the nearest automotive repair services near where our vehicle had broken down... OK... actually I had put gas in the tank of a diesel car, and we were stranded down the road from Genie. Chris went above and beyond in looking out for us, finding a solution, and ultimately getting us on our way in hours instead of days. He personally came by where we had broken down to ensure we were being taken care of! If we were local and needed a shop to bring a car into, he'd be my first call. We lucked out and got a gold star business/guy the first time!

We have relied on Chris and Genie Auto Repair since he founded the business in 2016. When he was strictly a mobile repair business he came wherever we were and always did a prompt thorough job. For the past couple years he has moved into a modern shop on Guadalupe and Country Club and has kept the same professional yet personable approach to auto repair. We have Chris do all our scheduled maintenance on our F150, our CR-V, and a camper we have. Never an issue, and always fair, quality work at a more than fair price. In this day and age, to find a mechanic like Chris is golden. Will never go to another shop as long as Chris is here!
Genie Auto is great. Me and my husbands a/c’s weren’t working, which in AZ is a serious problem. We took both cars to Chris and he had a brand new compressor installed in mine and a new blower motor installed in my husbands same day, within a few hours actually. We will definitely go back, and we recommend to anyone for their auto repair needs.

Chris is amazing!!! Great prices!!! I have a Cadillac which is extremely expensive to do maintenance on I was so scared that I wasnt going to be able to afford it and get my car out. I was on the verge of crying especially with me having children and working. I was so devastated. I have went to multiple mechanics and everyone was trying to charge me and arm and a leg. But he got it done the same day gave me an awesome price and explained everything clearly. I cried tears of joy knowing that I was able to afford the work and get my car back in a timely fashion. Chris at Genie is AMAZING! I had called several mechanics about replacing my alternator and no one would commit because the bolt was stripped. Finally I called Chris, he came out to my condo and checked it out, said it wouldnt be a problem! Called me 2 hours later saying my car was ready for pick up. My car was out of commission for a week and I'm so grateful Chris wasnt scared to get his hands dirty. I will be calling him with any future car issues as well as recommending him to friends! 10/10 on customer service!!
Genie Mobile came out and fixed an issue with a faulty part on my vehicle 3 times and did it without complaint. It is nice to work with an honest business like Genie.
Our 2004 Kia Sorento, the ole gray mare as I like to call her, had sit for a couple months without being ran and the positive battery cable had literally corroded and fused to the terminal and basically melted off from the heat and corrosion! Love the AZ heat! So I either had to tow it to a shop or get someone to fix it. Well I did my Google search and saw Genie Mobile Auto Repair had 5 star ratings on both Google and Yelp. So I gave Chris a call. He responded quickly and came to my place to take a look at the SUV. He gave me the "dealer" option which is to replace everything with new parts (way too many $$$$) and then another option that effectively solved the problem for a fraction of the cost. Bam! Given the miles and age of the vehicle, he knew how to give me a solution that fit the need. Perfect. Totally recommend Chris and his service. Oh and he communicates well, what a concept! Haha. Great job will use again.

I was recently driving through Arizona when my car started acting up, it was driving rough and acting weird on me. Not knowing much about cars i needed to have it looked at. After calling a few places and getting quotes and availability, i found Genie Mobile Auto Repair, who was able to come to me and offered some great prices. Within 30 minutes Chris showed up in his truck ready to take a look under the hood. After a quick diagnosis he determined there was something wrong with the spark plugs, gave me a good deal to replace them and sent me on my way back to the Bay Area. My car has run fine since, with no issues and i cant thank Chris enough for the fast, efficient work.
