Jarod was so helpful with getting my battery replaced. I asked to use their tools to change it out myself. He offered to do it himself quickly. In and out in 10 minutes. Amazing!!

Tonight I had a Jesus miracle happen. It may not seem like a big deal to many...however for me it was a gift from God. Cliff at O'Reilly in Mesa changed my battery in my Ford Explorer. This wasn't the easiest battery to change...maybe not the hardest but not easy. He was so patient and kind helping me. After being after working 13 hour days, 5 days a week this was huge for me tonight. I was tired and didn't want to think about having to figure any of it out and it seriously needed to be changed. Thank you Cliff for helping me and doing it with a smile and letting me know that is what the company aims to do. I really appreciate it!

Seemed like the people working there didn't like that they were there. I went in for a few parts and had some questions. I gave them the info for my car, and instead of showing me or helping me, the one guy just told me the what aisle to go in. I've never had that type of service (or lack of) at any auto parts store. Then after, I had grabbed my items to check out, the lady behind the counter checked my items out. She must've forgot she was at work, because she didn't filter her words. I get times are rough and stressful, but you still need to be professional or stay home.
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the prices were better, but the service was bad. They didn't even ask to help install, which is part of the service they are supposed to provide. I went to another location almost ready to return the parts, but they were very helpful and convinced me to keep my purchase and they helped me with the install.
Nick at the counter, GREAT GUY! Helped me look for what I asked for but he didn't have it. So, thought outside the box came up with another idea and ordered for under 9 bucks 2 sparkly eyeglass holders to hold my Mom's handicap card on my visor instead of the rearview! Of course, I like the sparkly. Thanks Nick!!!
I came to this location for a taillight and a battery. Jared helped me out on both occasions, he was very professional and helpful. I appreciate such quality service!
Several employees there, one really working, several hiding. Then the I guess manager comes out to help because of the backup and so do a few of the hiders. The hiders leave the one working employee to do the tediousness of the job and the rest seemed to take the gravy jobs quick. The manager was quick to answer the phone, she was though.
I came in with my wife to get a diagnostic done on her car. Eric helped us out and was awesome! He ran a diagnostic and a battery check. Come to find out, her car battery was almost dead. He helped us out and made sure we were taken care of. I would 100% recommend going to this location.
Robert was very helpful and informed me that my warranty on battery would cover the replacement. I wasn't sure since it was purchased sometime ago. Don helped replace it quickly, and my car turned on right away. Thank you for the great service.
Me and my husband went to the store with problems with my windshield wipers, and the Clerk/associate there named Trenton showed the greatest display of customer service that I have ever dealt with at any store in my life. Store 3021 on Brown Road in Mesa. Took a car battery in today for warranty replacement as it was leaking acid. Store Manager Michael tested the battery and proceeded to tell me it was a good battery. That is not only inaccurate but dangerous. A battery leaking acid should always be replaced immediately. He huffed and went to the computer. I advised I had an account but he refused to look at my account information. He spent 35 minutes looking up the wrong account. I finally convinced him that I had the account number. Eventually I left with a warranty replacement. Absolutely terrible service from this so called manager.
They've always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable here. Was getting plugs for my sister's car and he recommended certain parts and even some inexpensive items that would also help in the long run, and I'm glad he did! He was very courteous as well, had a smile the whole time. I noticed another employee displaying the same attitude while helping another customer. Will always come here as I've always been satisfied.
