Have used this place many times for titles and DL renewals. It is so convenient to have them this close and 100% better than going to a state run DMV. I highly recommend using them

WOW......just..... WOW.....MVD is definitely not for me. This place is the best, maybe a little extra cost but so worth it. If your "time" is important to you, then honey, you will be overjoyed because who wants to spend hours at MVD/ DMV ? I did read all the reviews, most were positive. Just make your own decision....2 JOHN'S work there, had the pleasure of working with both......One had black hair, the other lighter brown..both wonderful, the one with brown did my renewal, professional, kind, and even funny....I hope he sees this....he deserves more thanks than I could give him. John, you are a class act.....oh maybe "Cousin Mike"....the 1 at his apt. complex...(look a like ) maybe it'll ring a bell......John you are #1 and I hope you are the Manager...because you assured everyone was being taken care of at the same time you were waiting on me......John in charge......he darn well should be....
Excellent customer service at this location when my husband and I went in to get the new required travel ID drivers license. It was close to our home and paying a bit more wasn’t an issue over what we would have paid at a MVD.

This is the second time that we have used this facility to register our vehicle. There are never any lines and the staff is incredibly helpful. As newcomers to Arizona they got us registered to vote and talked to us a lot about the community that we were going to be living in. I came to register my vehicle again today, and there was virtually no wait time and the staff member, Katie, was such a pleasure to work with. This facility is easily accessible from Ellsworth Road and the parking is plentiful. I have been very happy with the service we received here.

I love this place. I won’t go to any other DMV out there. They are all so friendly and helpful. They greet you once you enter , the wait time is non existent and the service is top notch ! Katie helped me with getting my updated ID and was so awesome ! She helped my wife last week with hers also. You ever dread the taking of your photo ? You won’t with her she gives the secret to taking a great photo annnnnnd she takes multiple so you don’t ever have to regret showing your ID to someone ?. Seriously go give them a visit and stop going to the main DMV that takes years off your life! Desert Title is where it’s at! They make you want to go back just to say hi even if you don’t have anything you need done with your ID or vehicle. Thank you
Shout out to Justin! My air-conditioning and plumbing guy referred me to him and he made life so easy getting vehicles transferred and registered. I paid a small convenience fee, but it was so worth it not having to deal with the DMV.
We scheduled an appointment to have our cars registered and update our drivers licences and John helped us. He was super friendly and efficient and did a great job helping us with all our questions and needs. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful! I suggest scheduling an appointment to ensure availability.
I found this place on google maps for real ID, to my mistake I did not check the website as apparently it says “Everything is by appointment only”. I walked in to see if they could help me schedule one as there was a sign on the door as well. The girl at the front told me the next one would be may 12th. I asked her if they had any other locations that had a sooner appointment as I couldnt work my schedule around that and would be gone the next 3 weeks. She was super nice and said I can write you down as a walk in and they will be with you shortly. People who came in an hour after me got seen before me. Eventually I went up to her and politely asked if she thought I would be helped within the next hour. She apologized and said she’d highlight my name and I’d be the next one. 5 more people came in and were helped and 2 of the ladies were talking across the room to each other extremely loud about how everything there is appointment only with an attitude. Even when there was no customers they were sitting at their desk just talking and answering phones. Eventually I got up and left after 2 hours of waiting. Don’t offer to help if you have no intention of helping. Such a waste of time and some of the rudest, laziest people working there. DMV tags in Apache junction was much more helpful, quick and friendly.
I stopped into Desert Title as a walk-in and was initially prepared for a long wait—they told me it might be 1.5-2 hours. But to my pleasant surprise, the wait ended up being much shorter (a few people ahead of me left after signing in as a result of what I'm about to share). The space itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
However, while waiting, one of the employees* began talking very loudly across the room to another staff member—probably seven desks away. The topic? Politics. Specifically, she was sharing how now that Trump is back in office, she no longer has to use they/them pronouns, launching into a lengthy political monologue that had nothing to do with the services being offered.
I wasn’t the only one who felt uncomfortable. I could see it on the faces of other customers—people shifting in their seats, looking down, rolling their eyes, visibly uneasy. Some people left. This wasn’t a private side conversation; it was loud enough for the whole room to hear.
When it was my turn, I was paired with this worker. Since I was applying for a Real ID, I had to answer questions about my voting preferences—whether I vote by mail or in person, and my party affiliation. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t have thought twice about it—it’s standard. But after hearing this person's political commentary, I felt really uneasy being asked those questions by her.
After I finished my transaction, I privately (and politely) shared with her that her political comments had made customers uneasy and I questioned whether the business had the goal of wanting its customers to feel comfortable when doing business there. I even shared what I had observed—people squirming, avoiding eye contact, leaving. She told me she’s very vocal about her political views and that the owners are just as vocal, so she didn’t think they would mind. To her credit, she did thank me for bringing it up.
I respect everyone’s right to their personal beliefs—but there’s a time and place for that, and a professional setting like this isn’t it. Especially when customers are required to share sensitive personal information, it’s crucial that the environment feels neutral and safe.
I hope the leadership at Desert Title takes this seriously. This isn’t about politics—it’s about professionalism and making sure customers feel comfortable, no matter who they are or what they believe.
I’d hope to see more professionalism and a better boundary between personal beliefs and workplace conduct.

I came in first thing in the morning and was able to be helped right away. Everyone was very efficient and kind! I worked with Lynde to get me Real ID and she was great! I would definitely recommend this location and will come back as needed in the future!
I can go on and on about this place. Very nice staff. Took my mom to get her license renewed and soon as we got out of our vehicle we got greeted with a smile and agent open the door for us. Literally took less than 10mins and we were out the door. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND KINDNESS KATY!!! Customer service 110%.
