Yo vivo aquí en esta área y creo que ya me voy a mudar a que se acabe mi contrato porque la manayer pasa a cada rato a revisar mi patio sin que se me notifique además siempre encuentran un problema y me ponen en la renta una infracción. Todo te quieren cobrar ?
Actually a decent place to live or visit someone regularly who lives there nicer than expected never have had any problems over the last few years I have spent a good amount of time hanging out for long periods at a time regularly
RV resort? Not. This is an old single wide trailer park where the broken bathroom window is replaced by a board. The water hookup leaked and there was only a 50 amp plug in for RV's. Bathroom door half rotted away. They rent out mobile home pads to RV's. Quiet enough if you are desperate.
Park restrooms and showers always out of order or dirty. Toilet has not been able to flush in left bathroom for over a month even though it’s been brought up, I caught athletes foot in the shower! (Very contagious). Smells like cigarettes and homeless people because there is no sign saying “lock the door behind you”. Absolutely unbelievably gross
Ive read a lot of the reviews and im trying to find a link to view available rentals. I currently live in Glendale and am looking for an immediate/asap move in. I'd prefer a mobile home versus an apartment so if you have any availability please let me know
I lived there for a short while. I Learned nobody gets deposit back when you leave. They always try to make you pay extra months rent when you leave. you are not allowed overnight visitors for more than 14 days a YEAR! You cannot fix your car or even wash your own car in the park. if you can avoid this park i suggest that you do. Jeff and Lynn are not people you want in your life.
