Excellent job . Cleaned up the mess left my oleander bushes. A wonderful job raking the gravel. Got all the weeds looks great.

In less than 24 hours Denver had the repairs done! He texted to advise when he would be coming, arrived promptly, and worked to finish quickly but in a thorough manner. His courtesy and professionalism was impressive. I am a returning renter because of my excellent experience with MAR Communities and Trail Riders park. The whole rental process was done efficiently and with courtesy from the office staff as well. I am excited to be back!!

Denver did a great job addressing the issues I was having in my home. He is very respectful and definitely takes his job seriously. He is also very prompt and informed me exactly when he would be arriving. Thanks Denver

Denver is really wonderful in keeping things nice around here. He wears many hats. He's always going around making sure our property is well taken care of as well as the many concerns and needs of us residents. A small but nessary microwave oven stopped working. A new one was delivered and hooked up faster than I expected. I was so happy. Denver is polite and diligent in his work. A great asset. Ty

I had to have my Door lock replaced and Miguel was my service attendant as in the past super service, very professional. I can only recommend anyone looking for a wonderful place to live to consider this place. The response time to get any service no matter how big or small is just outstanding. I placed a maintenance order on the weekend and my issue was resolved the next business day, doesn't get any better.

My shower was not drying very good. I put a request in at about 3:00pm Miguel called shorty after that. He showed up fast and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Great guy and a great place to live. Thanks Miguel

A beautiful and well kept Community, my inlaws seem happy here and talk about the many events held at trail riders. They have a nice community pool and big spacious clubhouse, and ice cold pool room to get out of the sun. The year round locals are pretty kind and sweet.

Found this nice little 2 bdrm, but you have to apply online which is the norm, bad thing is there website has issues. Would not upload photos that it was asking for. Call for help and they send you to the website. .. good luck Update: To your reply, your help just directed me back to the website that was not working. You should be able to come in to the office can't do it the old-fashioned way which is just fill out paperwork. Instead we gave up in frustration and found another place.

Update Review: My kitchen faucet needed replacing and Denver from maintenance responded quickly to get it done. He is very professional and knowledgable. I had a leaky bathroom sink, Jim from maintenance fixed the problem quickly, he was professional, efficient and explained the problem. He had the sink back up and working as it should in no time. I appreciate the prompt service.

I was visiting a friend for 2 weeks and it may not be the fanciest place to own a mobile home, but the residents are so friendly that I felt right at home here. I even made a few friends. They have a lot of social events if you want to meet more people and you will never get bored visiting or living here.

As a snowbird, I arrived in Mesa on a Thursday night to find my smoke alarm beeping. I called for a repair request. When Shawn arrived he quickly determined that the device itself was defective and not just the battery. He made a quick trip to Home Depot and about an hour later I had a new one and he was on his way. Thank you Shawn!

Shawn was very personable. He found the issue with my washer right away and before the end of the day I received a call scheduling the delivery for a new washer. This was my first experience with the maintenance here at Trail Rider and I’m very pleased. Thank you, Shawn

Moving in was so easy! The community is full of kind people! The employees are all super helpful and patient, and I am so thrilled to call this home. Trail Riders is a safe and peaceful community. I’m looking forward to living here for a long time to come!

Jim was awesome and very professional. He was able to take care of all the maintenance issues that I had. He replaced the light bulb above my stove , replaced the battery in my thermostat and changed my filter. Thank you Jim!!

We have rented a space from Trail Riders for the last two years, we have been very pleased with this community. James the Maintenance guy keeps this property clean and up to Par, he rides around on his cart during business hours and gets everything done around here that needs to get done ( other communities we stayed at were like a ghost town since COVID and to get anything done was nearly impossible to get a hold of a maintenance person) he even takes residence trash out for them just to be helpful and kind. I highly recommend Trail Riders for a place to stay with your RV or rental house.

I am thrilled to have found a safe, affordable, and lovely place to live. My neighbor came over to welcome me to the community and made me feel like I was so lucky to have found a great place. Thank you all for answering all my questions and helping me with the move-in process. The office staff was so kind and professional and really made me feel at home. I highly recommend Trail Riders Ranch!

After living in a private home for decades, I was very hesitant about moving to an apartment. My knees do not like flights of stairs and I hated the idea of listening to people walking on the floor above me. This was the perfect solution. I have my own tiny house with a lovely little porch in a very quiet and safe community. The unit has modern features and a great functional layout.

A friend told me about an available mobile for sale fairly close to her. I felt like if she recommended it after living here for several years, it must be a safe, good place to live. I have found my neighbors to be very friendly and helpful and immediately included me in their activities.

Everyone has been so friendly. I can tell each owner takes pride in their property. I feel very safe and comfortable here. The location is great. Easy access to the 60 and lots of stores and restaurants. One thing I’m looking forward to most is riding my bike along the canal which is just a half block away. I’m going to enjoy being part of the community.

Very pleased with my choice to live here. Moved in a month ago and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. My rental unit was clean and like new.There's been one issue that is really out of the control of the staff and more to do with a supplier. Still not resolved at this time but hoping it will be soon. Very nice place to live, clean and quiet.

I really wish I was old enough to live here. The residents are beyond friendly and kind. As my son and I visited my dad there, everyone was so nice to us. The park has been renovated recently and is absolutely beautiful!! The pool was sparkling, the grounds were clean, and the courtyard was like paradise! Really made me want to move to AZ, but only if it were in a park with such amazing residents like this place.
