If you're a pack-rat with hoarding tendencies (like me) you need to watch your step if you move in and want to continue living here. The management makes sure this park doesn't turn into an eyesore. I have no complaints and would be devastated if evicted.
The neighbors in this park are fun-loving and caring. They go out of their way to offer assistance to each other without even having to be asked. A firm example of that is the giveaway shelves in the clubhouse. There are extra food items and usable goods that others no longer need. I don't know how many times neighbors have stopped by (mostly when they see me outside, they're not intrusive) and asked if I needed anything or how I'm doing. They stop and listen to the answer, too. They're not just being polite or passing the time of day. This is the best place I've EVER lived and I've had a lot of different addresses in a lifetime.
The manager of this park has been in the hospital recently. Please include her in your daily prayers. Without Cici this place may go downhill quickly. She is the glue that keeps things held together well.

The people in the community are awesome neighbors who are always willing to help a neighbor. I've lived here over 6 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
The management does not stand up for residents. Their grounds keeper blows debris on your lot and you get written up about it. Let's him call you a liar when you complain, and then throws you out of office. You have 0 rights unless you are one of her friends.
Such a lovely park and the manager is very friendly and helpful! Refreshing clean pool and hot tub, nice laundry room and friendly faces all around the park! Very clean and quiet and has a safe feeling to it, very happy to be here now!
This is where I live. It's clean quiet and affordable. The manager has been great to me and the amenities are kept clean and the clubhouse and I feel like we are a real Community here
Nice and quiet 55+ community with friendly residents and management. There are some chickens and a kind of annoying, retarded rooster that squawks all hours... It's 2pm everybody is already awake little bro!
55+ gated mobile home community with outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool (heated in the winter), fitness center (with two pool tables) in the club house, on-sight laundry room, church on Sunday mornings, BINGO on Tuesday evenings, coffee and doughnuts on Saturday mornings, dinners with bring something to share on most holidays, special events abound here! If you have a special event of your own that you want to sponsor, you can probably do that, too. All these amenities for competitively reasonable fees in a well maintained park. Oh, did you hear about the chickens? You won't need an alarm clock. Loving it! I've been living here for a year now and I believe I've found my forever home.
Update: The parking areas and all park roadways have recently been resurfaced - all the way out to Center St.! It is wonderful to see such care and upkeep this community offers with lot fees much more reasonable than any of the surrounding parks in this area. Also, although I have yet to see these two features being used (shuffleboard and horseshoe) I have discovered they have these areas set aside for additional fun and games.
I've lived here for almost 3 years now and have seen some negatives here and there but for the most part, it's been a decent place to live. I rent and have a covered car port and washer & dryer inside so that part is nice. There are some annoying social cliques but that can happen in any community. However, the security gate has not worked in weeks and remains open. We have questionable communities on either side of ours and this open gate issue makes me very uneasy. I know people can sneak in by following another car through the gate but why invite even more issues by leaving it open 24/7? Additionally, the trash service here is less than stellar. We usually have service 3 times a week but no one showed up today and now the dumpster near my home is overflowing to the point I doubt they can empty it into the truck when they do decide to grace us with their presence. I really hope these aren't signs of things to come. I hate moving but if we're paying for amenities we're not getting, something needs to change.
There is one woman who takes your license plate number , on the north side, and turns it in to the manager if you park on the street next to who you visiting. ??
