Everyone here is very welcoming just a little slice of peace in a hectic ? world the manager Vanessa and Jose are very nice and welcoming

Management is awesome and very polite also very professional. The extra bathrooms they have come in clutch when you're living out of an RV.

Managers r awesome and respectful. Maintence crew is very prompt. 2 in and out areas. Back gate is locked promptly at 8pm. Kid friendly with playground. Easy access to stores. Clubhouse activities.

Booming bass music all throughout the day that keeps getting worse... I work nights and I find it really hard get solid sleep with it sounding so ghetto here.

One of the best place to set your RV for a stay! Def around the outdoor activities. The nicest people I have ever known. Def a recommended place for a future stay esp a place to live.

Too expensive for what they offer. No pool, a run-down shuffle board area, a recreation room that is usually a mess. Not worth the cost.

Our stay was short, but very comfortable. The friendly staff keep a clean, safe park with all available necessities for travelers. We won't hesitate returning to stay when in Phoenix.

Just checking it out seemed ok ,prices in these parks is out of hand anymore,wore down 60-70's trailers going for screaming high prices. And not much has changed in ghem since then. But this is az and thats how it is

The best thing about this place is the staff. The worst thing for us was that we felt a bit nervous being this close to the road because of theft, But we're told they really wasn't a problem with theft, and if there was, they would find the culprit quickly. Unfortunately, unfortunately at 6:30 in the morning a few weeks ago, someone came looked at our trailer, was caught on film, and then came back with bolt cutters and cut through my husband's bike chain and stole it. It was little over 300. We are grateful he didn't have time to steal my $500 electric one. So I guess if you are coming here, you should not have anything outside even if it is locked up because it definitely is a theft area. Staff went above and beyond to review the tapes go to the community figure out who the guy was that stole the bike unfortunately, the bike is gone, so the community was able to offer us a pretty beat up bike from him in exchange, but we don't want to beat up bike. However, it just goes to show people work here. They tried so hard to get the bike back. My only advice is that they have expensive bikes. Maybe you should either keep them inside or lock them up in the area. They now have me locking mine. The reason we stayed here was to $200 a month and after 90 days that's 600 saved only turned into 300 because of the theft. Other than that, we love it here and we're perfectly content here. If you want to stay part of the valley access to some of the most beautiful areas, you can just take crimson Road all the way from here to McKellips. The drive is beautiful and there is a beautiful place to hike on McKellips and Crismon or you can even go to lost Dutchman. No other complaints.

Muy tranquilo nadie molesta area muy familiar. It is very famous and the managers treat people very well, they help everyone to live better. I left happy to live in that place. Mr. Jose and his wife Vanessa, I thank you very much.

I want to live in this park forever. Jose and Vanessa are the managers and they are just like real family. My dad is raising me and my 2 sisters by himself and everyone here helps us and treats us like family.

By far the best family park in Mesa,Az. My kids love the managers Jose and Vanessa, who treat them like their own family. I feel like I am part of a real community that actually helps each other and cares for one another. If you have kids and are looking for an affordable place to live during these tough times... welcome home. ?

Recently under new management and very caring and great people. They are taking pride and heart into fixing up this facility and making it look good so far. I'm glad I'm able to be a part of this park and can't wait to see what comes in the future

In need of some kind of amenities. Maybe a garage sale for people who live in the park. Everyone can cook their own food or share with neighbors or friends.

It is a cheap quit place to park your rv it's full of some easy going people so far its been good and the new manager there is amazing and looks out for the people that live here

Residents don't keep properties clear of junk cars, debris, and trash! Dumpsters overful all of the time, dirty streets and careless residents. Old mobile homes, dirty, faded paint, and kids running all around with no supervision. Residents parking vehicles in the street where no one can get thru. If there ever was an emergency vehicle, they would have a hard time navigating. Horrible community! Except it's cheap!

It's a good place and they did a lot of improvements like new black top but there's a few shady looking people who live there, another improvement they need to do is updated the laundry room but if you want a convenient place to stay it's okay

We called late in the day when they were closed, but accommodated us and welcomed us to stay the night. Thank you. Very kind people.

Been living here for a few years now and I haven't had any issues. It's a family oriented community around here; everyone helps eachother out. This place is starting to turn out really cool! Good job!

Nice park that actually allows families and it's only 15 minutes to the National Forest for some amazing hiking.

We stayed here for a month. The staff are great but the park needs serious attention. Questionable people coming in and out at all hours. If you're looking for a quiet place this is definitely not it. Feral cats defecate everywhere. Got to hand it to Edward and Abraham, they try so hard but the uphill battle seems to be too much.

I have been staying here for a couple months now. It's quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful. While staying here some sketchy people came in and destroyed the restroom. The management really stepped in on keeping the restrooms being restricted to only rv residents, which is great! Any reports of issues the manager is really good about sending people out to get it taken care of right away. I would 100% recommend.

Nice clean simple cheap and family friendly RV Park/Mhp. The bathrooms are large and the water warm. The location is ideal for us as we're only 15 minutes from two regional parks and a National Forest. Alltrails lists 250 trails nearby. Managment seems nice and responsive so far

Very accommodating and helpful staff and manager! So far I've had only good experiences here. And I do recommend this place to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced park. I know it's tough to sort through them all but you'll have a good experience here I'm sure.

The manager there is rude and not a good host at all. He doesn't watch his park at all. For example, I pulled my RV out of his park to have some repairs made to it and returned the same day. I was back in my old lot and it took him a solid week to even realize that I had come back. Poor management.

Very quiet, reliable utilities, short on extras. Long term guest and haven't had any trouble. Wifi is Tengo, so good luck. No pool or anything. Kids playground. Good washers and dryers. Grounds are kept clean and the park makes sure you keep your site clean. Haven't seen the police here for anything but medical. Easy pull-thru's.
