Not as glitzy as Leisure World but a lot cheaper. 18 hole executive course is in good shape. 3 pickleball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, billiards, bocce. pool, and various clubs in this gated community. Mixture of manufactured homes and stick built. Housing prices higher than many other parks because you own the land (fee simple). Low HOA!
It's the worst place ever political elderly people 55 plus community just expensive the people are rude a lot of people from other states come here for 6 months and take over and really influence the norm around the community for those people that are year-round I wouldn't advise purchasing anything in this community
Look up the crazy rules before you move in any elderly…… rules are crazy and they just want your money. I absolute don’t recommend for living here the last 3 years. Nothing but headaches from front office, I promise!
Truly an amazing community. So many clubs and activities for the 55 and up residents and their families to enjoy.
I love every visit I make here, especially rolling bocce and seeing the actions of the citizens service club.
Wonderful place to live. Has it all from a restaurant/ bar, golf, pool, hot tub and a ton of different athletic/game centers. If you want to have fun and make friends, fountain of the sun is for you
This is a great Community if you want to own your land and they have good security. From the front Gates to the guys driving around inside and makes you feel like you're safe in there.
Very busy, secured community in East Mesa. Many "snow birds" own winter homes in FOS so there's a variety of people from around the Midwestern USA in residence this time of year.
Beautiful home development. We have participated in their Country Store during the Snowbird seasons. The people are very welcoming and willing to share their experiences and no one has has a negative thing to say about living there. Very clean, lots of activities.
Great place but the playing people are loud speaking people and have been ask several time to be little quite but still rude .Can't even here the caller. Such rudeness is an issue.
Nice location. Within minutes of major shopping. Lots of activities all the time. Nice exercise room, ballroom, billiard room, ceramics and more. Post office and restaurant on site and golf course. You do own your land here although The downside is the hoa is getting very pricey
I live here now. A country club resort with an 18 hole golf course that is a 55+ retirement community. I'm just so sorry I didn't find this place right away when I moved to Mesa. They bill themselves as an "active adult" community, and there is SO MUCH activity one can hardly keep up with it. Shuffleboard, Pickleball, dozens of card clubs, bunko, a ceremics room, a quilting room, a fabulous pool area, our own post office, and a wonderful restaurant named "Birdie's" in the golf club clubhouse. I LOVE IT.
