As I type this, both the ownership and management is about to change. As other reviewers have said, Danette is a delight. I wish she would teach customer service classes because she knows how it's done. Sorry to see her retiring, but happy for her. Stay tuned for how this park will change in the coming months....

So far Danette has been nothing short of amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks great and residents are taken care of. Definitely a great first impression of the hospitality in Phoenix!

The park itself is great, but what really makes the experience outstanding is the supervisor. She goes above and beyond every single day. From making sure everything stays clean and quiet, to checking in on tenants with genuine kindness, her leadership is top-notch. She handles challenges with grace, keeps everything fair and transparent, and creates a real sense of community here. It’s rare to find someone who puts this much heart into their work. My husband and I and our two children stayed here for a few weeks while in the area for work. Dannette and her husband are so lovely and accommodating. Seeing as most of the rv parks in this area either don’t allow children or don’t allow pets, I was really happy to come across this park. There’s a small workout area attached the laundry room and next to the pool and hot tub. Private bathrooms. It’s a small quiet park with concrete pads for each site. Plenty of extra parking on the street if needed. My husband is in construction and we ended up needing a few extra days, they were more than happy to let us extend our departure. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area!!!

UPDATE: I recently ran a credit report for myself and discovered that I was "evicted" and owed the entire amount of rents for the many months that I was there. Even the move-in and deposit were included in the balance! How did I move in with no money exchanged? I have every single reciept from the duration of the 7-ish months. They controlled the mail and by this intercepted any certified letters from the court process rendering me unaware of any procedings. I believe they held my money orders and requested a re-issue which would have been "blank" on the "pay to" giving them and/or an associate the ability to deposit the funds outside the business' normal method.

If you do happen to live there or simply stay for a short time, KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS! Upon moving out manager tried to tell us that we didn't pay a deposit. Well we did. Thank God we found our recept.. Even when we first moved in she tried saying that we never paid a deposit.Where do you know that would just let you move in without a deposit!? I can't think of one. We had to show her our money order receipt even then. Managers have become very unprofessional. I parked my car on the street upon moving out for about a week and she lied, said the police put an orange tag on in.They didn't of course!It was like it just ate at her that my car was parked out there. It's A PUBLIC STREET!!!!She's just ridiculous.I have a friend who still lives there and she tried saying that I couldn't visit her. Why!? I never did anything to her. She stole my brother:s shed and gave it to another tenet. The list goes on. Just please be aware.

That's where we live and we love the hidden gem that it is the managers are the best from helping you out with local activities having the pool area so clean laundry room is perfect very very happy

the location and value of your stay is unmatched. Danette is an absolute blessing. Stone is always respectful and kind. i not only feel safe, i feel supported by great neighbors and the loveliest couple running the park! come to visit, come to stay!

Stayed in the park for a week with my grandma rode the golf cart everyday talked to tenants they all are very nice and had great things to say about Danette and Stone Martin. Was proud to call them my grandparents.

Honestly, I could have never stayed at a better mobile home park than Green Acres. It was a pleasant location, convenient for the distance to my work, neighbors were always polite, and the landlord Danette was always sweet and there when you needed her. I was glad to have stayed for 5 months before moving on to a better life in NM. This area and the service provided there was great. Thank you for having me stay with my dad and sister and thank you Green Acres for everything.

Booked a few weeks at this park purely for its location and in that time I learned this is quite possibly the absolute worst part of town and the most sketchy park I have been to yet. A couple of the RV’s in the park are selling drugs, several of the occupants are frequent fliers to the jails and even while the cops were there they said to leave the park and part of town. I caught at least 4 people on camera checking to see if my doors were locked and had countless neighbors looking in my windows. Not only was the park extremely expensive and jam packed with zero room it wasn’t worth it at any cost. Very dangerous place.

The new management is doing a great job making this park a better place to stay. They are always cleaning and trimming trees and bushes Very helpful and always ready to lend a hand we stayed here 19 months and have really enjoyed it. So close to shopping, restaurants, and other forms of entertainment.

Some of the nicest park managers we have met in 20 years of full time RVing. They always helped with any of our needs, inquires, directions etc. They work hard to keep the park clean whoever possible. It’s small but quiet, neighbors where friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely come back if ever in working nearby.

My husband I lived at Green Acres for 4 months and we were so happy with our experience! Danette and Stone really treated us kindly and respectfully. As soon as they had a spot open, everything from the application process to moving in and then back out was easy and supported. Danette and Stone are excellent managers as they are constantly looking for new ways to make the park better and keep the place tidy and respectable. They listened to any concerns we had (very minimal) and did what they could to accommodate us. Their efforts are definitely not lost as we always felt the park was safe and clean. It was our first experience rving in a park and we're so happy it was with Green Acres because they really made us feel at home :)

This is a up and comeing great park. Danette and Stone are some good people and they are and have been cleaning up the park. Seen it with my own eyes. Stayed there roughly 2 1/2 months while working in the area. Will be back to this park next trip out.

Manager was more than welcoming to my gf and I. She was like family. Her and her husband have treated us great from the start. Listened to our situation and was genuinely concerned and helpful during a very trying time for us. Saved us from so much more problems and helped us get situated in our new home. Even gave us a grill to use since we'd lost ours. So loving. Yet stern.

We stayed there from June 1st 2019 till February 1st 2020. The people at the park where great and went out of there way for us. We did have homeless on the side road for a short time.And roaches got into our trailer from the trailer next door. But over all the time we spent there was enjoyable.

The park served its purpose, we wanted to catch Spring Training. It is on a busy street, lots of action in the park. Most of the units looked like residences. No dog park had to walk across to an empty lot to walk our dogs (I knew this in advance but it was a last minutes trip to Spring Training and everything else was booked). Office staff not very friendly. Would not stay there again. Will plan better to get into a bigger park.

Stayed 5 days. Was fast and easy to check in. The park is kept very clean and in excellent condition. The pool, although small, appears to be in good condition. Nice laundry room. There are 2 bathroom showers. The commuter rail is right there. Supermarket is across the street. Walgreens is nextdoor.

Very clean and quiet! I was really worried to stay here after reading some older negative reviews. But with most places being 55+ we were limited. Pulling up to Green acres I saw the front sign and first few trailers look a bit run down however our space in the back was large and around other really nice travel trailers. We had more than enough room to park our two vehicles along side too. I was really surprised by how well run and clean everything was. I saw the staff raking the rocks and blowing leaves to keep property tidy. The pool and hot tub area were very well maintained also. My favorite part about staying here was that it was SO Quiet! Trailers are pretty packed in and yet we never heard anyone talking or making noise. No dog noise either. It was a really great experience and we will definitely stay here again as long as they continue to allow a child and dogs. It’s centrally located as well. 5 stars. Well deserved. Thank you to the staff.

Horrible experience. We had to leave early due to getting a job elsewhere. The manager kept our electric deposit because we left early. Electric deposit!! The manager claimed she could keep it because we did not stay 2 months. When I spoke to her about it she hung up on me. She would not put me in contact with the owner. She was a very rude, disrespectful woman. The area was not very nice either. There were police helicopters surrounding the area often. We would not go back again.

The park is packed this time of year and I was worried when I saw how close the RVs were parked together closer to Main, but we were assigned a nice space with cement patio, ample clean gravel and full hookups and wifi. The park is well managed, pet friendly and after staying a couple nights, feel the negative reviews I saw on travel websites were probably written by people who don't want others to discover this location. It's close to everything, great restaurants nearby, public transit, clean restrooms. I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed here in early November and enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff and the park is really clean. Per some of the other reviews it is not in the best area but it’s not as bad as some say. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter and grandkids. The physical location is very centrally located to the surrounding area. If your looking for a 5 star resort you will be disappointed but for a place to stay for a few days or several months it is a very good place to stay.

The lady was decent, but the guy freaked out my 4 year old son (and myself) and I didn't feel safe staying the night. Rudest person I've met in a while, and I work in customer service. Also, there is a homeless population in the area. Add to that you can get a hotel room for a few bucks more a night. Save yourself the time and move on!

My wife and I stayed here for just under two months right before our wedding. We found everything with this park to be pretty great. Pam and Lee were both wonderfully nice and accommodating. The WiFi was a bit tricky sometimes, but a quick call to Pam in the office always fixed the problem immediately, and I don't feel it was enough of a problem to knock them down to n only 4 stars. If we need RV accommodations in the Valley area again, we will certainly hope to find an open spot here.

Our stay at Green Acres was a very positive experience. Definitely this park deserves a 5 star rating. The park is clean and well maintained. It's location is also very convenient. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Green Acres before and appreciate the improvements that have been made. We look forward to many more years of staying at Green Acres while in Arizona for spring baseball.
