I'm. Adding to my review.You have all these residents to bring all their family members and takeover . the back pool.There's probably 25 people with kids in that pool right now.You tell the office?They just say there's nothing we can do about it.This is not an apartment complex.This is a 55 plus park 7/19/25. The water is always getting shut down. Space rent keeps going up. They never do anything in the park to raise the rent, the new office manager is the worst.

The equipment in the weight room needs updated other then that very nice community to live in!!!

Nice clean place that is well kept up. You can tell people have pride in their properties

The residents there are old and paranoid, and the management supports their Paranoia.. but to no avail.. Didn't see it occur, but was told 9 resident Golf carts were taken from the property, due to a hate that requires detailed entry, but is lax when departing.. Otherwise a nice park, with well tended grounds..I would feel comfortable with my own mother residing there were it necessary... Probably a 7/8, out of 10, if I had to rate it..

Water has been shut down numerous times in 3 years with 2 overnight shutdowns because of breaks in the very old lines. Unacceptable! Last night being one of them and now it's off again. These water and sewer lines should have been changed years ago but then profits mean more than empathy and compassion. I would not move here if you can help it!

Hacienda de Valencia is a pleasant place to live. I've lived here for seven years...there are a lot of different activities you can join in on...or, if you're like me, you can do your own thing! Management has changed over the years...Danielle and Vicki are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with....Rick is the best maintenance/handyman ever!

Very much like living in this park. Management is very consistent. What goes for one goes for all it wasn’t like that when I first moved in so this is a welcome change.

These are nice homes. The streets need some work and maintenance up keep. The people have a great group going there.

My mother lives there and it is a very nice adult (55 plus) trailer park neighborhood with plenty of activities to keep you active and outgoing multi pools a work-out room, shuffle board, and more. They have on site laundry room for those that aren't able to have their own. Plus many more amenities. Easy to access just off Greenfield S. of Main and North of Broadway on the East side of the road.

My mom lives here and I come to visit often. It's a pretty nice little neighborhood. I like helping out with the events and things they do sometimes. I really enjoy some of the people in this community because they are friendly and nice to be around.

Looking into buying a home here. 55+ community. Community seems peaceful each time we've been there. I have met Very nice people each time I've visited. Maintenance and Management team members are great. Management seems helpful and really attentive to our questions. I love that this community is gated and cared for. They allow pets and have plenty of neighborhood activities going on all the time. It's great because they don't seem nosey and people seem a bit less intrusive and "in your face" like some of the RV resorts / communities can be.

Gates are always broken. Pot holes in roads. Two speed limit signs in a park with over 300 homes is not enough. Water lines malfunctioning, so water is turned off quite regularly

Parent company (Equity Lifestyle Properties) does NOT maintain the property. In spite of having two full time maintenance men, the place is falling apart. Metal roof support pole is rusted half way through, gates are constantly broken, streets full of pot holes. All the residents get is empty promises and lame excuses. Do NOT believe reviews from "local guides" UPDATE: After 3 full months they have finally fixed the front gates to our "gated" community. UPDATE #2 The metal support pole was finally fixed AFTER the city code compliance office was notified.

The management company Equitylifestyle shows no respect for the residents of Hacienda de Valencia in Mesa AZ. They have let the park structures fall into disrepair and feed us empty promises. The main clubhouse shows years of neglect. They will inspect your property and give you deadlines for improvement, but ignore their responsibilities. Security gates have been broken many times for anywhere from a week to a month. Lot rent goes up year after year with little sign of it being put back into the community. Don’t believe the 5 star ratings from local guides. I doubt they live here to experience the shameful way that we are treated.

Although we are not living there yet, I would say the staff have been great and very helpful. Lorie has been very helpful and most of the people we have met have been great. We are buying there now and in the process but should be in by the end of the month. Looking forward to meeting what looks like great folks and continuing to work with Lorie and the staff. We are moving back to Phoenix from northern Arizona. We have now moved in and have been here 3 weeks. I will still say that the staff here has been great to work with. One thing everyone should know is that water, sewer and garbage is not included in the $840.00 land lease. What I mean to say is the base charge for these is part of the 840.00 land lease but if you use much more water than the basic amount you can be charged more than the 840.Other than that, the employees and the residents are both great. And, everything you might need is within 1 mile of here.

Horrible management! I am a disabled veteran and they have done nothing but single us out, harass and threaten us, come onto our property and our house. Take pictures of my 12 year old daughter. Say they don't need a notice to walk on my property and take pictures! List goes on! Don't recommend its a nightmare

They have everything a senior could want! Safety, heated swimming pools x2, covered big spa, awesome club house! Super workout building with 2 big screen tv's and filtered good tasting cold water, clean streets, no outdoor hoarders (junk), RV/Boat storage, updated mobile homes (no junkie homes), great yards all landscaped and fun scheduled activities!

I'm pretty glad I moved out of there because they kept jacking up the space rent. I live in a cheaper mobile home park now. I did like the heated pool and the people were nice. Quite often though they would shut off the water to do repairs and it was very inconvenient.

I only want to comment on the "festivities" for Cinco de Mayo, where the heads of the community have decided dressing 'like your best Mexican' is an appropriate theme to them. In reality is nothing short of casual racism, insinuating all Mexicans wear sombreros and serapes to every party. My family is Latino, my mom lives in this community and could not be more upset about how this all played out, being told "there's nothing we can do" by everyone she's spoken with. I don't have issues with the property, however the uncouth way that Cinco de Mayo is being handled is unacceptable. "Come dressed as your best Mexican"? Why not "come dressed as an influential Latino from history" or how about not asking people to dress up at all? It's abhorrent, and my mother who is a strong Latina woman who lives in this community is very upset at how even the regional management has handled the situation.

This property is so well kept and taken care of! I like how they're cleaning out the RV lot and making it look just beautiful! The maintenance man I met was a real help and I would have been lost if it wasn't for him! You have an awesome worker on your team! This place is starting to look amazing! Keep up the good work everyone! I like what I am seeing! Five stars!!!

Part home part vacation. Cant get much better than that. 2 very well maintained pools, hot tub, gym and movie theater. Only thing is the gate is always malfunctioning.

Its pretty good the flavors are different but still tastee. They were out of my first choice and a little slow on refilling at the table the green sauce is very good has a sweet flavor but all and all good and grilled up a couple jalapenos for me.

A Fair mobile home park, little bit more pricey for space rent compared to rest of the market. Good amenities and offer trips during various time of year bus contracted for trips.

It is a nice place to live , quiet and the property is well-kept but management could be a little more attentive to the concerns of the residents.

Great luxury style retirement community but some of the residents can be overly nosy while others can be overly polite. Two swimming pools and clubhouses. Gate always seems to have a problem though which defeats the purpose of being a gated community.
