What a joke this place is. Wouldn’t let us pick up my son’s vehicle on a Saturday after we called because “no one is there on the weekends. They come and go”. That’s great. So you can charge us for letting it sit there all weekend. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t even come and meet us there. We are from out of town and will now have to take off work on Monday to come pick it up.
These guys are good. I have them towing my big trucks when needed. I've probably used 10 times in post couple of years. No challenges are too big. Prices are fair.
After getting stuck in a precarious spot during the recent storm, I called two other towing companies that told me they couldn’t get to me and good luck. Volunteer was able to find me, get to me, and get me out! Even after needing to get a second truck, figure out how to pull us out of an icy ditch at the bottom of an icy ramp, and also getting hit by a different car in the process of towing us, they were efficient and spectacular to work with. They should be the first towing company you call when you need help!
