I'm not sure if they are equipped to fix trucks. My husband had his truck in there for days and they claimed they fixed his problem which was not being able to hook up a trailer. Well he went back to work only to figure out that he still can't attach a trailer. I would not recommend these people.
Do not buy from this company. I purchased a vehicle from them on October 10, 2025 and the title was incorrect. They refuse to take accountability for their actions. My business did not survive. I’m here now returning the truck and they are not taking responsibility or giving the reason for their title issue!
Update: I contacted the number several times and no one returned my call. They have my $12,000 down payment and will not return my call. You will be forced to hire an attorney. Do not deal with this company at all!
Above and beyond customer service when I bought my truck.
William Fisher was with me every step of the way from choosing my truck through financing paperwork and final delivery.
Even after final sale and delivery he answered some general questions I had and put me in touch with the right people when he could have just ignored me or passed the buck.
Any future purchases I make and all recommendations I give will be for these guys.
My friend bought a truck from here and it got into a very bad condition. The truck broke down as soon as it left here. I do not recommend it to anyone.
Hi all Truck drivers and Buyers i had with them big tragedy. My problem with them took 4 months and I lost a lot of money, nerves and energy. Even though I got cash, I waited 4 months for them to fix the problem and give me the truck and finally I realized that they stole the spare parts and changed the batteries. I don't know what they changed under the hood and 1 day after I bought it, the Check engine light came on. Definitely don't buy anything from there. Don't even open the door....!!!!
Was shopping for a new truck and went by to see a 2019 LT, I test drove the truck and it was all over the road and had a terrible vibration. when I asked for any kind of service records they stone walled me and literally said it’s against the law to show me them!!! LOL!!! and then the sale men said it has a good history but accidentally read out load one of them was for expansion tank pressure AKA possibly a head gasket. Which my mechanic friend I took to look at pointed out left over gasket sealer residual in the coolant tank metal flaky stuff. Which made sense with what they accidentally read out load. They also tried to sell me this truck for 70k which they thought they were doing me a favor. I’m so glad I bought else where, this place sells nothing but lease returns that have been abused by company drivers. Buy from a local owner operator who won’t mind disclosing any kind of records and definitively don’t pay this places inflated prices.
I dropped my truck at the shop for service ( oil change ) I request the highest service which means oil change and grease plus DOT . When I went to pick it up I found it they didn’t grease it and this the second time in row it happened to me I am done with international I was planning to buy new truck from them but will never do it again.this bad experience usually happens to a lot of people I know if you planning to buy international good luck with there service
This place is a JOKE. Bought a truck there. Bad motor and fuel tank. Said they sent off a fuel sample and never provided results. We called the company they "sent" the sample to. Company never has record of receiving the sample. To date, we have paid this company and no response. When you call to make appointments, sure, bring it in, we'll get to it when we can. Not to mention the people you have to deal with are rude and never stand behind their word.
One of your employees driving a white Escalade/suburban wanted to ride my vehicle in the snow this morning and then wanted to flip me off and think it was funny….. followed him to your place at 630 am this morning as he pulled into your lot….. is that the kinda people you employ????! Straight trash
Terrible experience. Mike Pallo is a vicious human being who thought he could message me insulting me since I didn’t reply to his message within 24 hours. People are busy also, not a way to treat your customers. Hopefully their management can get it right and teach their salesmen to respect their customers! Specifically he questioned my manhood and said I was wasting his time… As if my time isn’t valuable. No thank you, stay away. This all took less than 48 hours to transpire.
Came in here looking for my first truck. Met with Tony and he showed me everything. The truck was in great shape! Tony helped streamline the process and took care of everything he could ahead of time to get me road ready asap. He was honest and open about everything and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable with this purchase. Would highly recommend this place!
Great poeple at this location. While taking for a dot inspection, found that the apu and a wobble in front end. Keith and Tony are doing everything to make the buying experience right. Apu was repaired in Dallas and the alignment is scheduled for when I get home, due to not being able to get done for week in kc. Thank you for all the support in this purchase.
