Had a tire repaired needed showed up in the time was give to as a eta very nice on the phone and at the truck to work on it I would use them again and will pass the phone number to my friends and family that truck in that area as well.
These people are awesome, professional, friendly, and most of all compassionate. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was broke down on the interstate for over 3 hrs and couldn't get anyone out to help me. One of their guys pulled up on me asking if I needed services. I told him my story, he made 1 call and I got instant relief because from that one call, I got more than enough help. They even followed me to the Truckstop to make sure I made it safely and came back the next day as promised to finish up the little they had left to do after getting the rest of the parts. These guys are great. Thank you guys and I will definitely be calling on you again if any services are needed when in kansas city.
Highly recommend! Got my husband back on the road quickly when his truck broke down with a fuel sensor issue. Fair price for a knowledgeable mechanic to show up and get him back on the road without the added hassle of having to pay to tow his truck to a shop and wait till the next day for an appointment.
I’m very disappointed with this shop. Their prices are unbelievably high compared to other places. They charged way more than what the job was actually worth, and didn’t even explain why it cost so much. I felt completely overcharged and taken advantage of. I definitely do not recommend this place — save your time and money and go somewhere else that’s honest and fair.
