Everything about my experience with Jerry was easy. The minute I arrived for my services, they were ready for me, had a car ready for me, and I was on my way in fifteen minutes. They sent me a video of everything they did to fix my brake system and provide an oil change. It was that easy when I came back to get my car. Jerry was such a nice person to work with. I always have wonderful experiences with BMW AND LOVE MY CAR that we bought there.

I had a great experience with i-70 auto. They were honest, professional, and fixed my car without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. Communication was clear from start to finish, amazing customer service and my car has been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days but this place definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, in and out and one of the few places that can put a 24ft long bed on a lift! Great people and honest work.

Sam, was very welcoming, and informative. When it came to the inspection they, didn’t miss an inch, thankfully its was just my vacuum pump, they were able get it done pretty swiftly, now my car is as smooth as was off the lot.

Sam and the whole staff displayed and employed outstanding customer service with professionalism, kindness, fairness, and exceptional mechanic work. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. It was a most rewarding experience.

Sam and Dennis are amazing. This shop sent me very detailed reports with photos and videos of things that I’ll need to fix in the future, issues that should be addressed now, and all the passed inspections with the car. Dennis explained everything to me clearly and kindly. This shop is super transparent with you and made me realize how my dealership I bought my car from was not! Love this place, definitely trust them

These people rip off their customers. They don’t allow you to bring your own parts so they can fix your car. They squeeze their customs like a farmer milking cow, but in their case they’ll overcharge you $200 more for parts that cost $50. Like I get the purpose of a business is to make money, but these folk want to milk their customers of every cent they have.

I appreciate the communication and very detailed analysis from the mechanics of any issues with my vehicle(I REALLY appreciate the high to low priority list!) Sam and Dennis are always super kind & helpful!

Terrific experience! I had a brake issue pop up the weekend before Christmas and my usual shop couldn't fit me in until the new year. With an infant regularly in my car, I did not feel good about driving with brakes that weren't 100%. So I started calling around to see if anyone could fit me in. Thursday night I spoke with Sam and told him my situation. He told me if I could do an early morning drop off -' they would do their best to have it done by Tuesday. I got my car dropped off Friday morning, fully expecting to not have it until the next week, but thankful they could fit me in. By midday my inspection was compete and Sam walked me through my options for the work that needed to be done. There were several things that could have used attention but Sam was clear in communicating what was necessary and what should be on my radar for future repairs. I really loved that they texted me the estimate for the full scope of work so I could look it over and then call to confirm the services I wanted completed. It felt very low pressure! Once I approved the work, there was a slight difference in the price of one part ($15 more than expected) and Dennis called to make sure I agreed to the new expense. That kind of consideration was so appreciated! PLUS - they had my car done same day!! As someone who literally was thinking I could be without my car for a week.... Man. What a blessing! An actual Christmas miracle. So to sum up this shop is : flexible, great communicators, hard working, and provide wonderful results. I could tell the difference in my vehicle and its handling so much better. Highly recommend! Especially if you are a car dummy and often intimidated by mechanical things.

I-70 Auto Service team was friendly, and answered all the questions I asked. Checking my car for winter months ahead. The service was was done in a timely manner.

I've had work completed 2 times. Both times they were extremely helpful and timely. The first time I was concerned about the cost and they were very helpful in going line by line with me so I completely understood. After seeing the amount of parts used I understood the cost and completely agreed. The second time they completed the work. And I was surprised that it didn't cost more. Being it was my wife's baby, both times I got it back it was and work completed perfectly without any additional damage. A lot of times when you're doing interior disassembly work something gets scratched or damaged. It made me look good. I will continue to use them every time I have a problem.

I brought a used car as a temporary fix. I 70 basically took the car from initial inspection to road ready, and beyond. Fair price, great service, and even better customer service. Give them a chance.

He called I-70 auto to see if they could fit him in to look at it. They got us right in on a busy day and gave us a good report so we could move forward with confidence to purchase the car. These are great people at I-70 Auto Service. Sam and the whole crew went above and beyond to assist me in getting my Bronco Sport back on the road. They worked with my warranty company to get the parts needed to make the repairs. I really appreciate everything that was done not only for this vehicle but my second vehicle as well. They will give fair and friendly service here. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Everything about my experience with them was really good. They kept me informed of everything that went in with my challenger while it was there and even though they determined I had a bad strut they still was able to align my car and get it driving pretty straight. They also noticed that my sway bar links where on the wrong side. Switched them around and its all good. These guys know their stuff and I do most of my own work on my cars but I'd definitely go back for things I'm not comfortable with working on. Good people good price and good work.

Came here for a state inspection yesterday morning after making an appointment and they were very quick! I’m pretty apprehensive about going to new mechanics, as my dad always did my repairs or showed me how to fix the smaller issues, but I was really happy with the service and would definitely recommend! They gave me estimates on repairs that would be needed in the future, along with the exhaust repair that was needed to pass inspection. I felt like it was fairly priced, didn’t include unnecessary things, and they suggested another muffler repair shop to get the exhaust fixed same day. I really appreciated that. I noticed they were patient with walk ins and listening to concerns while I was waiting. Thanks guys! I’ll be back for the bigger repairs ☺️

I'm new to KC and my vehicle had a major malfunction upon arriving intown last week. I called both of the BMW dealerships, as well as several other shops and no one could get me an appointment until weeks down the road. We call I-70 Auto Service and they got me in and out in a couple of days. The entire crew were friendly and professional. Needless to say, they'll be my new auto shop from here on out.

We recently took my car to I-70 Auto Service as my car was broken down and it was the closest option. They made us pay $200 just to look at the car and then when they gave us the estimate we took it to a trusted mechanic who said they were price gouging us by quite a bit of money. They then failed to fully secure the rim of one of the tires to the car causing it to rattle (which it had not been making that noise before bringing it in) and damage the rim. When I called and asked them about it they told me that there was no way they could be at fault, but that I could bring it back in for another $200 to look at it again. I will never be coming back to this shop and will be informing everyone in my life to steer clear.

Shane and the team at I-70 we absolutely amazing! The shop was clean, they were friendly and I felt like they truly care about me and my vehicle. I love the technology and how they could actually show me what was going on in a way that made sense and I don’t feel like they were trying to make money off me! If you aren’t using them you are missing out! This is how every company should do business! Grateful I found them!!! We give them two thumbs up!

This is the best shop in the heart of Kansas City. I took my car in for some regular maintenance and they not only go above and beyond with their comprehensive digital inspection of my entire vehicle but just are super friendly and always listen to what you have to say and explain easily what is needed or what your good with getting by with. If you’re needing a good reliable and honest place to bring your car look no further. This is definitely the place. I also want to mention I had almost $2700 worth of work done to my car that another shop had messed up on last June and didn’t get around to writing a review and my car has been great ever since. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car.

We brought my 2013 Toyota Prius V in for diagnostic evaluation after experiencing intermittent sputtering and shaking and loss of coolant. They did a thorough check of all systems and sent us a report with photos. Their estimate to replace the leaking head gasket was a fair price. We were treated in a very professional and friendly manner and they exhibited great patience with us while my husband asked lots of questions and eventually decided not to have the work done. Although we decided against having the work done on this vehicle, when I need auto repairs in the future I will be coming back to I-70 Auto Service, as they have earned my trust.

Scheduling was simple and the technician did a multi point inspection with pictures which was very helpful. Special shout out to the awesome lady at the front that communicated everything along the way! Great program and nice to know I have somewhere I can trust!

This shop had great communication skills. Wow, this shop was excellent and I got my car back up and running like new. The workers were polite, professional, snd smart. The shop above and beyond and worked with my insurance company. I am so grateful and thankful to know that there’s still shops in the world that are good like this one.
