4401 East Truman Rd. Very solid location to shop at. Two gentlemen stepped up right away with inquiries on my frustration with the service at the 2661 Independence Avenue location. They were very supportive and apologetic about the managers way of handling me as a customer and promptly help me solve my transaction issues. If you are looking to shop at Advanced Auto Parts and you want to be treated with respect go to 4401 E Truman Rd and ask for Gerardo or Alfredo, absolutely superior associates.
Shout out to the crew that was working today around noon. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to go beyond what's required to help with all the needs we had.
My first time at Advanced Auto Parts was excellent. The Sales Person l Fedeline D was very kind, pleasant and helpful. She got me exactly what I needed that was very affordable. I will definitely be patronizing for future purchases.

After going to AZ and they seemed clueless, I went to Advance Auto Parts on Teuman rd. My first time there and will always go back. Their crew knew their stuff and had me in and out in 7 minutes. Great experience!

Went in to store today there was a lady nam Stephanie who was heading out the lady who was helping me could not find what I was looking she asked Stephanie if she could help knowing she was already headed out the for the day she turn around and helped she did found the the parts that the other lady could not very thankful she was still there cause I needed the parts and I was able to pick it up at a another store the same night there was a man named John that was rude and no help at all
Went in and a lady name Stephanie helped me after a man in front with glass was real rude she sold me my parts and told me she was sorry about what was said and told me to have a good day
Came in the other day for a trailer adapter and the General Manager Nick was able to get me squared away pronto.

I’ve really noticed the recent updates at this location—the building looks much better with the new paint, and it gives a good first impression. When I went in, all the employees were clearly busy helping other customers, but still made sure to acknowledge me and kept things moving. 😊 I needed a hard to find part, and they didn’t give up until they tracked it down. You can tell they care about getting it right. Definitely appreciate the effort and the improvements all around.
I used to have a commercial account with Advance Auto Parts, but I stopped using them after Nick left — his absence was definitely felt. Now that he’s back, I’ll be getting my parts from there again without a doubt.
Nick is helpful, friendly, and professional. He knows his stuff and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything’s right. It’s hard to find that kind of consistent service, and it’s great to have someone like him back at the counter. Looking forward to working with Advance again.
Surprisingly Great Experience This Time!
I’ll be honest—this Advance Auto location hasn’t always been the most organized in the past, so I wasn’t expecting much when I stopped in. But this last visit really surprised me. The staff seemed way more on top of things—friendly, helpful, and actually knowledgeable. Nick came out to check something under the hood with me and made a recommendation without pushing unnecessary stuff. Not sure what’s changed, but it’s a huge improvement. If this is the new normal, I’ll definitely be coming back more often.
Placed an online order which showed in stock at this store (not my usual home store). Upon arrival a few hours later was told it wasn't in stock. No worries, it happens (with computerized inventory it shouldn't, but did). Friendly store but the parking lot is filthy, trash everywhere and debris. Literally had to maneuver around a pinion snubber w/ stud in the middle of the lot. Cleanup outside would boost that rating.
