I'm currently driving my husband's SUV, due to my beautiful Sadona Orange Ford Escape being in an accident and was declared total loss 😞. Anyway, my husband's Black Ford Edge had a few adjustments that needed to be made. Toys For Trucks in North KCMO took care of replacing rain guards and a broken bug reflector. They get a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for JOB WELL DONE! Lee was my point of contact. Thanks, for the cosmetic improvement!!!

I came with some carry-in struts that I needed assembled on short notice. They got me taken care of without a hiccup and gave me some advice for my Tacoma off road build. Great guys.

Geof and his team did a great job. I got a ready lift 3.5 inch kit installed on my truck and they treated it like their own truck and made recommendations that made my truck look better and drive better but also didn’t kill my pocket.

Brought my Tacoma here to have an aftermarket front and rear bumper installed which involved cutting off my factory bumpers and the quality of work could not have been any higher. They did an exceptional job, handled all the wiring of the new lighting which works perfectly and installed a brand new winch for me. Terrific work, quick turnaround and excellent customer service

Geof Hooper and Jake were absolutely incredible to do business with. Geof is full of knowledge and had all the answers I needed for my 2023 wrangler rubicon. I reached out to him about a 2.5 suspension lift I was wanting to do, and the outcome was quick and extraordinary. If you have a Jeep and want to put some toys on it. This is your place!! They know exactly what they are doing. Just please if you have a Jeep go here. They will save you so much time and heartache. I have a story but it’s just too long to put on here. Even the dealerships send their jeeps there. While I was in the store Gladstone Jeep called and was going to send them a Jeep to have some work done on it for a wobble. The same thing that was wrong with my Gladiator. Thanks Guys!!!!

Super helpful staff! They reattached my Yakima roof rack in just a few minutes after it came loose. (They weren't the ones who installed it in the first place.). They squeezed it into the schedule and didn't even charge me! Thanks, guys!

We had a Bronco up-fitted pretty heavily and the process was seem less! Quality of work was top notice. Couldn’t be happier!

The team at Toys for Trucks is AWESOME! The outside salesman Geof Hooper is really knowledgeable on anything from Custom Truck Accessories to Extreme Off Road Accessories for all major brands. The store Manager Jake Hart has always taken care of me and my extreme off road needs. He as well is extremely really knowledgeable on anything from Custom Truck Accessories to Extreme Off Road Accessories for all major brands. The communication between Geof and Jake is on another level when it comes to working on my Jeep. They make sure all work is done right. I will only take my Jeep there for work!

These guys were great! I had an issue with my tonneau cover after getting a new truck and I gave them a call last minute and they got me in and took care of me. These guys are class acts and would highly recommend!

I came into get a shock eyelet replaced on a fox shock, Zack, John , Jacob, were pleasant to work with and they knocked it out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend toy for trucks on Antioch road. Great people awesome shop!!!

I wasn't able to get the back door to my service vehicle open. I stop by Toys for Trucks and the guys had it fixed in 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended them for any thing you want or need down to your truck. Want to think them again!

Rear shock finally went out on my old 4Runner with xreas. John up front was patient with me as we worked through seized bolts and rust. They were fairly priced and reasonable all the way around. Got a new lift and tires and a 4Runner that feels new.

Zach was able to do my front end alignment when no one else could figure it out, bring your Hot Rods here to just not a Truck service center

Very nice, helpful, friendly employees that are very knowledgeable about trucks & jeep accessories & tires. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me more stuff then I needed or higher priced things either. They also had a wider variety on tires that they could have there the next day, where e.where else I went it was gonna take about a week to get the tires in.

Update: Found out they messed up my order over a year later, got a topper with an internal skeleton for extra weight, they did not attach rack to skeleton so I can't carry the extra weight of a roof top tent. Awesome job on the topper install, looks great.

4WP removed our back two tires to place air bags for the suspension and destroyed one of my tires in the process. They didn’t notify me of such and could have caused a blow out. Do NOT use 4WP for your services because they are careless and reckless with your vehicle parts!!!! They provided no customer service and will not be replacing our tire. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Very happy customer. Called to get the roof of my crewmax tundra vinyl wrapped. Some miscommunication on color of black - either matte or glossy, probably my fault. They showed me an example of satin, went that direction last minute of previous business day before install. During install I received a call to verify the color as it looks on truck, make sure it's what I wanted, thought that was cool, mid-install pictures they sent me shown. Wrap turned out quite a bit better than I expected especially considering the rough canvas of my truck roof, two close up pictures shown of the work. I don't know if they are the cheapest or not, didn't shop around - I'm a buyer based on quality and service.

Good price on installation for a leveling kit I bought directly from Rough Country. They installed a steering stabilizer last minute free of charge, but somehow "forgot" to install a bump stop. You'd think professionals would notice extra parts in their work area. Took it back and asked them to finish the job. The service writer later called and stated the tech said the cup that holds the bump stop wouldn't work and they couldn't get another one. I'd probably have to get one from a junk yard and have someone weld it because they couldn't do it. If I'm going to have someone pull the coil spring they might as well finish the job. It's a $13 part on Amazon. Basically their way of saying not my problem. They offered to install self tapping screws to get me out the door. I was tired of dealing them. The issue is I had to find they didn't finish the job. The techs here really could care less about professionalism. They don't have your truck in mind. Go to the one on 40 Hwy in Independence for the experts. Edit - for clarity

Had a 0900 appointment scheduled, right when they open. I arrived prior to their opening and was waiting with two others outside. One drops his car off, one is a walk-in, and then there is me with an appointment for 0900. The drop off is driven around back and then the walk-in is driven around back as well. My truck wasn’t touched until about 0935. I talked to the walk-in customer and we were both confused on why I was serviced last since I had an appointment and she did not. The technician who brought my car up also has zero customer service skills or the ability to at least put up a customer service face for 30 seconds. Walks in and hands me my keys, I said “Hey man how’s it going?” and he just handed me the keys and walked off. He didn’t reply, tell me what was going on with my truck, if I needed to pay or talk to anyone else. Nothing, just walked away. Disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. Edit: Never received the follow-up phone call that the manager had promised. Dropped to 1-star, incredibly disappointing.

Have gotten 3 cars tinted at Northland Tint and Audio in Liberty and loved it, no complaints. Got a Chux gift card for my birthday and figured I’d let them tint my new truck. Never again will I go back. Lots of watermarks underneath ALL the windows that had been tinted, and bubbles everywhere. I waited a week to let them cure, and watermarks were still there and a few bubbles. Called up to talk to the manager and he said it had a lifetime warranty and to just bring it in the next week and they’d redo it. Went in today (two weeks later), showed the gentleman the problem, and he took the truck back. Brought it back out and they only redid one of the windows! I had other stuff to do today so I didn’t have time to go back in and complain, but I don’t even think it’s worth my time. I’ll go spend my money elsewhere and get it done right.

I had an 09 Chevy Lifted 7.5 inches and it turned out great. It was installed right and looks even better. When I had an issue with the tires rubbing and I was contacted by ChuxTrux before I even called them. They called to see how everything was and when I told them about what was going on they scheduled a date right away to get it fixed! Great people, great service.
