They have an excellent supply of automotive and body parts. Prices are better than a dealership and the new grill I bought for the Jeep for perfect and looks great. Service was fast and friendly and the facility is clean.
I ordered a bumper they sent wrong one we painted it I understand they can’t take back but we had to order another one which we are out over 300 dollars for paint and wrong bumper they sent all I was asking for was a little bit off on the one we actually need when they sent wrong one bad business wouldn’t even give us a little discount now we are out over 500 dollars poor customer service wasent asking for any thing free just a little help we are a small family business they wouldn’t do anything wow when I make a mistake I help my customers

What home I was quoted One price for fender but when I got there I was told that there was a glitch in the computer so I was charged as very upset but all-in-all everybody was very nice they said it was a wholesale store so they couldn't discount that's what I was told by the manager that was my experience
Purchased a side mirror. The mirror was of good quality and the service was okay. I can't believe how many people think they should be trusted or waited on with white glove service.... You know your at a discount parts warehouse and not in the best part of town? I'd gladly shop here again. Yeah they make mistakes, guess I am not dealing with god, I am okay with that

Sent employee with my company card. They would not take my company credit card without ID. The part had been called in under the shops name I had told them I was sending someone this morning. Had to have an employee use his own card and money to bring the part that we needed back to the shop. So if your sending an employee and don't want to have messed up paperwork for your accountant send a check because they do not tell you that over the phone. Part was priced great and in good shape.
Very helpful and makes sure you get the right parts for your vehicle. This was my first time doing business with them and everything went smooth. They had my parts to me within 5 to 10 minutes.
WE HAVE A PROFESSIONAL AUTO BODY/REPAIR SHOP, I WAS SOLD THE WRONG PART FOR A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT VEHICLE, SOME WHAT MY FAULT THAT I DID NOT CATCH IT BEFORE I PAINTED IT HOWEVER, WE ARE LOCATED OVER AN HOUR AWAY, I CALLED AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING ON TO ROBBIE INCLUDING THAT I HAD ALREADY PAINTED THE FENDER. HE TOLD MY TO BRING IT DOWN AND HE WOULD SWAP IT OUT. I MADE THE HOUR PLUS DRIVE WHEN I GOT THERE ROBBIE TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT TELL HIM IT WAS PAINTED AND I CLEARLY DID. ROBBIE WAS NOT RUDE HOWEVER HE SAID THE MANAGER SAID HE COULD NOT RETURN IT...I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER, WHO WAS WALKING AWAY FROM ME THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS TRYING TO SPEAK TO HIM, EXTREMLY RUDE AND BASICLY TO ME TO F&$K OFF WITHOUT SAYING IT. I PURCHASED THE CORRECT FENDER FROM THEM ANYWAYS BECAUSE UNLIKE THEM I HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND PLAN ON KEEPING MY WORD TO MY CUSTOMERS REGAURDLESS IF IT COST ME OR MY BUSINESS MONEY/PROFIT. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS WAS OVER A $67 DOLLAR FENDER ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ITS THE POINT. THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PART AND REFUSED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE.....STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING BENT OVER.....LOST A PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT OVER 67 BUCKS...GOOD DAY!!!
The 2 stars is for the fact that they are the only place I could find the part I needed. Other than that the customer service was some of the worse I have seen. Honestly, I do not know if I have ever met employees who were more lazy or uninterested in their job or their customers. They may have what you are looking for but expect to be treated like you are interrupting their day if you show up to get your parts.
I recently had an accident with a deer luckily wasn't to bad as it could have been however I was referred to this company for reasonable parts well on my initial call I was answered by an associate by the name of "robbie" who was very rude very short with me even if they had free items I wouldn't have patronized them so I thanked him and ended the call thinking I might have over reacted maybe I'll call again once again getting Robbie two thumbs down customer service sucks I don't recommend this company at all👎💩 service
I called about a hood they said was in stock 5 minutes away from arriving at the facility they claimed to close at 5:30 on the dot.. I arrived at 5:33 the lights were off and the doors were locked..... Pretty unprofessional in my opinion not to stay open 5 minutes more to make a $300 sale
Called about a part and they had one left and put it in a 3 day reserve for me to pick up. I went same day and saw 3 other people in line getting the same part! Definitely call before going the guys on the phone are very nice and helpful.
Nice and clean. I got waited on right away. I was in a hurry because I had my dog outside in my pickup. The man who waited on me was fast and very helpful. I will go back.

Even with the covid-19 rules they are pretty quick on getting you the parts, you can call ahead and have your parts on will call or you can just walk in through the entrance door make your order then wait outside and then they will come at the exit door yelling out your name or your company name so you can walk back inside and get your parts, it is really simple and fast...!
The customer service wasn't stellar. They misspelled my name, so they only knew me by the part I purchased. The offensive thing was rather than asking how to say or spell my name dude actually said Ant-tin-a-o or whatever. 🤔 Then I was given the higher priced choice when I asked for the lower one. Very frustrating experience. Part is fine though.
I waited about 30mins for 1 part, while I watched another customer come wait maybe 5mins and they bring him his part in front of me and another man that had been already been waiting. The workers excuse was he only had 1 part 🙄 I ONLY HAD 1 PART!
Arrived at around 10:30am and walked in the front door. Was greeted by one of the employees and gave him my list. Was appreciative of it and had the total cost within a few minutes. Walked through the other door leading to where you pickup your parts. Was greeted there also and asked for name on order. Wasn't 10 minutes and parts started coming through the door. Was asked if I'd like to inspect the fenders and they recommended it while waiting for the last couple of parts. That made me feel good as I live 40 minutes from this place. Parts were perfect and with all that I was there maybe 20-25 minutes total. Thanks guys!
Have never been here before. I had called and the guy on the phone told gave me prices on a few parts without too many issues other then the fact that he kept saying they didnt make the part i needed...so i would look it up online, then he would find it...i kinda felt like i was doing his job for him. Then he proceeded to tell me that they didnt have the bumper brackets for my truck, they only had brackets for a 2003 and 2004 version...my truck is a 2005 and the parts are EXACTLY the same as the 03 and 04...and the 06 for all that matters. After 10 minutes, he finally figured out i was right. We drove 1 hr and 15 mins to get there. They told us to go thru the wooden door and wait in the other room. This room had room for 15-20 chairs in it...they had 6...and there was over 20 people waiting, some people were old people who needed a place to sit. The guy ahead of me got a total of 6 parts and 5 of them we damaged so he had them bring out more...which were ALL damaged...after 30 minutes and 4 tries he was able to get 5 of the 6 parts he needed.
My parts werent terrible, my hood was slightly dented but i can work with it....and..the price was very good. They get 3 out of 5 stars for value alone!
Great prices on after market parts. I’ve purchased mirrors and taillights for 3 different vehicles all have fit perfectly and worked as good as original parts. The weather seals have been better than the original parts I’ve replaced.
Worst Customer service I've ever had will call guy was rude as hell an didn't even have a nametag or else his name would b posted I don't ever plan on coming back!!! I'll take my $ elsewhere most definitely

Bit off the beaten path off of front street, only reason they're not getting 5, is the wait can be long. Service is great, they have most lighting and body parts in stock at a great price.
