Prices are fair but I have a commercial account with them because I own a mobile mechanic business.

Went in to switch out my starter had to pay the price difference. Zel was preoccupied and gave me my change but was short $20 when I got to pay the mechanic. Try calling the store multiple times no response.

This O’Reilly’s failed us in an emergency. The cashier denied restroom access when it was urgently needed, showing zero compassion. To make matters worse, the treatment we received felt discriminatory and unacceptable. As loyal customers who expect respect and basic human decency, we will not return unless this behavior is addressed. Corporate leadership should know how damaging this is to the O’Reilly’s brand.”

Staff was unknowledgeable about a simple bulb despite looking it up on the computer.. they had to consult with each other and all of them seemed to be equally confused and ended up saying "I think this is the one but if it's not we'll refund it"

Terrible interaction, dude was clearly in a mood and acted like I was inconveniencing him just by coming in the store. He was running back and forth between 2 registers while another employee just stood and watched. I understand having a rough day at work but still no excuse to give customers attitude.

I had a problem with and employee but i called the customer service and the regional manager took care of it right away very thankful that they care about their customer.

I seriously have never seen a staff so disinterested in helping a customer than I did here today. In fact, one of the clerks flat out refused to even try to look for an item we need while one of the others stood there eating their lunch at the register. Said nope, I'm not doing it! We're so sorry to put you out by asking you to do your job!

I went in to check if they had a part 5/12/2024, I even had the part number ready to tell the guy ar the register. He had nothing but a rude attitude and said they didn't have any in stock. So I asked does another store? To which he responded yeah anywhere but here. He eventually listed a few close stores. Bad experience

I had an issue with my windshield wipers and I went to O’Reilly‘s and the service guy Q help me out a great deal and I really appreciate it I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes

Came at 11: 30 on Sunday. Doors are locked and the store isn't open. No sign saying closed just the hours they are supposed to be open which includes the time I tried to buy stuff.

Really disappointed with customer service 02/20/2024 about 6:50 pm. I understand manager wasn't there. So when the cats away, the mice will play. It's rude and unprofessional to be on the phone (personal call or text) and ignore the customer. Or give them only part of your attention. I'm going to do O'Reilly a big favor and do my business somewhere else. It won't hurt your bottom line, but it will relieve my stress.

Looks like this place is getting closed at about 5pm, should be updating their timings if that's the case.

Every time I try to call, they never ever answer the phone at all. Does this location have a different number to call or do they just not answer the phone

This place closes early. Even tonight, I needed oil and rushed there just to find the door locked at 8:30pm. Advanced Auto here I come!

My tire blew out and I needed some lugnuts. I went there on a Sunday evening around 5 and there was nobody there. Doors were locked, nobody answered the phone. The hours online said they were open til 8. Autozone has a new customer.

I called ahead and was answered by Kelvin, and when I got to the store, not only did he help me locate the part I needed, he also let me test fit (thankful for that cause our first guess was too small), then he loaned me pliers so I could make the repair to my coolant line. Highly professional young man and would happily go back to this location!

Every experience I have here is always bad. I called this location to see if they had a part I was looking for that the other location didn't have. I called and was automatically put on hold which is fine but after 6 minutes??? I hang up and call back and it just rings and rings and rings. Do yall need some help?? I took my money to advanced auto they seem more willing to do business. I'll never go to this location again or even consider it. Terrible.

Had a great experience, Earl is very knowledgeable about what he has inventory, and he doesn't have it , he gives you a time to pickup from the warehouse to the store ???

I was at this place on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 3:45 pm. The employee and manager were not wearing masks. When I asked them to put on their masks the employee acquiesed but the manager refused. That's bad service. By the way, I was wearing a mask and there is a sign on the door saying masks required.

I love how this store is connected with the community. People who helped me genuinely care about their customers which i believe is beyond customer service. Ronald you are the MAN!

It wasn't very clean. The employees weren't knowledgeable at all. In fact I had asked if the quick terminal I bought works with marine batteries and his exact words were 'i dont know bro'.

Called 10am to order part. "We don't need to order it it's in stock". Hop on bike ride down troost. Arrive 12pm to pick up part. "Sorry we can't find it anywhere. we will order it from the warehouse. It will be here at 2.30" ride my bike home then back down troost arrive at 2.35pm. 3pm delivery van arrives. My parts not on it. "We couldnt find it at the warehouse." Between the warehouse and area stores O'Reilly inventory shows 53 parts in stock but none actually on hand. 4pm "We can order it from the warehouse wont arrive until the morning."

A friend and I stopped her just before closing...he was having issues with his battery. The staff answered all our questions, came out and checked the battery juice level, gave good advice regarding bring it in the next day to attempt to recharge it, options in store if we needed to replace it & ven shared how to get the best deal by (shhh) "working the system" price matching basicly... Still while my buddy was stressed... They made him laufh over the whole matter. Cant beat that.

I always go to the 63rd and Troost. The people there are always nice and helpful. Give correct prices will put oil in or help change a bulb. This is the only one I go to. Dont try to sell you no more than you ask for which is very important to me as a women. ???????????

I came in-store about 5 minutes to close. The store was packed with people but one employee "Ronald" went the extra mile and took care of everyone staying well past closing. I will definitely be going back and will refer this place to anyone.

Because of my boy Daniel that works behind the counter. He is also the manager there. If you haven't been able to find somebody at O'Reilly's that can find what you need he can.

Wish I'd got the guy's name who diagnosed a bad battery connection terminal. Had gone a few other places and even had work done and no one found or fixed it except this guy. Fixed it right up, 6$. Very knowledgeable and courteous.
