Great service and good selection of new & used parts. They also had plenty of motorcycles for sale. I ordered new tires, they called me when the tires arrived, I took the wheels in on lunch and they had them ready for me to pickup when I left work.

Dont always have what ya need and to interested in helping you find it either. been there a few times and feel like i was just bothering them. But, i have had service to my 27yr old bike and they did very well.

I talked with Kit and another person they were very helpful and friendly nice place to go I would send my friends and family there without Hesitation

Parts department is great .They show respect to those who don't really know what they are looking for eager to help .Same way in the shop allways willing to explain such matters that are difficult to understand stand of 50 years of dealing with motor cycle shops this small group are top notch A+

Unprofessional. Took my bike to get inspected. Told them I had just bought the bike from a dealership in Kansas. I needed an inspection to get tags in mo. Apparently they did an id/od which is of no use. Bought it from a dealer was stated. When confronted on phone they said they would get it taken care of. Get there and its awhole nother story and another charge for an inspection.

Went there for inspection. Told them I just bought the bike from a dealer in Kansas. Needed inspection for it to get tagged. They wrote an id/od whatever that is paid for inspection. Realized no sticker number was given. Called asked them about it. They said bring papers and they'll get it fixed. Get there and its a different story need bike and pay for new inspection

They got my bike in there and fixed it quick. They kept me updated about parts on order and the quote they gave me when I dropped of my bike was the same when I picked it up. The staff inside were very professional and didnt treat me like some newbie..which I am haha

Great experience would go out of my way to spend my money there over one of these corporate dealerships

I called to ask if they worked on a particular model of motorcycle. They were very curt with their answer of no. Although I have other motorcycles they do work on, I will find another repair shop that is more customer friendly.

The best experience I've had at a shop in the KC area - very helpful when planning the work to be done and went above and beyond to do the work quickly. I can't recommend this place enough.

Called on Friday spoke with a guy on phone had good conversation explained to him what I had and was trying to get rid of then what I needed and he said he would take care of me on Saturday they was opened between 10-4. So I loaded rims and tires up off a newer heritage made the 45minute drive to walk in talk to guy at counter explained what I had and what rims I was looking for and some other parts and just simply said ehh dont have any use for those and dont think we got anything for your bike probaly but you can look at rims on the wall or whatever. So I politely asked that's it you guys arent interested in these now and dont even want to step out from behind the counter to take a moment to even seem interested. Not saying it's a bad shop or anything but just to waste a Saturday morning to go out and just get told off in minutes. Will highly and always recommend not to go and use this shop for service. I'm not a person to write reviews. Many bikers I ride with told me about place and heard good things but I will speak of them as how they cared to help with simple service to seem interested.

The guys out there at Knobtown know there stuff. Always going through the correct paces to ensure you machine is running at its peak. Everyone of those guys are passionate about what they are doing. If you get a chance stop on by. Its not a large shop, but they can get done whatever you need.

I've taken my bike here for tire and brake work a couple times over. More cost-efficient than any HD shop in KC and just as reliable for the stuff you can't do yourself.

Best Bike shop around. Only one I know of that,s got a "Used Parts" section. Kit, Sean, and Kelly are very helpful in finding what you need to customize your Scooter.

These guys are the real deal. Old school motorcycle repair for new and old. Looking for a specific part, they may have it. Kit is especially knowledgeable on all things two wheels. I would highly encourage taking any bike here for repairs, maintenance, or upgrades. Skip the dealerships, give back to the small guys.

As occasionally happens, motorcycle parts wear out. That LAW, is not nullified just because a minster of the Gospel rides!! The wonderful people at Knobtown Cycles. have been taking care of my scoot since late October. Ran into some ministry events as well as cash flow scenarios that needed to be addressed back home, Knobtown Cycles have been very understanding!!! They are GREAT bunch of people, I gladly & with EASE recommend them! No generation's KNOBTOWN CYCLES ROCK!!
