Our 2012 Jeep Liberty hit some road debris that resulted in a cracked front axle housing. New parts were not available to fix it and probably would have been very expensive. They knew exactly what to do and found a used assembly with low miles and a grantee. They replaced it very quickly and got us back on the road at a very fair price. Jeep is working perfectly like it never even happened. I feel like they really went the extra mile for us and saved us a lot of time and money. They maintained great communication with us the whole time and told us exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend PWPAC to anyone. they are good people which is refreshing in this world today.

Came in for front axle repair. April at the front desk was friendly, honest, and explained things. They fixed the issue and runs well now. I had them do the back brakes too while they had my vehicle. Time and price was reasonable and April communicated through the whole process. Ill be a returning customer and would reccomend them.

Needed altinator replaced. Called and they gave me an accurate quote right over the phone. Told me I could buy the altinator myself and bring it in to be installed so I did. Everything turned out like they said. Great customer service and follow up. Work done well. Will be my go to auto repair shop going forward.

They did not put the drain plug in right and they did not tighten the oil filter I could have blown my motor. Had to get another person to fix there mistake.

They were very helpful in figuring out what the problem was and even though I could not fix it, I was still happy with my visit. They were kind and honest with me.

Great customer service. I called for an inspection, they scheduled me… the price was awesome and they were fast too. Plus the office space where you hang while your car is under their care is really peaceful and comfy. The ladies there were just amazing. Mechanics were great too- quick and efficient.

I need a simple repair done so my vehicle could pass the state inspection. Instead of doing the repair, they did another inspection, and told me that I needed to fix said part (that I had asked them to fix.) Suggest you use a mechanic with better listening and critical thinking skills.

Needed new wheels on my Yukon because the stock chrome wheels had head leaks. Ordered everything online and PWPAC replaced and realigned, no questions asked. Fair price and didn’t have to deal with some corny sales rep like at Discount Tire or any other corporate tire shop, and we already know the dealerships overcharge. I’ll go back for sure.

This was hands down the very best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. I’m gonna spare you all the details and just tell you that after quoting me $2k for repairs, they called me later to tell me that they found a cheaper and equally effective solution. They saved me nearly $900 and my car is running better than it ever has. Tell me a time you’ve had a mechanic SAVE you money? You haven’t. So go to these fine folks. Truly honest and good at what they do!

Staff was very professional, I was able to drop my car off to them after hours after a breakdown and ivy was very informative and give me instructions on how to leave the key and gave a timeline when it'd be looked at. Communication was solid and they were proactive in looking at other issues but I would say that although the price may seem fair for it to be an automotive shop but I have since compared cost and believe I was overcharged slightly for labor compared to other locations but overall good experience

My first time here. Nothing but nice people. I called them on a Monday hoping to bring my car in and hoping to get it done fast. I was able to bring my car in and it was completed the next morning. Fast, efficient, and they don’t try to get more money out of you. So if you’re looking for efficient, great customer service and reasonable prices… I suggest you go to them.

Checked with six other shops for a quote on 2016 Nissan Maxima Alternator+belt. They were on par with other shops in terms of pricing. What set them apart was the open communication, transparency and ability to work with them remotely to schedule the work being done along with the warranty of their work. They did a great job and followed-up days later to make sure everything was running smooth. It was a pleasant experience. I will return here for future work.

Platte woods was amazing!! I needed my timing belt and my cars cooling system fixed fast, everywhere around me quoted incredibly high prices and long wait times, and Platte woods was able to get me in same day for a much more reasonable price! They thoroughly checked my car, test drove it to make sure it worked properly and called me every step of the way to make sure I was informed of the repair process. I could not recommend them more for being so wonderful in a stressful situation. I’ll definitely use them again!

Ivy and her team are top notch professionals..! Driving from Nashville to Colorado we had a wheel hub assembly fail.... 600 miles from my tools I requested a huge favor, "Just get me home" Made on online appointment on Easter Sunday and got one for 7:30am the next day...! Kindly, my request was granted, the truck was ready in less than 24 hours and the price was more than fair. This is a place you would want to have a long friendly relationship with...! Many thanks for getting me back on the road...! 5 stars all the way..!

This business replaced a sensor in our truck. Gave us a receipt that stated we provided the part, which we did not, bought the part from them. I called them, and they stated that was their mistake, and come and get another receipt with the right info on it. Had I not caught their"mistake", it would have voided the one year warranty. Two hours after the replacement, the check engine light was on again. Took it back, they then wanted to charge us for a diagnostic, and another part. We declined, because of the first false receipt they gave us, did not trust them. Took it to another repair business, the diagnostic had two codes for that sensor, plus the sensor had a dent in the side that this business had replaced. Had the sensor replaced, check engine light has not come back on. Now this business is refusing to refund our money. Plus when I called today and talked to the owner, she stated there was nothing they could do, as they needed the part to refund. Then she hung up on me! This businesss does not seem to care about their customers. This is the answer to their answer on here. Filed a complaint with The Attorney General's Office, so you can explain why your mechanic put a dented part on our truck , and then you passed it off as new, and charged us for a new one. We were not told it would be replaced free, we were told if we wanted it replaced, we would have to pay $168.00 for a diagnostic. Stop the lies!

April and the staff at Platte Woods Precision Auto are first rate! Even during a blizzard and the days that followed, April was able to take care of my car in quick order. Their work is outstanding and their prices are very fair. They are trustworthy folks!

My 15 yr old car needs more than just oil changes now and the friendly knowledgeable staff here have been very helpful with diagnostics. Never any pressure to get all recommendations completed.
