jacob help me today on a 2013 jx infi plug see why check engine light is on. jacob said was mass air flow sener circuit. so bought cleaner and try cleaning but if that does not work i will buy the $130 part. hes was prof., helpful, and looking at customer eyes. definitely buy from orreiley auto llocation, great employee experience

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience at the local O'Reilly Auto Parts, thanks entirely to John, the parts salesman. O’Reilly’s Automotive has consistently been my go-to store for anything car-related, and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding service from the store manager, Eric, and John. They are hands down the most helpful people you could hope to work with. Whether I’m looking for a specific part, trying to troubleshoot an issue, or just need some honest advice, Eric and John always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I leave with exactly what I need. Their knowledge, patience, and professionalism truly set this location apart. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels genuine, but every visit here has been a great experience. There ls a location right by my house but I will always go to this one to see Hunter! When you find good people stick with them!! We've recently been having some issues with our suv and between Hunter and our mechanic friend. These 2 guys have been so solid and helpful! By far friendliest location!

Shout out to john he is amazing i broke down he stoped said it was my fuel pump made a call and ask if i wanted he could grab the pump from a friend who's scraping the same car 20 mins later he came back 15 more minutes to hook it up and put my back seat back I was back on the road. He worked all day and still made the choice to stop and help regardless of him. Thats how the world should be again people helping people and not just trying to take advantage thanks John i definitely won't forget it

Called ahead - and although their website and phone staff advertise “free battery testing and installation,” this location does not honor it. If you’re unable to install the battery yourself, I recommend visiting a different location or choosing another auto store that actually provides the support.

Went to 2 Auto Zones snd a Carquest in this area, all telling me they were unable to replace my headlight. A very nice person at this store didnt hesitate and it took him all of 5 minutes.

I orders brake lines for my company truck and was told they would be in store the next morning. I called and checked to see if parts were on the next day and they were not. I waited a few more days and went by the store. I was told the snowstorm had delayed shipments so I asked them to call me when the parts came into the store. No call came for the next 4 days. When I called back today asking if the parts were on they said the order had been sent back after being in store for three days. I have been a customer for over 30 years and this is not how loyal customers should be treated so I will find a new parts supplier for all my vehicles from now on.

There were some very helpful gentlemen in here and one of them put my headlight on for me. I appreciated their knowledge about the headlights I needed and the time they took to put it on for me at no extra charge.

From one brother to another my guy was very helpful, knew what he was talking about, and even helped me install my new part and we had a genuine conversation. Such amazing service. I was having a lot of difficulty changing the drivers side DRL on my Volkswagen and had 3 different guys here trying to get it switched. One even came from home to help me, and then after fixing it in just a few short minutes he wouldn’t let me pay him! I believe his name was Mark, although his coworkers referred to him as the car wizard. Overall I am extremely happy and will be returning for my future car needs. Thank you OReilly team!!

Terrible company, and always understaffed. Update this place was bad. It's gotten way worse. The place is constantly mess, The workers there are definitely not willing to help. Half of them didn't even have on any kind of uniform so I was unaware that they were even working there. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse Just when I thought I couldn't get any worse, it does. I used to work at O'Reilly's and I didn't know much about cars when I started there but I know quite a bit now so when I walked in to maybe get some help on some issues I've been having on my car I asked both the employees there if they knew anything about cars and they both told me not really lol. There were carts full of stuff everywhere with product that needed to be put away. The store was complete mess. Oh, it used to be the only place to be able to use the bathroom in that shopping area. But even if they do let you use it now I wouldn't suggest doing it because I don't think I've seen a dirtier bathroom in my life 🤯 If I could rate this place is zero I would.

I don't remember the gentleman name who helped me and my husband. But he did a great job putting the battery in at no charge. Plus he made sure we received our $23 rebate. I didn't even know about that until he mentioned it. The service was satisfactory. No games or trying to get one over on us.

I went in Sunday for new oil to put in my car. I bought 4 quarts of synthetic oil that’s on the shelf was supposed to be 10.99 but rung up 11.99. Sure no problem mistakes happen, so I asked the gentleman ringing me up to check the price for me because it was supposed to be 10.99. He came back and told me “it’s in the wrong spot” and wouldn’t honor the price on the shelf and told me “he would fix it later.” Honestly some of the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen and the employee completely insulted my intelligence. Don’t spend an penny of your money here because they will probably overcharge you anyway and ladies go elsewhere for your car needs it’s not worth it!

I'm glad someone still turns rotors. The price has gone up to $25 per rotor for cars, but so has everything else.Either way, these guys did the job that needed to be done. And I Am Grateful! They even had a great deal on a new caliper with the bracket. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for continuing to be reliable.

Battery died on Thanksgiving. Was so excited this place was open. Life savers, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Employees were annoyed every time they got a phone call. Saying things like, “do people have anything better to do than call us and ask how late we are open?” Then when I was checking out the employee was super rude with his greasy Hardee’s bag next to him. He was also talking on his personal phone. He ignored us the whole time even when entering the building. When asked if I could have a warranty for my car part he acted extremely annoyed. He also acted annoyed when I asked him to enter my name and number into the system. Like I’ve had to work on Thanksgiving before too. Make the best of it. I’m not happy I have to be here either and you made my experience 100% worse.

Fair service. They tried to check my battery but it was so low it would have taken an hour and a half to charge and I didn't have time for that. Got a new one they had in stock and it started like a charm (better and quicker turnover than I ever had before). Ratings on the battery cold and warm start were great so I'm not disappointed. Nice guys working and quick service mid-day. All in all, I would go back. I gave 3 stars because the service was good, but uncomplicated. Had it been a more in depth issue I could judge more, but for my need I was satisfied. I may edit my rating in the future if I need to go back for something else. I think this is a trustworthy place with knowledgeable staff.
