These guys got to me within an hour of calling and their price was fair. The driver had a ton of experience and got me taken care of quick. Highly recommended!
The only reason they get ONE star is because I can't leave a rating and comment without it. The man I spoke to on the phone was nice. But the driver was RUDE from the beginning. He was obviously not wanting to do the job. He was a jerk from the time he got there, until the time he left, without doing the job. I'm pretty sure he would have done a crappy job, so it was probably for the best. He was one of the RUDEST people I have ever come across!!!!!!!!
They were given a complete description of the situation and quoted $400. Charged $650 without opportunity to decline service due to price change. Then to make matters worse, they would not provide a usable receipt for our insurance company to obtain reimbursement and were rude about it. Terrible experience. Will never use again.
This man that towed me in the middle of the night did everything he could possible to get my car home, I highly recommend this company if you want quick and excellent service, and the guy was very nice, he made us feel comfortable in a bad situation
It's never fun to need a tow. You never want to need a tow. When my partner was hit and ran, we called about six local tow companies. Some of them were more unreasonable than others- one even going so far as to have dispatched a driver before we even had been able to ask for an estimate- but these guys will work with you. They gave us a reasonable estimate, were very quick, and have been working with us as we have been getting information to police and insurance. If you're in between a rock and a hard place- as you often are when you need a tow- these are the guys to call. I can do nothing but recommend.
The hwy patrol had my car towed 3 hours after I hit ice patch came back to get it but the car was gone found it hours later. The man at Platinum Tow was very professional and worked with me to get my car back. I want to say thanks for being a trusting tow company that is not trying to keep everyone car to action off. I will use them for now on thanks guys .
No one is ever happy about calling a tow service but they were very professional and friendly the whole time. Originally called for help changing a blown tire and they were kind enough to explain what I was doing wrong but ended up needing to get the car towed to a nearby dealership. Very reasonable price and they were very responsive the entire process. Would definitely use their services again if ever in a bind.
The Best. I was out in the evening and it had already started getting dark. Driving down N SkyView Dr, way out toward 435, when I ended up in a ditch, half on and half off the road facing the opposite direction I had been headed. Called for my road service who advised me to call the police because of blocking a lane of traffic. Called 911 and was told stay with car until they had someone to come out, that all officers were busy at the time. After laying on the horn to prevent 2 near misses, the third vehicle to approach on this desolate country back road was a couple of Angels in a tow truck! From Platinum Tow and Recovery, they were. Stopped stayed beside me until police could arrive And then pulled me out. Checked my car out for safety to drive, and sent me on my way. Very professional, but kind, caring people. Just what you need when you are shook up and stuck in a car away from home. Thank you to the two angels that stopped that night, and to the officer that came out to assist. I'd definitely call Platinum Tow for help when needed!!
Friendly, fast and fair price. One thing that struck me was the guy on the phone thanked me for my business. When’s the last time that’s happened? Rare and appreciated. Hopefully I won’t have to but will definitely use again if I need their services.
Today I was ran off the road on NB I-35 and stuck in the grass. Without my even calling, these guys pulled up to help. After 10-15 minutes of sitting in my car, in the grass, with backed up traffic and shot nerves, these guys were the first to stop and help. They got my car out safely, and towed me to a tire shop to get fixed up, taking me and my kids in two different vehicles to get us squared away. When it came time for the bill, they were more than fair. I dont know what I would have done without these guys. They put me at ease, and genuinely cared about my and my kids wellbeing and safety. I wish there were more people like them in this world.

I had something hit my truck window early morning in the fricking rain basic rush hour on I35. He was there in no time, he helped me get out of my truck safely on the highway, hook up truck quickly. They have new equipment and technology so it was safer for them to tow my truck. Dropped me off at my house and took my truck to the dealer. They worked with the insurance to get paid, he was super nice and I would call and use them again. Felt safe and was taken care, I only regret not getting his name.
I had a wheel fall off my oversized utility truck on the entrance ramp to I-35 I was stuck in the middle of the lane this towing company was there within a few minutes got me up and out of there safely I never asked them how much they charge when it came time to settle the bill they were more than fair with me honesty and integrity is a hard thing to come by I highly recommend this company
Towed my car from Walmart and falsified the tow form 4669. Called to retrieve my car and they were not open 10 hours a day as the state requires. Not bad people, just not following the state and local laws.
