I was assured the car I purchased was “street legal” however the left brake light is out along with a plethora of other issues. I found the business on better business bureau (they go by the name mobile 10 llc which is sketchy enough on its own) and wrote a complaint. They responded to my complaint claiming they have “no record of a sale to me”, which tells me they are either being unprofessional or are committing tax fraud by not reporting all the sales they have made.
We just bought a car and the transaction went smooth as butter received the title within the 5 to 6 day range that they said it would take very friendly. Staff would definitely recommend.

Easy transaction and it even came with a three month/3,000 mile warranty for my piece of mind! Got a pretty good deal on my Infiniti QX56 too! The truck did have a tiny exhaust leak but they fixed that up in less than a day before I bought it, other than that for a 13 year old truck with 150k miles it was extremely clean and drives very well!
Terrible experience! I stopped in a month ago and test drove a vehicle. I couldn’t get financing at the terms I desired so I opted out. I received a letter from one of the lenders this company uses and it instructed me to call the company to negotiate new terms. I called and spoke with the owner and confirmed a new date to come in and purchase the vehicle under new terms and was diverted to the young salesman and he stated that I would need to trade in my current financed vehicle because it would not be favorable to him to do the terms I agreed to over the phone with the owner. He also took several calls during the time we were discussing the vehicle in question which I felt was very unprofessional. In conclusion, this was a waste of my time and it seems this company isn’t transparent or on one accord with one another about the vehicles for sale. I would not recommend this place.
Buying a car here was a great experience! Our salesman was low pressure, very helpful and met all of our needs. This will be our first stop for any used car purchase in the future.

I messaged them on Facebook for a Lexus and made plans to see it on Saturday morning. I walked in and the car was being sold to another customer. I looked at another Lexus and decided not to buy.
I needed a car and looked at a Toyota Highlander. Noticed some issues with it and asked them to fix it. They honored that.
The issue is, as soon as I took the car from them not even 24 hours later the ABS, emergency brake, and traction control lights go off and on randomly. They keep saying it's a sensor but I didn't have the car for 24 hours and the issues began. They've been kind enough to look at it, but you should stand by what you sell. I've had to take the car back to them almost every week since buying it to have some issue looked at.
The latest issue has been with the ac compressor. It's getting hot so I turned on the ac. No cold air at all. I call them they take a look and the part is $300 out of my pocket. When I protested they said, they told me the ac was an issue before I bought it and they put it in the fb listing. I looked at my notes from when I purchased it and there was no mention of the ac being an issue. I never looked at their Facebook post for the car because I came in to buy a lexus and they sold that as I walked in. They told me too bad and now I'm out an additional $300.
I learned an expensive lesson and with that I can say to others - do your due diligence with them if you want to take the risk of buying from them. I wouldn't buy from them again and if I could go back I wouldn't buy from them in the first place. If someone I liked and respected tried buying from them I would do everything I can to prevent them from purchasing from them. Even if it was someone I disliked I wouldn't want them to go through what I'm going through. People work hard for what they have and don't deserve to be taken advantage of.
To be fair, they're not all bad. I did trade in my car and lost the title. They still let me trade it in and let me bring in the duplicate title a few weeks later. I forgot they hadn't paid me the trade in value of my car which they brought up and then paid me for. While this is the right thing to do, I still think they should stand by what they sell.
Also, while I was there waiting for my cars ac to be replaced they sold a truck to someone. This person left and not even 30 minutes later the transmission blew. I think that could have been avoided had they done their due diligence on the quality of the vehicle before selling it. They did honor that transaction by canceling and refunding it.
Now I'm left wondering about the quality of my purchase.
Either way, I wouldn't bother with them.
Also took my car to the mechanic and these people lied about the condition of it. They told me there was no damage prior to me purchasing it and mechanic revealed there was. Really regret buying from these hypocrites. Also, like I said they called me review fake but didn't deny what I said. They have 2 businesses operating out of here. On Facebook you message them and go to Bannister auto plaza then all the paperwork they give says mobile 10. You can play the system but you can't play our creator.

I bought my car here and it was a great experience. My car has been running great (have had it for a few months) with no problems! The salesmen there were very nice and knowledgeable. The owners also stopped into the office and thanked me for my business with them. Truly great people and highly recommend. Coming here for any cars I need in the future!

Saw a car in their inventory online, got it as-is with financing. The financiers they work with offer warranties but there are none offered through the dealership. They do not pressure you into paying for anything you do not want. Do your research on what you're looking for and you'll be alright 👍

I got a beautiful, well running vehicle from them at a very reasonable price! They were kind and helpful from the beginning. They even provided me with 60 day temp tags and a 90 day powertrain warranty! Highly recommend them!
Very rundown, Dusty, old Warehouse look interior. Salesman acted like they couldn't be bothered. I would never want to go there alone it just looks too shady. Not much of a guarantee on the cars unless you wanted to pay them money for a warranty. We did test drove one car and took it three or four miles to a parking lot and inspected the car and wasn't happy with what we saw. Be very careful buying a car from these people.
(Honestly great people! Me and buddy were lookin at a car and we were concerned about a few things, we asked if we could put the car on a lift so we could really look at it and such they didn’t have a problem with it! They were negotiable on price and gave us reinsurance on the car we bought! Great time and worth your time to check it out!) -old. New, so I did recently buy a vehicle from these people. The vehicle is absolutely trash the engine failed, and I do not recommend you buying any vehicle from this dealership they’re not ok!!!!

I came in not knowing what I wanted, and these people did a great job of navigating through my needs and helping me pick out a car! They were very nice and patient with me as I was indecisive. They were not stubborn and made sure I was able to get the best deal possible. Highly recommend these guys, as they will take care of you.
These people don’t even deserve a single star. Worst experience ever. First, the person was extremely rude. Second, when we told him we’d like to take a look at other cars, after checking just one, he shoved my husband and said “Don’t make me walk back and forth. You know what? We don’t have a car for you here”.
The place was smelling full of cigarette smoke and I hated the whole experience. This made me assume all similar businesses are like that, but no. We’ve been to a different place right afterwards and the process was so smooth and the people were nice. So yeah, that’s just one shoddy experience.
