These guys are the best! After damage in my basement from a leak in my water heater, I was left with a pile of trash that the Value Clean mitigation company left for me to deal with. They then left me with a card for another well known junk removal company (I'm sure you know the one) that I'm going to refer to as 1-800-BEND-OVER-AND-GRAB-YOUR-ANKLES. I contacted them and they quoted me an outrageous price, that was about 3 times what I paid JDog. Needless to say, I continued looking and JDog quoted me the best price of all the places I called. I called them on the weekend, and they scheduled my pickup for the following Monday morning. They were prompt, friendly, courteous, and efficient. After all the headache of the past two weeks of dealing with the water heater leak and people trying to take advantage of me, these guys restored my faith in humanity. I will definitely call them the next time I'm in need of junk removal. This company is veteran owned and operated, and I believe they are honest and trustworthy. If you need trash hauled away, don't make the mistake of calling those other guys.

The team was kind, helpful, and easy to work with. The big junk removal companies have more availability, but they will consistently be a lot more expensive. JDog was scheduled at my house in three business days, so just plan ahead and save money.

This is my first google review (i think) and wouldn’t have posted unless it was terrible or stellar service. With Chad, you get exceptionally stellar service. I’ve used Chad’s services Approximately 5-7 times since I’ve been in Gladstone. This dates back to 2020. Each time he provides an up front price and if there are any deviations he’s contacts to make sure that is ok.
Him and his J-dog team are extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend using his services for any junk removal!

This is the second time I’ve used JDog Junk Removal. The first was when my wife’s parents passed from COVID in 2021 and we needed their house cleaned out for sale. They were exceptional. Now 3 years later and going through my divorce, they came through once again and saved the day. Chad is a life saver. I am more than satisfied with their work and they were able to work with my schedule and accommodate me. I definitely plan to use them again in the future.
