Josh and Dylan are absolutely rockstars!!! Dylan didn’t hesitate to get answers and Josh didn’t blink twice when helping me. This store 1661 is the embodiment of great quality customer service. 10/10!!! Stop by and see these gentleman and give that man Josh a raise!
Please stop promoting the free installation of wiper blades if they can’t actually be installed after paying for them. Had I known that I would have spent my money somewhere that actually does what they’re advertising. Upon returning here for the second time today 10/12/25, Scott decided that we “could have put them on ourselves”. This is how ONE employee can single-handedly drive life long customers elsewhere. It costs nothing to be helpful at a job YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HELP PEOPLE. A nasty attitude will keep me from spending money anywhere especially when the undertone is sexist and discriminatory. Based on these reviews, apparently only certain types of people get the “good service” from Scott.
Scott and Amy are amazing I replace the alternator in a friend's car and they were very helpful knowledgeable and their customer service skills were very relieving during the scenario I was in. I will by pass other O'Reilly's to go here instead because of their service. Go Amy go Scott! ❤️

O'Reilly really saved the day for us. My mom's suv quit starting we figured it was a battery issue. Took the vehicle to Advance Auto and they tested the wrong ports giving a 13v reading on the 12v battery that was in it. You can't test the battery with the vehicle running because the alternator was pushing voltage over 12v. They were just trying to upsell us a $200 battery. So we went to O'Reilly and Dillon helped us out doing everything correctly and explained to us what happened. He sold us the same battery for $90. Dillon was great very honest and professional. I wish every experience came with a Dillon like employee. We'll always come back here now especially because of Dillon. Thanks bud.
John is amazing and sooo helpful even with a arm in a sling he went above and beyond to help and shop me how to install the parts i bought and even did a quick inspection of my car and gave me advice on what i should prioritize and what is safe to wait. Thanks John ill be back for sure for anything i need for my car made my day for sure
Joshua gave us the utmost respect, customer service and battery installation in less than 30 minutes. I could not have asked for anything better than what he gave and i highly recommend oreillys on north oak.
Been going to O'Reilly's for years. The staff at this store seems to be more knowledgeable than the one a couple blocks closer to me & they always have what I need.
Apparently they think it's good customer service to lock out customers and ignore calls when they've been open a whole hour and people need snow chains. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Disgusting.
Went in for windshield wiper blades and the guy refused to install them because it was raining outside (lightly may I add). This will be my first and last time stopping at OReillys. The guy at advance auto did it without hesitation.
I've had a lot better experiences at O'Rielly in the past. The last couple of times not so. I never need much here but a windshield wiper, motor oil or a headlight. They are always nice to help me with whatever and I always give them 10-20 bucks for doing so. So two times ago I needed a headlight and I ask if he would put it in.. straight up no. A week later I went to another location and store was not busy , I showed him my receipt and ask if he would screw it in but he said they didn't do that . I didn't ask them to repair my car and the last 20 years I've always had help with the simple things. What gives? That's why I go to O'Rielly, I mean USED to go to O'Rielly.
These guys are Great! I Enjoyed hanging out with them for 45 minutes While the 3 of them put a new battery in my Key Good times!! Can't wait to go back and have them replace the other battery in my other key 🤣 P.S Let Ron listen to Country Music!! 😂
The people working at this location are extremely rude and ignore you if you are a woman. They made me wait for a long time, while several men went ahead of me and they literally just had to grab something off of the shelf and i was ready to pay for it. The cashier next to me was yelling at a customer that didn’t speak English very well. The customer had a translator they were using to communicate and there was no need for that. I will not be going back.

Simple: looking for a sunshade for the car- there were two boxes full of them, none of the items individually marked, but a $14.99 price on one side of the display box and $17.99 on the other. The actual price was $19.99, which was not marked anywhere.
? #1: is it not a law that items must be sold at the price that IS marked?
? #2: how many other of the thousands of items in the store are mismarked in that fashion (leading to possible tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in profit due to a “supposedly” innocent mistake)?

I usually get GREAT Service at O'Reilly's. Of course, it can depend on what area you're in and which store you go to. The employees at this one have done me right. The MOD was training newer employees and there was minimal waiting.
Bought the wife a 2016 Mazda 6. Had to get some scheduled maintenance done that had previously been identified and they were just waiting on parts. Brought it home and it was making a bad clunking noise. Upon further inspection, the bottom caliper bracket bolt was loose, and the top one was non existent. It was 9:47pm and our closest store closed at 10. I called the store and Patrick answered and I asked if they had the part and if he didn’t mind waiting. He said he would look out for me and I ran down there. I think I was in the store maybe 15th seconds as he had everything ready to go as soon as I walked through the door. Amazing customer service and so polite and courteous!!! Thank you Patrick!!!
There was a promo on the store window to receive a gift card upon purchase of select batteries. I purchased the promo battery and they did not honor the promotion. When I brought it up they seemed confused and tried to say it was for selling batteries but the signage clearly states promo valid for purchase of battery. The staff was either untrained for it or did not care.

I just had to get a driver side mirror and your employee Jacklyn did an amazing job with her customer service and even helping me get it on (she actually did most of the work even). I will definitely be coming back and recommend to everyone. Thanks!!!
On July 9th employee 'David' went out of his way to assist me with a wiperblade problem., and calmed my nerves with his great attitude to help!!!

Great variety of parts and very helpful staff. I had a headlight that needed changing. Not only did he help me get the right part, he helped me install it since it's such a fragile bulb that can't be touched. Was able to finish my errand all in one stop.
I was having battery problems. Came in 30 mins before closing, which is surprisingly late (10pm). Was expecting poor service and frustration. I received the exact opposite. Excellent service and kind employees. They installed may battery in the freezing cold and were nice about it. I would definitely return and would recommend to friend.
I have been here several times and very close to home. After the last experience I have had here I do not think I will be back. on 6-19-16 on a Sunday morning a Lady was working there she must have hated her job. She was just frustrated with customers and the phone was ringing. she was answering her cell phone and just not caring for anything in the store. I waited a long time as the 2nd in line. Her attitude was so bed when she left the counter to get some product I decided to leave and will not be back. I will drive a ways to get better customer service than that. This was just sad
The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I will admit that not all of their staff is gifted in knowledge of automobiles or general maintenance. I can't blame them. No one who is a good mechanic wants to make $8.00 an hour.
I would highly advice not purchasing cheap electronic parts such as starters. They aren't made well.
