I went to staples store and I waited in line and I told the lady at the cashier that im pickup a UPS package at this store location so I gave her my full name and show her the tracking number on my phone and she type in the tracking number on the computer all the sudden she telling me my package is not here until Monday. What do she mean my package is not there yet? I told her 3 or 4 times that I spoke to the other lady on the phone the other day that my package is ready to pickup and then she had a bad attitude and she type the tracking number again and saying the package will be there on Monday. The lady at the cashier really pissed me off and she didn't look good enough in the correct way so what is she talking about. So finally thank god the other lady that I spoke too on the phone she help me out to find the package and she was professional and kind all i want to say thank you for your help. The lady who working the cashier is unprofessional and impolite. I told her is a big envelope where says UPS not a box i dont understand she look the box for the tracking number thats why I was so upset.

Stunning Customerservice at the Layhill location of Staples. I went into mail a package and got servicing immediately. The person handling it was able to multitask as there was a line and even found rewards for me. That made me want to go ahead and see if I could find an inexpensive printer. I was stunned with the Customer Service there too. Right away somebody came to help me and they found somebody who knew where to find what I was looking for.

I appreciate the customer service provided by an associate to locate the merchandise that I was interested in purchasing. He (name tag label "Coach") brought me options to choose from. I only wanted to purchase one item; I realized I needed more than one of item and I purchased two items (Apple Tag). Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate you showing a customer service sense of readiness and being professional.

I had a really poor experience printing some pictures in this location. The customer service just made whatever he thinks is good but he told me you didn't specify the paper type but I guess they have to ask the customer Right? Because customers doesn't knows all the details in there system.

This Staples location has been consistently reliable. On the most recent visit I came here to buy a certain type of mouse. I had previously tried the online order for pickup from another chain and the order was cancelled. Staples was quick and easy and staff was helpful.

Very helpful and well stocked. I'm 78 years old and don't go into Staples as often as I used to, so I appreciated the worker getting down off a tall ladder to help me find my product.

The Technical Service at Staples Georgia Avenue store is excellent. The man seems highly qualified and very helpful. Place to visit if you have any equipment problems.

I recently visited a Staples in my area. A sales associate approached me very soon and not only offered to help me find the product but discussed the product with me. Also, the woman at the checkout was very friendly. All in all, it was a very nice experience!

Was at the Copy Center yesterday. There were2 Reps Soho and a young lady. Soho was efficient, but very rude. A suggestion Soho customers like efficient , but not with bad manners.I will likely not return if it means dealing with bad manners.

Went in to Staples to pick up an order that had been printed in b/w although I had placed the online order in color. The wait time to re-print was a bit long but in the end Shon made it worthwhile. He placed each of the doc reports in clear beautiful binder covers as an apology for such a long wait. It was well worth it as all of the reports fit perfectly and turned out looking incredible. Even got compliments from the attorneys receiving the reports. Thanks again Shon for the good work. Greatly appreciated!!!! Renee H

Been shopping at Staples for years. They have everything I need, from envelopes to ink cartridges and tech items. Staff is kind -- they spot a wandering or confused client right away and offer assistance. I'm a happy customer!

PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE in print shop. They are helpful when you finally get their attention. This is not the staff’s fault. This a managerial corporate decision issue. I came at 11 and am still standing her at 11:41. I have the time to film and write this review. This store is chronically under staffed. Why do I have to go to another neighborhood (please read between the lines) to get what I need in a reasonable amount of time?

Hi there, I usually do not do this but I have to so your team is aware. On August 25, I ordered an outdoor banner that was needed for the Festival on 9/3/2023. I was informed that it will arrived on 8/30/23. I came to the store in Glenmont to pick up the indoor banner, however, the outdoor banner was not ready to be picked up. I was informed that it will re-deliver on Saturday, 9/2/23. When I called and spoke to Angie, I was told that the outdoor banner has no track of being delivered to be picked-up. Thankfully, there's Angie to the rescue. She made a lamited one just for me to have something to use for the event. Mind you, i paid $88 dollars for the banner. I commend Angie for extra mile. I still needed the original banner as we would need it for the Labor Day Parade. I was informed that at least someone would call me on Monday morning (Labor Day) regarding about the banner. No phone call! Today, 9/5/23, I called because nobody bothered to phone me back on Monday. The banner still has not arrived yet. The Festival and Parade already passed. I could not use the Banner anymore. I will try other locations but if it's gonna happen again, people will need to know. What happened to a Good Customer Service or Good Service?????? Yes, you can contact me but I stated my case. Not So Happy Customer! M

High prices, rude staff. Despite living in the neighborhood, I very rarely go here -- usually only if I need something immediately. First, the prices are insane. The prices are 2-3 times what you would find anywhere else. For example, they were charging nearly $25 for a USB cable I found at another store for $8. And the staff is RUDE and lazy. Even at their busiest, I've rarely seen more than one checkout lane manned. The line was so crazy long one day I just put my stuff down and walked out without buying anything.

On 5/7/21 about3.30pm, I went to this location to return the stuff that I bought last morning. The cashier who help me was the lady (African American). I very appreciate her working. She is very helpful and polite. But my bad is I didn't remember her name. Nothing else but just would like to appreciate this nice worker.

Manager was short-handed but extremely organized, polite, and helpful. She genuinely seemed to like her job, which showed. She treated each customer as if he or she were a guest in her home. She was respectful of her employees. The store was clean, well-lit, and organized. Will definitely go back.
