Worst misogynistic bs I've experienced in years. MANOU, a male employee, condescendingly explained how ebay and Amazon worked to me when I showed him the part, WITH THE PART NUMBER, on my phone. What an idiot. Definitely do not shop there.

I went to a different auto store to buy a car battery and they said they couldn't install a new battery in my car because of corrosion. I went here and the employee looked baffled that they refused to take out the battery at the other auto store since he said the corrosion was not bad at all. He did it in 10 minutes without any issues and saved me a ton of money on having to go to a mechanic which the other place told me I had to go to. Thank you so much. I forgot to ask his name but it was a hispanic young man with a beard and mustache. Thank you so much again for your help. This is my new go to auto store.

Eric is was especially helpful finding parts for my 1998 Classic Chevy. Within minutes he had researched and found the correct part. Highly recommend this location, It’s far back in the shopping center so keep an eye out.

Hello, I have always bought my parts for my cars at. Advance Auto Parts 13625 Georgia Ave b, Silver Spring, MD 20906 that I always buy as Brakes -discs - oils - , Although they cost almost double the price of the competition, they are of quality but today I had an unpleasant experience for me and for them I arrived needing an Oxygen sensor that my computer shows P0030 (1/29) which is a sensor -1 bank - 1. It's from my work van but they tell me that I have to be sure which sensor it is and I show them what my computer shows but these 2- Young girls repeated to me 2- times that I have to be sure because later it won't be possible to return but I I repeat twice, you have to have the information because there are 4 sensors that the Van has, which one is it with the information that I showed them, but they replied that I had to be sure, well, I turned around and when leaving I accidentally hit something. that was hanging with my shoulder. It was bad because I didn't turn around to get up because I was going very 😡 because that store was the closest that had those sensors so that my van worked well so I could work, since I hadn't used it for almost 2 months because it was damaged and I performed a Tune Up 3 days ago on my Chevy Express that I bought at Advance Auto Parts Rockville, which always has great service, but at that other Advance Auto Parts store 13625 Georgia. I noticed that only one person knows what he does, I think he is the manager, but today I don't know if he was in the store. I will always go to the one in Rockville, but I was surprised that they didn't want to sell me the Sensor because of what happened in the store. from Advance Auto Parts 13625 Georgia. Note. I apologize for what happened and not being able to continue buying my spare parts with you but you have to hire more trained personnel and inform them that you are not selling fruits and vegetables, they are car parts and that they have to know what they sell because not everyone is a mechanic you are the professionals thank you

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came to inquire about brakes for my car and not a single soul greeted me. There were 3 employees behind the desk and 2 assisting a customer. I stood there for 15 min and still no one said a word to me. I would never come back here because apparently customer service means nothing here.

Went there to look around to waste time for my dentist appt. If I could give zero stars, I would have. I was on the only customer. Then I saw and heard one of the employees say “ there’s a Chinese man in that aisle.” The owner told the employee to “cállate” (shut up) in Spanish. Never will be back here ever again.

Pretty good selection & service, but not without it's frustrations. Example: "I need a battery for car X" "Do you need size 26 or size 35?" "Why do they have 2 different sizes for the same vehicle?!?" "I dunno…" Example 2: the dorman fasteners & fitting racks a a randomized mess. Meanwhile when I'm in there, unless there are multiple customers needing help, at least one clerk spends her time studiously attending to her cell phone. I don't blame her. I blame her manager.

I drove a half hour to pick up some oil for my car and chose this location because the website showed they had it in stock. They didnt. The best they could do was refer me to another location all the way across town. No thanks.

I have an advanced auto parts right next to me but they didn’t have the Steering fluid I needed in stock. This location is the second closest to me, so I called to make sure it was in stock there first. The Guy who answered my call was very helpful, I went in shortly after. Got what I needed ,& for a discounted price too... I recommend this Location!

Very rude! Rick one of the managers was nooooo help at all! Didn’t even attempt to help! I’m a lady who was looking to get the correct car parts (I have no idea so that’s why I came into the store!) and still said No couldn’t help! What kind of customer service was he trained to provide! Seemed annoyed! He’s a manager! If you don’t like your job quit sir!

Bought items online in the morning, site days order would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrive 4 HOURS later. Parts aren't cause they cant find them, so they send me 40 minutes of the way to get them from another store. Not even a apology. Horrible management and inventory dont waste time.

I called ahead to find out if they carry the item that I need it the gentleman was gracious enough to confirm and I was 10 minutes away that gentleman told me that he would be looking out for me the store was about to close in 15 minutes I have arrived and they knew exactly who I was and was willing to help me make my purchase with one minute before closing so I really appreciate them willing to stay open to the very last minute so that I can make the purchase that I was in dire need of the gentleman that was there on June 1st and I give them the badge of best customer service

Very Unprofessional and Uneducated Customer Service Reps here at this location. It is an absolute headache dealing with people that barely speak English. The young man at the Wholesale Parts Counter is the only Person that is Courteous and Professional. Everyone else wastes your time.

Super helpful staff member, Gabriel, ensured I found the proper wipers and oil for my car. He made a potentially overwhelming experience very fast and easy! This is my third positive experience (all different locations) with Advanced Auto Parts and I'm definitely now a life long customer.

Not the widest of selections available. But they have the basics for your normal everyday projects. Friendly and helpful enough staff. Prices are fair, especially if you happen to score a good special.

Prices on tags are inaccurate and management will not honor them. Had multiple staff claim to be the manager only to find out they were just cashiers once I talked to the real manager. No integrity at this location.

Pretty standard Advance Auto Parts store. Good enough on service and selection for normal oil change / maintenance stuff. I haven't had any experience with this location on ordering parts, but I expect it to be as good as any other Advance. Also, there's an AutoZone a couple of doors down if you need to shop around.

Update - very strange experience today. It appeared customers walk up to the counter, and the cashier walks out to the shelves and gets them what they want. Extra nice customer service, but seems extreme/unnecessary for those of us getting our own products, now required to wait while the customer in front of us can't pull a gallon of coolant from the shelf on his own. Saw it happen several times in front of me - am I missing something here? I have used several times. Even went over after walking into the new AutoZone, which had long lines and confusion, to find courteous and efficient service, and no wait.
