I had a flat tire and called Bob Ward’s Towing, and I’m so glad I did. He was extremely nice, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He arrived quickly and made a stressful situation feel so much easier. I asked him to leave my car in my driveway, which is a bit narrow, and he did the job perfectly. He handled everything carefully and with great skill. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him, and thank you for helping me.

I got into an accident on the highway and bob saw me and pulled over to help. He was really nice and made sure we were safe until the police came. He took my car to the body shop and really made the whole experience less stressful.

My engine stalled on me 3 times on 495 on my way home after a 12 hour shift. I managed to get my vehicle over to the side between 2 exits, but it was not safe. While on the phone with AAA, Bob stopped behind me to check on me. I have free towing with AAA, but chose to have Bob tow my vehicle and try for reimbursement for several reasons. I truly appreciate Bob’s empathy, professionalism and rates. Thank you for staying with me to make sure I was safe even though you did not know if you would get my business. We need more people in this world like Bob Ward.

Bob Ward should be on your speed dial because of his efficiency & timeliness. He literally pulled over to help me on a busy highway at 1st. I eventually got home safely with my daughter after collecting his card. About a month later when I actually needed my car towed on that same route, which is basically my way to church...he showed up within 30 minutes after being called. Towed my vehicle to the my mechanic's workshop immediately, no delays. Absolutely great services. Now my car has to get proper service. Thank you again, Bob Ward's Towing! You're simply the best.

Bob was absolutely exceptional. He said it would take him 30 minutes and he arrived faster than that. My car wouldn’t start and he used jumper cables to get the car going. He was very nice and helpful, proving guidance and reassurance. I could not have imagined a better experience during a stressful time. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Hit a battery in the middle of road, good ol' Suitland parkway. This was the most expensive UBER I have received but im happy that you all were able to accommodate me and help me in a timely fashion and get me and car back home safely. No major damage done just some scratches Thank God.

Had a fantastic experience with Bob Ward Towing. He helped me tow a non-functioning car from a home to an inside storage unit. Everything that could go wrong, did (none of it his fault), and he handled the situation professionally and quickly and for a very fair price. He is permanently in my contacts.

Had a great experience with Bob ward towing call him late in the day after having my oil pan cracked he picked up right away got to me very quickly and was very professional. My car also being lowered he had no issue loading it as well as being careful with it. Highly recommend his services for anyone looking for an affordable and fast service. 10/10

Bobs Towing happened to stop and check up on me after my car had broke down. From the very beginning he (the owner who happened to be working) was very kind and calm at a time that i was not. He knew exactly what to do and was extremely flexible on the drop off location and supported both me and my car the entire time! I cannot thank Mr. Bob enough for the incredible help he provided me and my brother today. I was on my way to a surgical procedure, already in pain, when our car’s tire suddenly shredded on the highway. My brother, trying to be helpful, started changing the tire to the spare donut on the side of the highway—a dangerous situation. Out of nowhere, Mr. Bob spotted us and immediately pulled over to assist. He approached my brother, kindly but firmly, and told him never to change a tire on the highway because of how risky it is. His genuine concern for our safety was so heartwarming. Not only did Mr. Bob offer us a ride to a nearby tire shop, but he assured us the work could be done in time for me to make it to my medical appointment. He was completely transparent about pricing (which I truly appreciated) and even stayed with us to ensure everything went smoothly before he left. Mr. Bob’s kindness and professionalism stood out. Bob was great. He showed up early and took great care in getting my car on the bed. He was flexible and worked with me to make sure I could get where I was going. If I ever need another tow, I'm calling again.

This was the easiest towing experience I’ve ever had. Bob was professional and quick. He arrived in 10 minutes & even gave me a ride to the metro station after! My car is lowered and he had no problem getting it up. No scrapes or rubs. Highly recommend.

I am so incredibly pleased and maybe even shocked with the experience I had with Bob Ward… he is humble, thorough, careful with great intentions (constantly checking if he was messing up the driveway or grass), just incredibly thoughtful and AMAZING at his trade. He helped with getting my dads 1974 Pontiac Grand Prix to my home with the brakes seizing and not being able to get it out of the garage… in comes Bob to the rescue! He is awesome as he is funny!! My car's engine seized in the fast lane of the turnoff from 95 south onto 495 west. I googled tow trucks and found Bob. he showed up in less than 30 minutes and was so kind and comforting. a genuine and sincere guy! i called him to tow the car somewhere else 2 days later, and he was available immediately. his rates are reasonable - no gouging. he's great!!
