Late open. Others stores opens at 7:30. Very disappointed was going to work need to get some tools was close, had to waste my time by waiting for them. Lots of people are waiting to open.

Fast service. Lacks attention to detail, manager sold me the wrong battery, after looking at a picture of my battery that needed replacing and telling me he knew that my car needed a specific configuration for the positive/negative hookups. Had to pay $20 for an uber there and back after trying to install it myself. I knew I lacked knowledge on the subject and was hoping I could trust in theirs. Disappointed. No apology offered when I brought the battery back

They don't return without a receipt, even though they have your phone number.

Super helpful staff, lots of parts and stuff. Great prices.

Always has the parts I need for simple fixes. Staff is helpful when asking for assistance. Not the best parking lot to try and navigate, hence not 5 stars.

They say they take back stuff that doesn't work for something they said it would work for but then make a difficult time trying to return the next day.

Came in on 10/4 at around 5:30 pm and the young gentleman, whose name I’m going to get wrong - Berkley? Was great. Knowledgeable, kind , and efficient. I appreciate his help with the install of my battery.

This chain advertises that they install the batteries as well, but as I learned that is not exactly true. I was told professional installation was required, which I am assuming means it takes longer than 2 minutes to install. It looks like online retailers are still the best deal since customer service no longer exists.

Used to be a decent place now customer service sucks, prices are only good if your ordering online with a coupon. Just get your stuff from Amazon or just about anywhere else unless it's an emergency.

I came in to return something that I purchased online last week I came to return the order the day after the order was delivered because it was actually the wrong order the manager told me that I couldn’t return it that day that I would have to come back the following day or so. I came yesterday to return it, and the gentleman that saw me the first day I tried to return it he was able to help me but he then explained to me that the manager was not trying to let me return the item the first day I came because it would bring down sales. I feel like the manager shouldn’t even be a manager if she can’t give good customer service

I've been a Advanced Auto Parts customer for over 15 years, but this location at 2285 Bel Pre Rd is TERRIBLE. The manager on duty POORLY represents Advanced Auto Parts. Long wait times due to incompetency, inaccurate inventory count, manager refusing returns on brand new items STILL in packaging purchased SAME DAY (The items are eligible for return), disrespectful and a waste of time. I would rather drive further to a different location than go here. I hope Advanced Auto raises their standard as I will not tolerate such behavior.

Always very busy, only two people working, long wait times. Even waiting with patience, I never got the help discussed. I left, they take paying customers before those wanting a diagnostic to even determine if they are going to make a purchase. Happens each time I go here. I live not far, so it's practical to stop here first but most times I bypass and go to the next closest.

This location used to be my go to. Now it’s always out of stock and has rude employees. I went to look for oil, they didn’t have it one day so I’m like fine… saw they had a load in so I went in the next day. They still did not restock the shelves. What is the point of an auto parts store if they aren’t going to restock their oil shelves in smart efficient matter…I asked a worker (older lady) and she said that’s all we got, what you see is what we have. I inquiry regarding the load they got in and she states that well they haven’t been scanned… maybe Monday they will have it out. So 3 days to restock oils shelves?? What in the world… if anything it is absolutely ridiculous that they have a product in the back and cannot just get one if a customer asks. Anyway, this store was great previously. Now they are always out of stock when it comes to oil and oil filters. Luckily I went to autozone and was able to find my oil. I hope management can see this and make some changes. I loved going to this store because it’s in a great location. Employees I think the new ones are genuinely nice, but the ones that’s been there awhile are just rude, maybe they have tenure. Please provide some customer service training and provide who ever orders restock of products to learn logistics so that the store isn’t consistently out of stock with products.

I've been using the advanced auto parts batteries for the past 6 years. Well the battery is always seems to fail 6 months out of warranty (we tested the battery before I replaced it), their batteries are solid and seem to do the job. When I found out they had bought the die-hard name, I was not impressed - but I figured I'd take a chance. The countermen were fast and efficient and they changed my battery in less than 15 minutes. While I was there I also bought some terminal discs to fight corrosion, and a new air filter. Even got a discount coupon off the internet. Very impressed and a validated my choice to keep using advance auto parts! Well done advance!

I bought the Moog control arms three years ago under lifetime warranty. I took it back to this store for a warranty exchange but they told me "Limited Lifetime Warranty only good for two or three years". I asked them to check with their regional manager to confirm but they did not care. They were so rude and unprofessional. I took it to another store and the manager did an exchange with no questions asked. I will do my business somewhere in the future.

Pros: Free parking 🅿 Handicap accessible ♿ Handicap parking♿ 🅿 Cons: Some Staff are not friendly😔 Some Staff are not helpful 😔 I went to this location to pick up some regular oil engine for my car not synthetic. My experience in the store was very negative the person working at the store did not help me at all. I was not able to find what I was looking for. I did not receive help I left the store without what I was looking for and frustrated 😤I cannot recommend this place. Horrible customer service. They give off an attitude that you are annoying them and a huge burden when asking for help. Additionally, they say they install wipers but 90% of their staff does not know how to. Do not advertise something if you cannot provide the service. I would drive an extra hour away to go to a different AutoZone for help because the staff at this location must have been trained to ignore customer concerns.

There was a young lady that was extremely rude and disrespectful had trouble helping 3 customers in front of me 1 with a oil filter she could not find another a air cleaner could not find and another needed help with a battery could not help them either. I've been going there since they took over after blockbuster video if I see her in there next time I go I will just leave and take my business somewhere the employees have better training or knowledge with there job

Helpful. I visited to purchase a rear wiperblade for my 2007 Hyundai Tucson SE. According to the clerk, the item is not normally stocked. While he did offer to special order it for me, I decided to search elsewhere.

Manager, Alex was fantastic! Was professional, kind, thorough and thoughtful. Awesome customer service! He even got down and dirty with changing out my super corroded dead battery and cleaning the terminals and right after ensuring I didn't miss out on the online discount. I won't be going anywhere else.

I'm totally not a car maintenance person, and these guys are always super helpful. Once they didn't have the lightbulb I needed and had one brought over from another location for me if I was willing to wait about 10 minutes because they had an associate who was going to come get parts for another customer at their location. They always seem to know where everything is, and the store is always very clean.

This store is very laid back in their service which has it's pluses and minuses. I personally really enjoy going here for my car needs, just something to consider when you walk in the door.
