I took my car for body work to New Again Auto Repair right before Thanksgiving 2025. I didn’t know what to expect. The team did a great job on my repair & I am very pleased with the results. The shop lived up to its name. My car looked like new again when I picked it up. I was very pleased with the whole experience from the front office keeping me updated on the job to the final results. I was in a car accident and needed a repair. Geico suggested New Again Auto Repair and when I saw that they had 4.9 star reviews, that made the decision easy. They were very communicative and prompt which is not something I always expect from car repair shops, and I felt like they provided fair and quality service. Everyone I worked with and spoke to was professional, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend!

I first learned about this shop when my insurance recommended them to fix my bumper after I had an accident. And since then, they have become my go-to. They fixed my bumper and headlight to where my car looked like it just came off the assembly line. I asked if they could do the other one so it could match and I was left 100% pleased. They have reasonable prices, far cheaper than other auto shops in the area. The parts they ordered for me got here quick and the work is even quicker. These gentleman are 10/10. They are very nice and will even explain what they are planning on doing to my car if I ask. Not to mention the free snacks they have in the waiting area. The only auto shop that’s better than this one has to be at the pearly gates.

GEICO recommended an appointment with New Again Auto Repair for a very minor issue that would not have been covered yet with insurance, and we were dreading the cost. Someone broke our side view mirror (with all its bells and whistles!) on a 2024 Subaru and drove away! Hector greeted us at the door and immediately looked at the damage; after a brief, honest discussion, he fixed it on the spot at no charge! I would not hesitate to trust you car to this business for any major or minor repairs. This is a friendly, decent business with your interests front and center.

They gave me an estimate and the car was done sooner. The staff was easy to talk to and always answered the phone. The main office was clean and well maintained with drinks and snacks. The cherry on top is that they cleaned my car inside and out before returning. Hopefully I won’t get into another accident but I’d definitely use them again if I do.

Our 10 year old car was needing some love so we brought it to New Again and we were immediately wow by how friendly and courteous everyone was. They inspected our car quickly and gave us an honest assessment regarding whether it made sense to repair the car or whether it might be time to sell the car. They truly value honesty and the customer experience over turning a profit. I'm so grateful to have such an honest mechanic and while no one ever looks forward to needing to take their car in, I look forward to knowing I have a trusted repair shop when I need it. Great experience at New Again Auto Repair. Hector handled everything with Geico - and that went extremely smoothly. Hector made the entire experience easy and he was a joy to work with! The work was excellent, fast. The waiting room even had coffee and snacks.

Brought my car to New Again Auto after it was recommended to me through Geico. Cannot recommend highly enough -- communication was courteous and friendly from start to finish, which is rare for mechanics in the area. They did great work on my car, repairing the windshield and body damage, and even detailed the inside before returning the car to me.

I've had to come here 2 times in 2 months due to 2 separate incidents with my car. Hector and his team are professional, take care of all the needs, and have excellent communication. They try to give you an accurate timeline of the work and get it back to you as soon as possible. I have been very satisfied with the work and care they took to help me out each time.

Hector and the team at New Again Auto Repair provide top notch professional body shop services. Communications are timely and easy, both with myself and with my insurance provider. I've had three repairs in about 18-months (bad luck!) and their shop work is flawless. They perfectly matched a difficult paint color and even gave my car some touch ups outside of the repair zone. Amazing customer service. Came here few days after an accident, busted tire, headlight, suspension damage. The price breakdown was honest and reasonable. They went out of their way to polish the other headlight and my car looks as good as new. The paint job on top of the fixes were immaculate.

I had a fantastic experience with New Again Auto Repair! (Can you give a 10-star rating??) The owner and staff are friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job fixing my car. They were reliable and trustworthy and my car that I thought I was going to have to trade in now runs great! And they were very reasonable in their pricing too. I hope to not have trouble with future cars, but if I do then I will absolutely go back to them!

Absolutely 100% satisfied with this auto repair shop! From the drop off process to the pickup process, its was great. They did an amazing job on my car repair, very impressed! They even washed my car and the floor mats before I picked it up, I was like “WOW”! I don’t know if they washed it because they felt bad because it was a bit dirty, or if it’s apart of their normal process after repairing cars lol. Either way, I definitely appreciated that! Their shop is also really nice and neat and clean. They provide snacks and sodas with juices and coffee/tea while you wait which is pretty cool.They also have a nice neat and clean restroom and most importantly great friendly knowledgeable customer service. I am beyond happy with the services I got through Geico and Hector at New Again Auto. I deer came out and hit me in the wee hours of the morning, two days later I dropped off my car at New Again Auto Repair. Hector stayed consistent with communicating all the steps throughout my estimate with Geico. Not only was Hector professional, he was extremely fast! I brought my Audi S4 here for repairs from an auto accident. They are a preferred vendor for Geico. They had good reviews so we booked the appointment. While my car was there, I had other body work done at my own expense. Hector was my rep in the office. He is such a kind and nice man. The shop is clean and organized. The people are great. They communicate well. I prefer email so they emailed me and kept me up-to-date on when the parts would be in and when the repairs would be complete. They got it done when they said they were going to. Just completely seamless process. I would highly recommend.

Words can’t even begin to describe the amazing work Mr.Hector and his team at New Again did in my car. I was in an accident in which I rear ended, after taking it to a body shop in which they told me they wouldn’t work on my car because of the extent of the damages I took it to New Again and Mr.Hector helped me from the start. New Again Auto Repair is really the best shop in the area. I’ve tried a lot of places and they are the friendliest and the fastest. After being side swiped, I stopped by to get a mirror replacement. Hector was able to get me in and out in no time! I’ll definitely be back if anything else comes up. Highly recommend coming here. They are awesome!

My car had been hit on the front end on the way to work and I took it to New Again Auto Repair. They have worked on my brothers car and I have always noticed their attention to detail and how much they go the extra mile. The damages were pretty minor (a dent and a couple scratches on the bumper) so it didn't take too long but Hector had left everything looking brand new and even provided a great detail cleaning to my interior and exterior! Every person I had interacted with here was very helpful and friendly, also their work shows for itself. I do definitely recommend New Again Auto repair for any body work and repairs!

Amazing staff, Hector was very helpful. They are experienced in handling claims. Someone backed into my car, looked as if it may be a total loss. Was repaired without any headaches and practically looks new. Definitely recommend.
