Nobody working there speaks English. I needed battery terminals for a Toyota and they didn't even have the right ones. These are common parts that should be stocked at Autozone. (I later found that they are available at some Autozone stores, but the closest Autozone that carries them is more than an hour away. I ended up ordering them from Amazon and got them in two days.)

After having multiple challenges determining an issue with our BMW. Vincent and Jonathan provided excellent service, and we were able to get to the root cause, and locate the necessary part. I'm local, and they now have a customer for life. Thank you a million times over! Gentleman such as them are excellent models for Autozone's culture. Keep Rockn'it!!

Can’t say enough good things about Abner at this store. He was super helpful. We purchased windshield wiper replacements for my husband’s truck. He actually came out and installed. Such excellent customer service and considering it was packed with snow, he went above and beyond! We tried to tip him and he wouldn’t accept. Thank you Abner

I just stopped by the store to replace a light bulb and was lucky enough to have Kevin help me. He checked my car, found exactly what I needed, and kindly installed it for me right away. He was very professional and friendly, and the whole process took less than five minutes. Great service!

I bought engine oil from them and I put it in the car but saw online that I had the wrong one and went to return it and found out it was already opened when I took it off the shelf.

Excellent and friendly customer service. I screwed up and gave the wrong trim level on my SUV when requesting a replacement battery. Got it home and realized it was the wrong battery, took it back to Auto Zone who totally understood and got me a replacement without issue. Learned my lesson on bringing in a picture of the part to be replaced. Thanks to Enmer Y. for excellent customer service and a new life long customer.

Enmer gave me fantastic and prompt service despite his co- worker ( both Parts Sales Managers) Kareem being racist towards him and his coworker Kamilo. When Kareem came out he was ignoring the line and not helping customers. Enmer and Kamilo deserve raises and praises

Had a great experience with Amanuel today. very courteous, professional, and thorough. Provided me with check engine diagnostics and the right part. This store seems to be staffed with people who provide great customer care. Have not found the same at other stores.

Wow what a crazy morning I walked in to autozone and the manager and the employee trying to jump a customer bet he was not the one for real as he was saying lmao it's not funny it was so crazy autozone get your employee on line that customer was just trying to get some help but they ware just trying to bully him

The customer service is really poor. Enmer did not say hello, thanks, leaves mid-transaction to do other things, and shakes his head in disapproval when asked questions. Even if things are obvious for him, this is not a good way of responding to a customer.

Kamillo N. (sp?) was excellent. He swapped out my battery efficiently and with a smile. It was freezing cold and near closing time, but he maintained a really good attitude and showed nothing but professionalism and respect. Great customer service!

I bought a headlight for my 2007 Honda Fit and the service guy asked if he could install it for me. The installation for this Fit wasn't typical. In the 90 degree heat he worked on it until he figured it out and could get the headlight placed properly. It took 20 minutes and two other guys from the store came out to see if he needed help. I'm so grateful! I know I would have really struggled and might have failed if I tried this on my own. He was patient and fun to talk to while he worked. Thanks!

This is the worst location to place an online pick up order. Placed one order for pickup and after a couple of days of hearing nothing I had to call and see what the issue was. Come to find out that they don’t have the product I needed and never even let me know about until I called. The next day I placed another online order for pick up and had the same issues as the first order. Haven’t heard nothing for a couple of days and then when I called sure enough they don’t have the product I needed. If y’all don’t have the products then call your customers and tell them that y’all don’t have it. I recommend auto parts for better service

I went it the other day to buy a new headlight bulb instead of going to the mechanic and Manoue (spelling?) was EXTREMELY kind, respectful, and helpful -- he waited to make sure it fit correctly to save me a trip and gave some bulb grease to avoid moisture. Saved me time and money -- great customer service!

As someone who has worked in upscale hospitality environments for a decade, the customer service I received here was far better than I wax expecting. I just bought a 2008 BMW 535xi and admittedly I was walking in blind. Learning as I go. I placed an online order and Robel was the employee who assisted me. I had ordered oil to change my cars myself and I turns out I chose the wrong oil. He walked across the store twice to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The best part however was help I did not come there to find. I needed to get a complete idea of what was wrong with the car without bringing her to a shop. I just happened to see Robel had a code reader and after he had walked back and forth and all around to make sure I was taken care of, he went outside and plugged the reader in. I left with a print out of what exactly was wrong with my car, the correct products and an extremely happy customer. Any interaction that I can both receive quality service and learn something along the way is top notch for me. I will definitely be back.

Clean as expected. I was helped right away and Jose R. went beyond to help me find the headlights for my vehicle, tried his best to find the tail lights, but unfortunately they were completely out. Another employee came over to say hello to my daughter. Lastly they installed my lights in my vehicle as well as the windshield wipers.Jose was having trouble with getting the light to come, he didn’t stop there, he went inside, came back out to clean the connector, which solve the problem, and now I have working headlights. Thanks for helping me stay safe on the road and from getting a ticket.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I ordered a part online and it said that it would be ready that day. I waited until later the next day to call because I didn't see an email. When I called I was put on hold for a while before being told I could pick up my item. I go to pick it up and it's the wrong item. I tell them and they said that they had to order the correct part and that it should take a day and that they would call or email me when it was at the store. A week passes and I don't get a call or email. I just went in and got a refund. The lack of communication and messiness could've been avoided.

The customer service at this store is extremely poor. I placed an order for multiple items two weeks ago, and I was informed that they would be delivered within three days. However, when I visited the store today, only one of the items was available. I understand that inventory discrepancies can happen, but I had hoped for a polite reception and an apology for the inconvenience of coming all the way and waiting for just one item. Unfortunately, what I experienced was quite the opposite – I was met with a very bad attitude, shouting, and arrogance. I was taken aback by the unprofessional behavior and couldn't help expressing my surprise. I reacted, but to only hear every store associate (3 of them) to raise their voice and speak at me in a manner that I'm there only to ask a favor. I believe a simple line of understanding and apology would have sufficed instead of being mistreated and subjected to shouting. This isn't the first time I've encountered such behavior at this store. Therefore, I strongly advise others to avoid shopping here unless they're prepared to be disrespected and mistreated.

I was treated like trash by one of the managers at this location - a spanish/latino lady called Monica. I was making a return on warranty and they kept me waiting for half an hr because I didn't have the receipt, even though the previous manager had managed to look it up pretty easy! They said I had too many purchases in their system! That was my crime! Saved by the other employees.

Jonathan is the best and amazing human being , he is very knowledgeable and very helpful and extremely nice and patient. He goes out of his way to help you and explain what you are purchasing and how it works and how to install it .. I keep coming back as a loyal customer just because of him . He makes my experience at auto zone and easy and happy experience

Went in to get a bulb, simple purchase, all was going well until the sales associate rang me up for something I didn't need and then got an attitude when I addressed it. Also suggesting that she should've asked first before charging me for something I didn't ask for. Is their salary commission based or something? That was a nono and I won't be visiting that location again. Another sales rep chimed in and apologized for the issue.

Alejandro was great and helped my poor senior dad right when the store was about to close. He went above and beyond helping him understand what was wrong with his dead battery and installed a new one for him. On another note, Monica provided horrible customer service as I called ahead for her to help my dad Afro when he got there. Then when my dad got there she was rude to my dad and show poor customer service skills by not answering his questions. Thanks Alejandro but booo to Monica!

I usually shop at Advance Auto since closer to my place, but I went to this store to rent a tool. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful, I got the tool I needed. You pay upfront for the tool you need and when you return it you get the full refund with no rental charges.!! This is an amazing incentive and service. In the future I will be doing all my auto parts shopping at this store. The store is neat and well stocked and the staff is professional. Keep up the good service.!

Best service I have received at an Auto Zone so far. My battery died and since I had the warranty not only did I get it free of charge the team installed it and tested all the other mechanisms to ensure I would be okay. Christian M. was soooooo helpful and he took time to assist me .I'm new to the area and I feel like I know for sure where I will be returning for my auto needs. I truly appreciate the help and assistance, I don't know anything about cars and it was awesome to have someone so knowledgeable.
